So I'm pretty much put this month, giving up all hope its happening this month. I know August is still a week away but thought I'd start a thread for the August TTCers.
How's everyone doing?

Hello everyone! Apologies for the silence, I have been trying to not think about things during the wait. 12dpo today and picked up a clear blue digital in the shop earlier as it was all they had. Now I’ve got it I’m itching to test and trying to work out if testing this afternoon would be worthwhile or a waste, any thoughts?

I’ve decided to step away from the forums and try relax and enjoy this early phase!

feeling lots better with a bit more of a progression in lines (funnily the bottom was normal wee) and digital is 2-3 which is in line with 15dpo ☺️

things I’ve been doing differently for 2 months is exercising more, 75mg baby aspirin (still on this as not sure if I should stop) and both my DH and I took the wild nutrition prenatal vitamins and eating lots of fibre!

I feel you. I am on cycle 12 (we may have mistimed 1 or 2 cycles so more like 10 of well timed cycles ) and so disappointed. I am about 8DOO but I'm so used to my AF coming I daren't even hope because the disappointment is just too much. I started when I was 33 hoping to give birth aged 34 and now that's not going to happen..are you absolutely sure of your ovulation date or could it have possibly been later?

So happy for you and it must have been a long weekend waiting to do that test! But congratulations and hopefully you won't need to be back any time soon! 🩷

Ah ok! They haven’t arrived yet but as soon as they do I will test and update on here. It’ll probably be negative anyway.

Thank you! It’s definitely been up and down with some lighter tests! I’ve decided to steer away from easy@home for progression now as my clear blue have been way more reassuring!!

Thank you! Think I might just go for it, out of the house for a couple of hours so will have an go when I get home and if it’s negative can always try again first thing tomorrow.

Thanks, this was cycle 8 albeit only 3 of those were dedicated cos of my losing my mam earlier this year throwing me off track. We did still probably had a small chance every month though looking at

I'm pretty sure on ovulation as was tracking my temps, I think of ovulated day 15 so AF maybe tomorrow CD29). Also we were burnt out DTD so stopped at 1DPO so if it was later I've got less chance. Sorry I'm being so negative to your very reasonable question!!

Not great, sickness has returned and stomach pains are bad again. Doctor wants to see me later today

Sorry to hear about losing your mum that is so difficult and it does make things like trying much harder.
They do say you're never out til AF does arrive but if she doe at least you can enjoy that drink before you think about next cycle. We are going to be having a hycosy if nothing has happened by October as they suspect I might have endo based on symptoms and no conception yet.

I’m watching today’s episode of Eastenders and I’m getting all emotional. I never get emotional at soaps!

At first they said gastritis and stomach ulcer on my discharge papers it say acid reflux. Ive had acid reflux for years and know full well it shouldn't be this painful

I am 5dpo, more cm, nausea, faint and some
sharp pains today. Finished my antibiotics, so hopefully nothing is from my bladder infection anymore 😅

Well the advantage of a short luteal cycle means I’m back on cycle day 12 and hopefully ovulating before the weekend.

been trying to do my bbt to get a baseline but it’s really annoying trying to do it first thing before moving as I wake up so much at the moment. Bought myself an Oura ring to do it for me, £40 second hand guess I can’t go too wrong with it, and it’ll be interesting to see the data trends.

I took a test and it wasn’t a sensitive one and it obviously was a BFN. Could be a mix of being too early, not sensitive enough and not a morning test. I hope.
