Cycle 12 for me. First month working with a dietary and lifestyle specialist.

CatLady1994 · 01/08/2025 10:59

Hey, checking in. TTC #2, have a 2y9m old DS already. Had a miscarriage last year, took some time off to get over it, then been casually 'not trying not preventing' for the past few months to no success, starting tracking etc again this month to see if we make any progress. Today is CD14 and due to ovulate today/tomorrow!

CinnamonBuns67 · 01/08/2025 11:01

I'm still here too CD22 of cycle 3 6DPO

NavigatingLife · 01/08/2025 11:25

Will join you, I'm 7DPO, this is my first cycle TTC. I've had a big rise in temperature today which is unusual for me, trying not to get my hopes up too much though!

Hoping it will be helpful. Never imagined it would take us this long! I guess I was just naïve.

CD9 TTC #1. Not sure on the number of cycles but must be around 9 months with a MC 4 months ago.

I've been having spotting a few days before AF since then which I never used to have so I'm trying to naturally increase progesterone with seed cycling and vitamins to see if that helps.

Andrasa · 01/08/2025 14:07

After deciding to wait until after a big trip to start trying, made the (hasty?) decision yesterday that on the off chance we get pregnant first cycle that I’ll be fine at fourteen weeks. No temperature tracking or any idea when my ovulation will actually be other than a guess based on my latest period dates, which estimates Sunday, but considering I’m on the edge of being a geriatric pregnancy we decided it was worth having a go before we properly clue up and get ovulation tests etc.

got some pregnacare vitamins yesterday since I eat like a picky six year old so hopefully that’ll also help to improve our chances in a few months!

it will be nice to have people to wait with for test results though, even though I’m not expecting anything my adhd means I hyper focus anything like this and I really struggle to just relax and forget about it.

hope you are all taking care of yourselves and enjoying the journey as much as possible 🙂

MrsF111 · 01/08/2025 21:53

Also CD4 for me, this is cycle 6 ttc number 2. I’ve had 2 chemicals so far this time around, hoping this is the month it sticks! Babydust to everyone 💕

mummm2 · 02/08/2025 09:52

Hello ladies!
Got my LH peak today, so almost ready for TWW. Been tracking the last 7 cycles, TTC baby #3.
Sending baby dust to us all ✨

mummm2 · 02/08/2025 10:24

@chouxchoux Temp rise is really promising! Did it stay high today?

@Purplerocket my progesterone is always quite low! Can I ask vitamins are you trying please ?

@CinnamonBuns67 good luck for testing soon! 🤞🏼

@CatLady1994good luck for ovulation! How is your chart looking? x

CrazyKJ · 02/08/2025 12:23

Morning Ladies! Hope it’s okay for me to join.
I’m currently on CD3, already have a 3yo and trying for our second. We had a MC at 7weeks last month but feeling ready to try again. Took 7 months ttc the baby we lost, so hoping for a shorter wait this time 🤞

Fingers crossed for a positive month all round!

Purplerocket · 02/08/2025 15:30

@mummm2 I've just started vitamin C and zinc but I think magnesium and B6 are good too. I'm trying to add changes slowly as it's a lot to remember!

SophieP89 · 02/08/2025 20:51

Hey everyone!
Joining this thread as TTC our 2nd, I'm 36 and we have a 7 year old daughter and sadly went through a MMC at 8 weeks in March.
My cycles have only really just settled back to being regular but I have just started my TWW as I had my peak on Thursday so 1dpo today.
Sending lots of baby dust to you all, feeling positive this month ✨️

mummm2 · 02/08/2025 21:45

@Purplerocket I think that’s key to add them slowly so you can see what works and what doesn’t! I’m trying conceive plus this cycle for the first time but do find I get a bit nausea!

@SophieP89sorry to hear about your MMC. Good to hear your cycle is settling back to normal for you! I’ll be joining you in TWW, 1dpo tomorrow x

CatLady1994 · 03/08/2025 10:16

Well - I’m calling myself 1DPO today, although haven’t tested since Friday afternoon as have been in the hospital with my DS (he’s ok now and we’re home). I think I got a peak test on Friday so would have ovulated yesterday which is pretty consistent with my usual cycle. BD on Friday morning but was planning on again yesterday but life gets in the way!! Keeping fingers crossed 🤞🏼 now the agonising TWW…

Andrasa · 03/08/2025 12:28

What pregnancy tests are people using? I figure I’ll get some of the decent first response/clear blue for testing properly, but is there a brand of cheapie ones people recommend for cheeky early testing?

SophieP89 · 03/08/2025 13:24

@Andrasapersonally for me with my pregnancy early this year, I used One Step which I got my first positive on and didn't have any indents/evap lines with those so will be ordering more of those for this month.
I've tried Wondfo but I wouldn't use them again x

mummm2 · 03/08/2025 15:45

@CatLady1994my plans never actually go to plan either! 😂 I miscalculated my days so I’m actually O day today.
Do you track BBT to confirm ovulation or just LH testing?

mummm2 · 03/08/2025 15:48

@AndrasaI use easy@home to help my POAS habit 😂 I probably wouldn't buy wondfo again as I’ve had faint shadows on those so of course misleading! I hate how expensive tests are x

Andrasa · 03/08/2025 17:14

@SophieP89 @mummm2 thanks both! Not tracking anything means a wide range of potential ovulation times and a possible big waste of money on tests too early

CatLady1994 · 03/08/2025 20:51

@mummm2I’m just LH testing at the mo - I stopped tracking BBT after my miscarriage last year and my thermometer has run out of battery in that time. Will get another one ordered in time for my next cycle if we don’t see success this month!!

CaraMacaroni · 03/08/2025 22:16

Hi all, CD1 today. First cycle ttc baby #2. PCOS and slowly managing to regulate my cycles...planning on BBT and LH tracking together to see how it goes this month. Fingers crossed for everyone!

underthethree · 04/08/2025 04:05

Hi everyone!! I’m so excited to be joining the thread! We’ve just decided to start trying for no.3 (last baby). Think I have might have just missed ovulation by a day this month as we’ve literally just decided to start ttc! But I’ll be tracking my tww anyways as you never know. I’m on CD14 now.

so excited to be joining the thread :)
