sod it! is poor spelling a symptom?

Doctorskidaddle · 15/06/2009 14:15

Broke it to DH by showing him the postive test while he was reading the DC their bedtime story! Just nipped him, showed it, and walked out while his jaw fell on the floor - said he has never read the Gruffalo so fast in his life!!

BTW in hindsight the only symptom I had was having very vivid dreams - has anyone else had these? Could be a good sign

Only a few days until we get some more BFPs I hope - will keep checking - fingers crossed and wishing you lots of positive pg vibes!

SheyBeezlebub · 15/06/2009 15:10

Congratulations to Drskidaddle and fingers crossed to the rest of us.

Doctorskidaddle · 15/06/2009 21:05

nipped in, not nipped him!

ray81 · 15/06/2009 21:26

shyla01 · 16/06/2009 07:15

shyla01 · 16/06/2009 07:18

lucygrif · 16/06/2009 09:34

CONGRATULATIONS DOC!!! fantastic news!! fingers crossed a few more of us get the BFPs we want.
CD29 been having VERY vivid dreams, and been getting up to pee in the night, been exhausted and emotional but that could all be PMT.
Got a new digital camera off DP for my birthday and nearly started CRYING when I realised you needed a memory card to use the damn thing!! how pathetic!!
Have started with the sore boobs as I normally do before AF so looking like the uterine twitches were possibly just wind!!!

thell · 16/06/2009 10:36

Morning - anyone else testing today?

Sorry about your AF, Shyla - but at least it's here on time and you have a predictable cycle to work with Good luck for next time!

I had a very vivid dream last night - after watching a rom-com before bed, my dream was me in a rom-com type situation...with Boris Johnson!!!!!
WTF??
I hope it is a symptom, or I'm just a weirdo!

thell · 16/06/2009 10:48

BTW, happy birthday lucy!

lucygrif · 16/06/2009 10:50

thanks thell

tostaky · 16/06/2009 10:56

awaits anxiously.... we need more bfp here|!!!

Momdeguerre · 16/06/2009 11:44

Hi all. Got up all excited to do my test today only to find that AF has arrived.

Booooooooooo.

Ah well, onwards for March 2010!!

Feel a bit down but not too bad, just a bit dissapointed really. Have already begun to plan next months fertile dates (29th to 4th July) and my next test date will be 15th July (my DS first birthday!).

Anyone else up for another mad month of symptom spotting?????

Who else is left for this month?

Ray - my cat is weird too - when I was last pg he would not leave me alone - tried to sit on me all the time - very odd!

thell · 16/06/2009 11:50

Is it ok to give you a little friendly hug, MDG ?
[glances from side to side to check no-one is looking]

[and a little for Shyla too]

Come on, you ladies - we need some more BFPs to get vicariously excited about!

Apart from Boris Johnson, I have no symptoms to encourage me. P

thell · 16/06/2009 11:51

oops - that was supposed to be a make-shift emoticon.

Angelfifi · 16/06/2009 11:53

Hi ladies,
Sorry to ladies with bfn, i did a test this morning and got a bfn, am getting annoyed now, just wish af would show her face and get on with it so we can carry on for next month!
Hugs for everybody and good luck to those thats testing!

Momdeguerre · 16/06/2009 12:24

Thanks all (and for hugs!).

Can't help but feel a bit dissapointed but I refuse to give in. My planning must continue.

Have decided on cunning plan . . . I call it the Spunk-Plan!!!!!

Clearly any TTC problem will be the fault of my DH (I am perfect ). Therefore I am going to add lots of good foods to his diet (without his knowledge because he would think it was a step too far) and change his pants etc in effort to improve quality of his man jam.

Now planning crazy ways to hide pumpkin seeds and oily fish in his diet . . . also plan to shred/bin/burn all restrictive items of clothing!!!

He he he (evil master plan laugh). . . .

OP posts:
Angelfifi · 16/06/2009 12:29

Hehehehe!! Good plan Momdeguerre i'm not sure if this is correct but i'm sure i heard along lifes way that tommatos are suppose to improve sperm as well! Not sure if its right though! lol !!

lucygrif · 16/06/2009 13:01

lissielou - any news yet???

Momdeguerre · 16/06/2009 13:12

(Adds tomatoes to list. . . .)

Poor DH does not know what he is in for!

shyla01 · 16/06/2009 15:47

I have had my day of feeling sorry for myself, now just going to get on with things.
p.s just been on the school run and been shown 3 lots of scan pictures! really not what i needed to see today

shyla01 · 16/06/2009 15:49

and thell....having romantic dreams about boris johnson? hmmm

lucygrif · 16/06/2009 16:28

oh no shyla its awful isn't it? ELEVEN of my friends have gotten pg in the last twelve months, all but two of these were by accident!! why oh why does mother nature make it so hard for us?

hoops997 · 16/06/2009 16:54

Hi ray81 am pretty much the same as you had ERPC on 14th May, should have had AF on sunday but have resisted testing, I'm pretty sure I ov'ed around 31st so just sitting out and waiting for BFP or AF, keep having heart flutters and boobs are a bit sore.......fingers crossed for everyone else

shyla01 · 17/06/2009 07:40

Well..got up today and af has disappeared! Yesterday it started with a bang then by the afternoon was very light spotting and has gone stopped completely!
Do I now start counting from yesterday or when she returns?
Why oh why can't my body just do 1 thing right?! So bloody frustrating.

Hope evryone else is having a better day x
