@PegcatEwcm appears before ovulation, so I think you might be ovulating today / tomorrow based on the he pain! For me ewcm appears two days before ovulation, and I feel ovu pain half a day after my LH peak, because I test that as well

Hi everyone I’m back after a brief interlude for what turned out to be a chemical. So it’s CD1 and off we go again for cycle 6!

Hello I think we’ll soon be trying for baby number two or more like we’re not preventing and hit the spot this week when I should’ve been ovulating. Took us 2 years the first time and a miscarriage half way so we’ll be starting soon because we don’t want too big of an age gap. Our baby will be 3 months old soon and I had my first postpartum period last month.

It's hard isn't it. Have you had any fertility testing? I rarely get to the stage of testing too early as AF always shows around 8/9/10 dpo 🙄 You're not out yet though! Will keep my fingers crossed for you! x

morning ladies! This morning I am totally confused and a bit frustrated.

so previously my BBT / Natural Cycles and Chat GPT have said that I ovulated on the 30th/31st which would make me about 5/6DPO. I had another temp rise this morning to 36.5. Natural cycles has now shifted to confirmed ovulation on the 26th December which would make me 10 DPO.

any further insights from anyone?

Checking in with another BFN. Not sure what is going on, all the symptoms, think I’m loosing my mind! Pretty sure I’m 10dpo.
Back to work today so that will keep my mind busy!

NC always had me ovulate later than other apps, so I started using Fertility Friend instead which is much more accurate and lines up with everything else I input. I would say looking at your chart that there doesn't seem to be enough of a temp rise of 26th Dec to be accurate, but you never know with bodies!

@FortiesMumTTC3 How sensitive are the tests? It could still show in the coming days. 🤞

It’s good to see I’m not alone in ttc in my 40s. I just turned 40 a few weeks ago so trying to get used to saying I’m in my 40s now 😂

I should hopefully receive my pregnancy test in the post tomorrow. I was hoping today but it doesn’t look hopefully looking at the tracking info. I’m already convinced I’m pregnant but need the confirmation. I’m days late now. Just need to be more patient.

I just input all of my data into Fertility Friend and that told me that it was the 2nd that I ovulated now 😢 I’m counting this month out I think and then will just start fresh next month, at least all of the data I have from this month should help

I am 5DPO now and time is draggingggg even though I know there is very little hope this month haha!

Do you have any other symptoms of ovulation that you can go off of? I have increased sex drive in those days, ewcm and mild cramps on the day of!
Even if I wasn't tracking with LH strips I could sort of guess the day

If I hadn’t been temping and LH testing I would have sworn I ovulated on the 26th or 27th December. I had all of the cramps in one side, increased sex drive, EWCM then for a few days after had bloating and sore boobs and then my CM dried up completely, it’s now back to being a little big heavier but more Creamy. Bad back for a few days, now nothing really other than being starving constantly

Interesting! I know bbt can be thrown off by bad sleep so maybe it was that? That's why I don't temp because my sleep is crazy because of my toddler

It’s the CB ultra early apparently 10miu that’s giving BFNs, to be fair I’m not 100% sure on my dpo it could be 9/10 days.
Will just need to see if period arrives. Feeling a bit deflated but my symptoms are still present 😅

Yes temping worked for me last time but of course I didn’t have a 4 year old. I’ve only been struggling to sleep since around the time I thought I ovulated!

i think for my own peace of mine I am just going to disregard this month and start again next month. It’s my birthday at the end of this month anyway so can enjoy myself and then get back to it

Ooh same, but if I'm not pregnant this month, then I'm going to have my period around my birthday which sucks!

I should be around half way through my 2ww on my birthday. It’s the 28th

For me it's on the 23rd, but at least I'll have a drink if not pregnant! Hopefully we won't have to worry about ttc by then!

@FortiesMumTTC3 I did the same at what I thought was 10dpo with those tests but my symptoms are throwing me off massively! I usually spot by now and I haven’t and I’ve had an on/off metallic taste in my mouth! And my RHR has soared… just like how it did with my first!! It’s either the biggest coincidence and disappointment or it’s something!

If I’m not pregnant I’ll definitely regret not just going out and buying one 😂. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to be better with money so since I’ve already bought one online I’m just going to wait it out. At least I won’t have to wait to call the midwife. Last time I used an early detection test and phoned the midwife excitedly only to be told I needed to call back in a week.

Fingers crossed it's worth the wait! Id buy one in the store either way, and then use the other for line progression! But you're right, I also spent so much money on tests with my MMC because i was afraid the lines are not darkening fast enough - eventually I was right but I still spent too much money on that

I finally took a test (or two!) yesterday evening and were negative!
but still no period….
i still have the lower abdomen cramps but bleeding just won’t arrive.
it’s been 14 days since supposed ‘ovulation’ from the tests I did and got peak.
im confused, has anyone had this experience after a miscarriage? I know it can take a while to settle but I’m thinking I didn’t actually ovulate, otherwise I’d bleed by now as I’ve NEVER had a LP so long.
Just want period to arrive so I can start to track a cycle again :(

I don't remember what you said - did you start tracking LH once your pregnancy test was negative? I thought I was ovulating about 1.5 weeks after the D&C based on symptoms. All LH tests were positive but I found out that they show high readings when you still have hCG in your system, so for me it was because of that. Period came three weeks after that so it wasn't ovulation for sure.
