One dpo today (I think) normally I cramp on right side of day of ovulation but nothing this month. I’m wondering if I haven’t ovulated or have without cramping. Has anyone had this?

Ec2808 · 21/08/2025 09:42

@fullofhope2024 i don't always feel the ovulation cramps sometimes they can be more discrete can also depend on what side you ovulate from...if you track bbt you can still confirm 🙂

fullofhope2024 · 21/08/2025 09:44

@Ec2808 thanks hun, I’ve had EWCM and peak on clear blue advanced LH stick so I’m hoping it’s as you say it’s been more discreet.
bbt is the one thing I haven’t done as yet so may start next month. I’m up at all different times which worries me I won’t accurately track

Ec2808 · 21/08/2025 09:47

@fullofhope2024 i'm also using the clearblue advanced after the peak you usually ovulate 12-36 hours after the peak stays for two days on the monitor 😊when did you get the peak? they are usually very accurate for pinpointing ovulation

Ec2808 · 21/08/2025 09:48

@fullofhope2024 for example last month i got flashing smiley from CD9-12 and then static smiley on CD13, this month already started flashing on CD8 so might ovulate a day earlier 😊

@Ec2808 I got my peak Tue eve so dtd that eve, missed out yesterday and will dtd this eve. I find every day too much pressure so
have tried every other. It worked last year but was sadly a chemical. How many dpo are you at the min?

fullofhope2024 · 21/08/2025 09:50

@Ec2808 my static was eve of cd11 I has flashing that morning

Ec2808 · 21/08/2025 10:11

@fullofhope2024 maybe you are very close but have not ovulated yet and that's why you haven't felt any cramps? 🙂i would bd the rest of the week every other day just in case 🤗soo sorry for your loss I had one in march it was horrible!
I'm CD 9 today and have flashing smiley since yesterday 🤗

Hello, hope you don’t mind me hopping on. I’m joining after having my first IUI yesterday (20th August), two days post trigger shot. Not allowed to test until 10th September 🥲

Joining from previous thread

CD 25 - negative pregnancy test. Lots of lower cramping and my boobs are swollen and the left one feels like it did when I was first breastfeeding my DC (tiny needles) due on next tuesday I think. Don't usually get symptoms this early but it could be PMS, however this cramping has been going on for about 3 days now... Had one instance of very light spotting earlier this week (happened last month as well, don't normally get spotting before my period) so I don't know what to think XD but I'm really fed up of being crampy now

Ec2808 · 21/08/2025 14:20

@PumpkinSpicedLatte oooh fingers crossed for you 🤗
@rainbowsnack sadly cramping and spotting can be either pregnancy or pms soo only time will tell 😕

@Ec2808 morning hun, you were completely right. I had ovary cramps yesterday evening just later than expected for me. 48 hrs after peak rather than 24

Ec2808 · 22/08/2025 07:30

@fullofhope2024 oooooh exciting 😍that's still totally normal tho! now the dreaded tww 😅

Hi, I'd like to join as well! been silently lurking here for the past two months and we have now just started ttc, but due to hubby's work only dtd two days and four days before ovulation, so not very hopeful the first cycle. We've managed to conceive dd in cycle #3, which was the first cycle that I started tracking ovu (by checking cm, without ovulations tests). This time i'm using tests as well as I have half a year left before I have to get back to work and would like to be pregnant by then 🙈 I live in a different country where we get to stay home until the child is 2 years
Good luck to all 😊

Ec2808 · 22/08/2025 08:25

@Anya23 oh wow that's amazing where are you living? i'm from Luxembourg we get maternity leave until baby is 9 months old...ovulation - 2 is usually very good conception rates soo fingers crossed for you! xx

Well we'll see next week, I'm only 3 dpo now 🙂thanks! I live in Hungary, maternity leave is five and a half months (100% salary) but then you still get 60-70% of your salary until two years which is amazing!

Ec2808 · 22/08/2025 08:49

@Anya23 that is amazing!!! i'll be ovulating in the next couple of days nomally soo just a little bit behind you 🤗

I'm in Singapore and the maternity leave is terrible! 3 months for a 'foreigner' and only 2 is paid I think

Wow, that's really not much! I wouldn't have been able to go back to work so fast after birth
