@HansBananshow much cinnamon do you take and how? I'd like to shorten my cycles a bit too so less waiting! Sorry to hear you're back in the same boat as me.... onto the next cycle!!

@summertime94 I’m using this one. Feeling a bit bummed but going to give it our all this month I think. We used preseed when we conceived our son so going to order some of that for this month 🤞🏻

I’m feeling really down about ttc now, knowing I should be pregnant right now but I’m not because of not one, but 3 chemicals in a row. And that my recurrent miscarriage referral won’t even be reviewed until November just adds to it. I don’t know what’s wrong with me that’s causing me to lose the pregnancies. I thought it was breastfeeding and therefore high prolactin levels, but I had my prolactin checked this week and it’s actually on the lower end of normal, so it’s not that. And my progesterone levels are good as well, actually quite naturally high so it’s not that either. My iron levels are normal now too and my hypothyroidism is under control.

I just don’t know what more I can do 😞

@JupiterDaze sorry you’re feeling so down. How do your iron levels look? Mine are at the lower end of normal which can cause issues apparently

@HansBanans it’s 17.1 umol/L which I think is a little on the lower end of normal too but I’m taking a very high dose of iron so I’m hoping it goes up more soon. My ferritin was 3 when I first started taking them 3 months ago and now it’s in the 80s so it’s definitely working 😅

@JupiterDaze I’m glad it’s working, hopefully after a few months everything will be the more mid-range 🤞🏻 could just be thinner uterine lining atm if your iron was lower x

@HansBanans I wouldn’t have thought it would be thin lining from the amount of bleeding I’ve had the past couple days 😂 I haven’t bled this heavy in years! Which means I have to make sure I keep on top of my iron supplement 😩

how are you feeling? Did you say you’re on cycle 6 now? Same as me

@JupiterDaze yeah I’m cycle 6 now too. Feeling a bit bummed out but just got to keep trying. If we don’t have luck this month I think we’ll go private for some further testing. The age gap we are going to have is already bigger than we’d have liked 😕

I’ve gone full blown crazy and made DP take the last Clearblue 🤣 his doesn’t even have a hint of a line on it so wondering if I’ve had a really early chemical. Guess there’s no real way of knowing now

@HansBanans I’m sorry it’s taking longer than expected for you too 😞 it’s entirely possible it could have been a chemical, but those clearblue tests are just awful at the moment! I had so many that had that thin blue line within the time frame but weren’t actual positives. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell them if the tests do that! I can’t even think of a reliable brand at the moment that doesn’t give bad indents, they all have them 😭

This makes me so sad 😔 but I know I can’t dwell on it, just have to look forward and hope the next time will be successful 🤞🏼

i'm soo sorry you are both feeling down 😔i know how it feels, took us 7 months and due to previous loss even now i just feel like i can't get excited about it...i know you don't want to hear it but believe me it wil happen and most likely when you least expect it!! sending you loads of baby dust and positive vibes!! ❤

AF came this morning and the cramps are incredibly painful, they've been light and easy since my miscarriage so think its a sign thst they're going back to normal as they used to be heavy and lots of cramps.

Going to have a nice relaxing month as I have 2 weeks off work and going on our first family holiday which coincides with my fertile window!

Sorry for everyone who is feeling down, fingers crossed the cycle will be it for us 🤞 I started doing Opks yesterday but I had a really low value so I didn't test in the afternoon. Had a lot of EYCM after that (sorry if tmi), and today this.. I really hope that I won't get my peak today, as dh is away for work and I don't want to miss our peak day again.. My surges are usually quite rapid so I'm expecting my peak tomorrow 🤞

@Anya23 sorry to say but that looks like peak is coming...0.7 is already quite high plus in the am, have you had the time to bd days up to today? i didn't bd on peak day but had enough swimmers up there before peak and it did the trick so fingers crossed for you ❤

Yeah, I'm afraid it's coming as well.. We dtd Wednesday, and yesterday evening so fingers crossed🤞
