That's a great plan @ripleynot. Your body will naturally let you know if you have a chemical, as you said. Best of luck to you for testing on Friday if you hold out until then and I'm sure you'll get a lovely result! x

I had my miscarriage over a month ago and I've still continued to take my folic acid too! (+ my other vitamins)

This made me laugh @Anya23 ! Could well be very true though, I actually would have loved a September baby, so slightly disappointed I didn't get pregnant this 'cycle' 😂

I actually would love a December baby, but I also want to be pregnant before that, so we'll see😂I don't think I'm pregnant this cycle as I don't have the usual symptoms but I'm only 8 dpo! Will test on Thursday / Friday, I'm already proud I haven't tested so far lol

September is also the best month in terms of starting school as the eldest! (At least in England and Wales, I know it’s different in Scotland and elsewhere.) That’s why I started TTC this month 😂

I’m shaking at work right now eeeek. I’m 7dpo as per Flo app but my cycles are super irregular so could be anywhere up to 14dpo I’m guessing.
Will get a digital one later to double check. I don’t know what to do with myself!!

@Anya23 Sorry, had a really busy day yesterday! I could take Metformin which would help to regulate my periods but think I need to be trying for 6 months (at least that what they said when I was trying for my first). And then it takes several months to see if it works. So will go back to the GP in June if no luck before then!

It's so tricky isn't it! You're around implantation time so don't lose hope yet as you still may not be or only JUST started producing Hcg! Still so early. 10DPO sounds perfect for a test, excited to hear your outcome. I'm on my third day of bleeding so nothing interesting happening here 😂

Hopefully it'll stop soon! My first period I was spotting for four days after so just don't worry if that happens! Doc said it's all normal.
Ah I hope so, with my previous pregnancies I was also having late positives (11dpo)!

Im due to ovulate in about a weeks time but going to start ovulation testing tomorrow just to be sure I don’t miss it! I’m cycle day 10 today

Hi all, hope I can join and have some advice? I’m currently trying for baby #2, first cycle trying and AF is due tomorrow. I was really trying to hold out to test, but think I may cave and test today, not sure I can wait any longer. I can only get to Tesco, what test would you recommend? First baby I used a first response but doesn’t look like Tesco sells them.

@Yellowdino Hi and welcome! I’d be tempted to get a Clearblue early detection but I know some don’t trust the Clearblues because of indent lines. So I’d probably also pick up the Tesco own ones too as a back up 😅 but not the cheapest option! Wishing you all the luck and baby dust!

Hi ladies, I just came back from work and.. Something happened, I'm 6 dpo according to FF app, I saw on a liner some discharge I'd say is beigy, I don't know if I can share the picture colour is like ivory foundation😂 do you think it can be implantation?

DH and I have begun trying for our second. I haven’t even ovulated for January yet, making the worlds longest month even longer!! I keep inspecting every scrap of discharge praying it’s the egg white 😂

Hey ladies, great to see the positives! Hugs for you! ❤️ I've been around for a while, took a little break after a miscarriage in September last year. I think its my O day today. I've been on Prednisolone for the last week due to some nasal issues. From what I've been reading, prednisolone actually helps with conception in cases like Endo/ pcos (I have endo). Anyone have any experience with steroids while ttc, just before ovulation and ended up with bfp?

Thank you for the help! Unfortunately, AF arrived this morning, no need to test this month. Back to CD1. Think I am going to invest in some ovulation tests this month

Yes ovlulation tests make such a difference! I just used the boots strip ones leading up to when I expected it, then as I got closer, switched to the Clear Blue smiley face ones.

14DPO today and my final BFN before I stop my progesterone this month. Already knew in my heart it would be negative, so looking forward to starting a new cycle once the progesterone wears off and AF arrives. All the good hormones to look forward to at the start of the cycle :)

Sorry you got AF. I’m also TTC baby 2 and I’m on CD2 today, planning to use OPKs this month too, fingers crossed for us!
