you get pregnancy symptoms ? I think with DS1 and DS2 I noticed on about day 22. Anyone noticed any earlier ? TTC DC3, currently on day 18 and must be imagining that I have tingly boobs and am incredibly hungry.... ?

Hi claire2009 and everyone,i'm due on on the 11th,when do you think i should test?was thinking maybe saturday,just got bog standard test of ebay not first response or anything,have'nt got any symptoms but don't think i did with previous dds

I'm due on the 16th and going to try testing Friday with a first response, so I'd say Sat/Sun with an ebay test maybe!? Good Luck!

If you weren't obsessed before you might be now. Not that I have been googling early pregnancy symptoms or anything. Think reading about it is causing symptoms.

Anyone testing today ?
I am obsessing with the size of my nipples which to me look a big bigger ( was one of mu first signs with the other dc). Also incredibly snappy and moody. To quote dh 'god, what IS the matter with you' !!!

Hello everybody! I have a pregnancy test ready and waiting and I AM NOT GOING TO DO IT. Not till Saturday. I have been looking back, and last time I was pregnant I tested on day 26 I think, and got a very faint positive, and this time I'm only on day 24. But I'm SURE I'd feel something if I was and I really don't feel pregnant at all.

Can I just ask something about EWCM? How many days before ovulation do you normally get it? I've got a feeling that I might have miscalculated my fertile time this month as I think my luteal phase is shorter than I thought. Hmmmm. I think next month I'm going to start charting, did that last time and it seemed to work!

I've also decided that I'm a total control freak. There are lots of people out there who can TTC without getting totally obsessed aren't there? I'm definitely not one of them anyway!

Hope anyone testing in the next couple of days has good news!

Hiya

Everyone is different, but my pattern seems to be:

2 days of creamy cm
2 days of watery cm
3 days of EWCM
A further day of loads of EWCM (just before ov)
A day of some, but a lot less EWCM (just after ov)

Then dry.

Drinking lots of water can increase EWCM

Instead of dry, I'm getting white, lotiony stuff at the mo, and am suffering waves of nausea today ... (fingers tightly crossed )

folkestone - can I join your control freak club ?! Well done on holding out on your testing. Jools - I got creamy lotion stuff last night. Is that good sign or bad ? feeling a bit nauseous today -but did have half a bottle of wine last night .Louja, how are you today ?

mousemole - it is far too early for me to test, which is why it is strange I am getting symptoms so early - am worried it is maybe a bug instead ...

The white lotiony stuff has always been an early pregnancy sign for me. When not pg, I see very little cm post ovulation, and it is creamy rather than white ..

Jools are you day 19 ? I am day 20 so we are on a similar timeline. Your CM sounds promising too. Feeling a bit sick this afternoon so who knows !

Thanks for that. I am so thick about this but presumably, the longer your cycle, the longer you have to wait to test? Hmmm, I'm really confused as I got lots of EWCM about two days before I think I ovulated, which seems a bit strange, but when I looked back at the chart from when I conceived my DD, the same thing seemed to happen, ie EWCM for two/three days, then nothing for two and then ovulation. This time we were moving house around ovulation time and I was really stressed! I guess that could have affected things as well. I guess I'll know soon enough though. So glad to be sharing this with some fellow obsessives!

Think my moods are all over the place. But that can be quite normal and have been bit under the weather. So we will see. Also still gassy. Do feel like af is going to start but only on 6 dpo, could be the gas though. Who knows only 8 days to af.

What is EWCM? I get the CM but not the EW.

i'm going to test saturday too funnyoldfolkestone,this will be my 3rd and i've looked more into how to concieve than i ever did with my other two,had'nt a clue when you ovulated or anything,i'm just going by the fact that i should be due on on saturday if i have a 28 day cycle,think these threads make me more obsessed but it's good to know others are going through the same thing!! Would actually be a little bit scared if i'am as i don't quite know how i'd cope with 3 but excited at the same time!

I tested today, got neg. Too early though, why do I do it?
Nipples def bigger than normal, well not the nipples but the bit around, can't remember the name!
Went in town and got Fr's today, 2 packs of 2 for a tenner, will test tomorrow, then sunday, then the last one for tues probably ...I'm still totally unsure, day 23 here.

Feel fine today, no backache, no sickness, no heaving, dry mouth when I woke and still a tad dry after lots of drinking

Is this your first mousemole & jools?

This will be my last, when I get preg, I had to have sections with dd & ds so 3 will be my max!

Claire - this will be my first, but I've had 3 mc's in the past year, so am fairly used to the early pregnancy symptoms !

If I get BFP this time, it is likely to be on the anniversary of my first BFP - I think that must be a good sign

I went out and bought the First Response twin packs today too !

CM = Cervical Mucus

EWCM = Egg White Cervical Mucus - looks like egg white and when you see it, you are fertile
