TWW feels like forever

WHY does the TWW feel like forever?! I thought I was 7dpo then I actually hit my peak late, and now I’m 3dpo and just want to test😂 fertile window being 28th-2nd with ovulation on 3rd and BD every other day so really hoping it’s done the trick. Had a chemical on Nov 10th. Did anyone fall pregnant the cycle after a chemical?

My son can't talk much yet only 15mo, but if he could I bet he would be saying the same thing!

I feel you girls. My step daughter (8) has been going on and on about wanting a brother, then around 3 months ago her mum announced she was pregnant and recently discovered she’s having a boy. At least she’ll know what to expect when it comes to our turn 🙈 my daughter on the other hand has never asked for a sibling and often complains about her step ones .. so we’ll see how she reacts 😂

@Bubs94 its so hard isn’t it and I’m like oh god I’m full of hormones this isn’t helping!!!

@Bassbeh17 yeah the line is there, my husband can see it which is saying something. It is faint though and already I am getting upset because as you remember I got a faint FRER (darker than this one) before I had my chemical last month 😔

If my ovulation was predicted correctly I am 13/14dpo and my period hasn't started today.

Trying really hard not to get my hopes up!! I'm going to test again in the morning x

I can totally understand why you’re nervous @SKLM anf it’s one of those hard situations where you’ll want to monitor for a long time BUT, allow yourself some happiness….you have a line 🙂

Hey guys.. it's faint like yesterday. No sign of my period. Should I maybe wait a few days (hahahaha) and test again? It really upset me this morning as I was hoping the line to be darker.

How is everyone doing?

@SKLM hold of and let the hormone rise a few days, I did it again today and shock horror BFN 🫠 I’m still 11dpo though period due Monday so gonna wait, sore boobs and nausea and cramping so could be anything, feeling a bit low tbh but it is what it is I can’t control it!

@SKLM its absolutely hideous to be honest! I just don’t know and I am awful with living in the grey area!! I’m not good out of control 😅 my husband keeps telling me to relax which isn’t helping! Plus we are flying to America in the Easter holidays and so if it’s not happened this month we won’t be in a place to tell the family when we are out there which is a bit disappointing as well!

@SKLM I would suggest waiting two days and trying again.. but I know I’d test every day. So I imagine you will test again tomorrow?

im thinking ill test Saturday even thou i should prob wait until monday but its just too tempting isnt it 😅🫣

Hoping I can join in - I’ve been lurking and obsessively questioning ChatGPT but be nice to have some human response!

I stopped Cerezette at the end of December - was quite worried about how long it might take for things to get going as peoples’ experiences seem to vary massively!
But had ewcm on the 9th and a positive smiley on a clear blue ovulation on the 10th - so looking ok!!

Was trying not to obsessively test too soon but started earlier in the week 🙄 negative so far with fmu.
Just been to the loo now and there is some pinkish/brownish streaking in my cm when I wiped. Not much - it just looked a bit “grubby” if that makes sense.

Assumed that was my period on the way - but surprised as I’ve not had any cramping or back pain. Obviously hoped straight on ChatGPT to try and understand what “spotting” really is 😅 and what my first bleed off Cerazette might be like 🤷🏻‍♀️

Conclusion being that really I just need to wait it out to see if this becomes a period - and if not test in a few days. But god the waiting is painful isn’t it!!

@CauliflowerCheese00 hey there! Spotting is the weirdest term I don't think anyone has the same idea of what it means 😅i remember looking that up last month too X. Hopefully you ovulated on the 10th then which is exciting.

So ladies, I took apart that FRER test this morning as it just didn't look right and I think I've been caught out by a nasty indent. If I remember I will photograph the indent later and share it with you, it creates an impression of a line.

I still don't have a period though so I really don't have any idea what is going on 😂

also learning a lot about my body over here!! Sometimes getting lots of symptoms then sometimes there’s nothing so just doing mental loops over here. Gonna stop testing until next week now because my period should come Monday so if it doesn’t then I’ll check then but I need to give myself a little mental break!

@Bassbeh17 me too.. a mental break would be good. This TTC business is very taxing. My husband tries to be sympathetic but they're on another planet with it really.

There I was saying I’d give myself a break mentally and went for a wee and there was the tiniest faintest pink tinge when I wiped! So obviously I’m gonna spend the evening googling implantation but I’ve also got some low period like cramps so I reckon it’s that coming 😭
