morning girls, well my sore boobies symptom has dissapeared, so i didnt do the test as i think after y'day i will be really upset to have a bfn,
so think im gunna wait for AF to show herself, dam my body!

stephiepug · 12/05/2009 08:00

and good luck LuckySalem let us know how you get on!

DesertFairy · 12/05/2009 17:33

Angelfairy... i keep coming on here and checking for your bfp!!!!..... this isn't technically my first cycle, we did try for a few months last year, then life got in the way, and we gave up for a while!.... My trick this time was the pillow under the bum trick after bedding!.... worked a treat!.... so get rearranging the soft furnishings!!!

Finger and toes crossed for everyone testing this week. XX

Josie22 · 12/05/2009 19:12

hope everyone ok
I went off to the GP today for day 21 blood tests to see if I am ovulating or not. Its positive in that if I am not I can do something about it. However I felt depressed going in as its like admitting failure starting on the road to fertility treatment again. Sorry I know that's not very rational

JamieJay · 12/05/2009 20:47

Good luck LuckySalem and AngelFairy, sorry AF got you Josie22, better luck on the Feb bus.

sazlocks your thoughts are totally rational, hope you can keep a positive head on while waiting for the test results

Not much to report from me, in the depth of the dreaded two week wait and can only occupy myself symptom spotting, sadly I can explain away every possible symptom with very dull reasons

showmethemummy · 12/05/2009 21:01

Hello everyone,
sorry to have been rather absent. Did try to post fri but our laptop swallowed it up.

Please can I say congratulations everyone who has BFP'd.

...and also to say I too had a BFP this evening. WOW. edd 20/01/10.

All the best for everyone who is now in that LONG WAIT before can test. so AWFUL.

JamieJay · 12/05/2009 21:04

Wow showmethemummy, that's seriously fab news. This is proving to be a very lucky bus

AngelFairy · 12/05/2009 21:13

LuckySalem... Did you test!!?? Do tell...

Stephie... Hold out until the weekend hun, if you can, it'll be worth it. this thread is far to lucky for it not!

DesertFairy... I dare not test. It'd p me off if it were bfn and my AF is not due until Sun/Mon. Think I might test Thurs/Fri with a FR HPT. What do you think?
You know, after hearing a girl from the October thread say that she caught by lifting her legs afterwards I thought I'd give it a try. However, like you, life got in our way and so this is our 2nd attempt. I did the whole legs in the air and bum resting on DPs leg afterwards, so finger's crossed it worked.

Update... Breasts still very tender and getting 'heavy'?? Could be AF signs, as had that before.
Yesterday, I had semi-AF cramps but lighter and (TMI) pinky CM, but today both were minimal.
I've got a real thirst on this evening, downed two large classes of cordial, one after the other!!
Well, that's me...

How's everyone else? Anyone tested today?

Angel Dust

DesertFairy · 13/05/2009 02:25

Showmethemummy.... fab news Congratulations!!!!

Angelfairy... Hold on as long as poss, I waited till the day AF was due... it was hell,I had the test in my hand every morning for the 4 days before AF was due, but couldn't bear the thought of a bfn, so didn't test.

Good luck to everyone else still riding the bus.

Anyone testing today?

XX

LuckySalem · 13/05/2009 09:10

Well I've tested and its negative so now I've gotta work out why i'm 2 weeks late (and counting) Wierd!!

Congrats to those who've BFP'd while I've been away.

Rtuff · 13/05/2009 10:15

Updated for today although my CD was out by a couple of days so would you all be so kind as to have a wee look at yours too...

AngelFairy · 13/05/2009 17:17

This 2ww sucks!! Booooooo......

Q: Is it normal for the pinky CM that I'm getting, hopefully for implantation, to last three days? Cramps on first day, a few little ones yesterday and none today?
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hope everyone is feeling good today, I'm sending you all some baby angels to cheer you up.
Must send myself some too x

Blocka · 13/05/2009 19:51

Hi Angelfairy I am on a similiar day to you and have had a very faint pinky CM once today. No idea what to make of it because I had it last month too and was bfn!! I am trying not to get my hopes up. The thirst thing is a good sign too. Come to think of it, I am incredibly thirsty to?!? When are you going to test? We should do it on the same day x

It is a lucky bus, though, so you never know!!

Updated the list as it seems to have skipped a day:

so anyone else testing this weekend ?
This months symptoms are heavy sensitive boobs, thirst especially at night and occasional nausea. Nearly threw up in work this morning (TMI)as they have been painting and the smell made me gag.
Still as I said last month I would have many, many babies by now if every month with symptoms had led to a pregnancy

No really symptoms today but feeling really anxious about being overweight (about 2 stone) and pregnant even thought I'm successfully dieting while ttc! I've not even got a BFP yet so not sure what or why I'm worrying about.

Good luck to everyone testing this week

Higglepig · 14/05/2009 10:05

2WW is really not much fun. convinced I BDd at the wrong time this month so not hopeful but have slightly tender breasts which I've never noticed before AF in the past so I live in hope...

showmethemummy - that's brilliant news.

Blocka · 14/05/2009 18:58

Hi everyone - some urgent advice needed. For some reason, I took a pg test when I cam home from work today. I am on day 24 of a 28 day cycle. It was a cheapy asda test, that you are supposed to take on the day your AF is due.

Anyway, took the test and waited about 1 min - no line. Someone knocked at the door so I left the test and forgot about it.

An hour and half later, just glanced at it, and there is a faint pink line......

Do I disregard it because I left it too long?

Help!!!!

JamieJay · 14/05/2009 19:06

I'd say disreagrd because you left it for so long, quite possibly an evaporation line.

Sorry, but still time to test on day 28!

sazlocks · 14/05/2009 19:22

I would say disregard too - most of the tests say that you should disregard any result read after so long.

Blocka · 14/05/2009 19:25

Thanks girls, I think I'll disregard it and TRY to wait util Sat morning and try again - this time watching it very closely for at least 10 mins!!

AngelFairy · 14/05/2009 20:16

Hi Blocka... Tut, tut, you tested!! You didn't even wait for me
I agree with JamieJay and Sazlocks, disregard it, as it ain't over until the b*tch gets you!

Sazlocks fingers crossed for you, it sounds promising!

JamieJay stop beating yourself up, I reckon every women would say they needed to lose a few pounds

today I still have tender breasts, my thirst has returned and so has my pinky CM (it disappeared this morning but has just returned). I have also had this twitching in my left hip area, very funny feeling, makes me want to giggle, but I could have trapped a nerve doing Yoga??
I'm battling with myself, whether to test tomorrow CD26 or wait until CD28, as I am usually 28-30days ....??

How's everyone else?

Blocka · 14/05/2009 20:20

Sorry angelfairy ! I don't know what happened. I came in from work perfectly calm, the next thing I knew I was peeing on a stick!!! DP is not happy - he said I shoud of waited because now we are no further forward and i have wasted a test (he is so tight it is untrue!)

Can you wait until Sat morning and we can do it together? I promise I won't cave and do it tomorrow!!!

Your giggly hip sounds mad!!

LuckySalem · 14/05/2009 21:17

Blocka - Tut tut!! It probably isn't over yet though, keep hoping.

Angel - Your symptoms sound funny but promising.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU BOTH

I still have no AF (CD45) or any symptoms but I feel pregnant although there is none of the symptoms with DD so not too sure. Took a test yesterday morning wich was BFN but like blocka I had a faint line after 1/2 hr or so (we really should throw them away after we've finished with them shouldn't we lol)
