Ha ha, i don't blame you, best way to deal with anything! i wish i could do the same, still maybe after Tuesday when it's confirmed that in fact i am a loony i'll be able to!

I'm ok, feel sick all the time and last nite my (.)(.) hurt lots, i have a sore tummy and have been having twinges but also have a pain in my side (but this could be the nerve /back thing)

How do you feel today (apart from the sore head!)?

OracleInaCoracle · 09/08/2008 09:45

hi can i oin your thread ? i've been ttc for 18 months with a mc in march 08 . this is the first month i decided to use ov sticks just to check i was ovulating .
anyway ovulated tues/wed 29th aug and since 3rd august i've had v.light spotting and brownish mucus on and off with light tummy cramps too again on and off .
I did an early test yesterday ( 10 dpo ) and bfn . but my last 3 cycles have been 35 days so not really expecting period until next sunday !
beginning to think i've got an infection or summat ? i was thinking it was because i've fallen pregnant because boobs starting to feel full and heavy but with bfn
gonna test again next friday and see
hi to everyone x x

Heebychick · 09/08/2008 11:05

Hi tink welcome! Sounds like you might be experiencing implantation maybe? I have heard that symptoms like sore (.)(.) and nausea are caused by oestrogen or progesterone and not HCG so just because you have some symptoms it is probably too early for a HPT to pick any HCg up, plus if it is implantation then you have to wait a few days after this to be able to test. So it sounds positive but of course if you are worried you must see a Dr as early detection of an infection is always better.

lissie thank you for hairstroke, needed that, calm down heeby it's only another few days ... in the 40 odd i've had so far that's nothing!

I'm sorry you are feeling down, my friend is also very PG and looks great, although i did so want to be PG with her and go through it all again together, ho hum. Just think it will be our turn soon and we can take all the limelight!

OracleInaCoracle · 09/08/2008 11:38

hi tink, you could well be pg, its still too early to test. think you should give it another week.

heeby, its tough isnt it?

OP posts:
Heebychick · 09/08/2008 12:25

Yes it is, i feel so happy for her but also secretly sad, she admitted last week to holding back on talking about being pg in case it upset me, i felt terrible about that!

OracleInaCoracle · 09/08/2008 12:30

i feel the same way. my friend found out she was pg a month after i had my 7th mc, so tbh ive been avoiding them a bit

Hiya everyone cd32 for me today and as my last 2 cycles have been 28days, I tested this morning but bfn
Still no sign of af though so might test again on Wed, which will be cd35, if still no af.
Frustrating though, I have to say.......
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend

OracleInaCoracle · 09/08/2008 13:31

oh scully, everything crossed for you.

OP posts:
Heebychick · 09/08/2008 16:25

Hi scully i have everything crossed too, lets hope you have a good weekend. The waiting is just awful, if it makes you feel better i'm on CD442 or something (lost track now!)

lissie i can totally see why you would avoid them it must be so tough for you, mind you she probably feels just as awful?

OracleInaCoracle · 10/08/2008 20:00

how is everyone today?

heeby, i know. i just dont want to make them uncomfortable.

OP posts:
Heebychick · 10/08/2008 20:02

Maybe you could be honest with them and say what is upsetting you? are they those sort of friends?

OracleInaCoracle · 10/08/2008 22:47

yes, but cant really so close to the birth. ill get over it!

OracleInaCoracle · 11/08/2008 09:15

very tempted to test but can't really afford a kit until friday anyway so gonna hold out until then
hope everyone is ok x

OracleInaCoracle · 11/08/2008 09:42

tink, resist that urge. if you are up the pole you will get a lovely fat line, if not you will be able to buy a bottle of wine with the money youhave saved!

Heebychick · 11/08/2008 11:14

Hi all,

Well i am officially a crazy nutcase.

Blood results came back as all totally normal, not pregnant, nothing wrong with me at all.

So hereth end the conversation on my so called symptoms, i am not going to ttc anymore and i will have to live with the fact that i am just going to always feel sick and faint for no reason - except that i am obviously making it all up.

Thank you all for your support, good luck for everything, lots of love x

OracleInaCoracle · 11/08/2008 18:39

oh heeby, so what will your gp do now? can they induce a period?

OP posts:
scully · 12/08/2008 13:22

Well I'm with you Heeby, af was 6 days late but finally arrived overnight, so the last two cycles were 28days, this one was 34days Frustrating, but what can you do. It was the first cycle we were able to ttc since the m/c in April, so would have been very luck to conceive in the first month, but always hopeful.
May seems a lovely month to have a baby though

OracleInaCoracle · 12/08/2008 15:52

couldnt agree more scully!

Hello, was invited over by Lissielou from another thread! I'm ttc'ing no2, already have dd, 16 mo. Trying to keep away from the dreaded testing until Sunday, although think I'll be doing well if I get to Saturday. AF is either due on Friday or Sunday, cycle length can be a bit variable at the minute. SO hi to everybody, hope we'll be talking more...

OracleInaCoracle · 13/08/2008 10:23

hi esme, welcome to the non-testers. if you cycle is irregular then you might be best waiting til the monday/tuesday to test, just to be on the safe side!

OP posts:
EsmeWeatherwax · 13/08/2008 11:27

Thats the thing, normally you could time my cycle by the hour, was always exactly 31 days. Last month was 28 days so not sure what this month will be. I'm not temping so not exactly sure when ovulated, think around 29th-1st judging by ewcm. Did lots of bd-ing at the time, was on holiday so an added bonus.

OracleInaCoracle · 13/08/2008 14:17

if you ovd around the 1st then that would technically give you a 28d cycle. fwiw i dont temp either (dont have the commitment to it, keep forgetting) but my advice is to leave it as long as pssible. i keep saying it, but if you are up the stick then think about getting that nice fat bfp instead of a am i - arent i hard to read line

zsos · 13/08/2008 15:01

i am starting to wean my little one and i was feeling really crampy, thought i might be preggo, was so excited, before i saw this thread i took an early test ( still have not had AF ) wish i saw this and waited.
