I'm on CD4 of cycle #4, trying for baby #2

So confused what’s happened this month. Extremely long cycle, LH peak 28th July (cd27) normally I peak on cd 19/20. BBT spike occurred on 4th August (cd34) though so maybe late ovulation? Period was due to start yesterday if it’s going off my LH peak but I had very light bleeding that didn’t require any pad or tampon pink/red colour. Today it’s still very light but if it was my period normally it would be in full flow by now

@TealDream i'm really intrigued on the asprin, what does it help with? Ive seen a few things online but I never went any further with it! Brazil nuts are a good call, i shall join you 🤣

Yeah tested this morning and absolutely nothing not even a faint line but then if my bbt spike signaled a later ovulation I would only be 6 days post ovulation so maybe to early?

@29B could be! Especially if you've had a light bleed, implantation bleeding maybe?

Thanks, same to you! At least if I give in and test I can put it down til the next day, might as well get it over with early. It’s only cheap ones so the whole pack of 50 only cost the same as a Starbucks anyway.

could be worse, found my husband comparing primary schools earlier and admissions criteria. 😆 to be fair to him he has been ready to try for ages, it’s been me who wanted to get my career etc sorted before trying.

Hi all, we are TTC #3, we have a 8 year old girl and 5 year old boy. First month trying. I’m 7dpo I believe (haven’t tested for ovulation, going off my app and body).
so far just normal PMS symptoms for me, apart from some cramping which is slightly unusual this early for me. :)

@MoonLitLavenderfor me it was a sort of ‘it won’t hurt so try it along side the aspirin’! My losses were early and could indicate a clotting issue, it is also said to improve uterine thickness and aid implantation. There definitely are other pros but I can’t remember them all!

NB this is low dose aspirin not normal dose and it was my GP that said it wouldn’t harm and could help

I’m feeling really disheartened, I’ve come down with a flu type thing. Definitely have a bit of a temp and achy and feel unwell so I think this will definitely hinder implantation :( feels like all the hard work is for nothing doesn’t it

I think this is the faintest positive I’ve ever seen, but can definitely see it!

@Lanagirl123@Andrasathanks both - really hope it’s not just an unfortunate indent/evap!! Appreciate it’s super early so any positive result at all at this stage would be really really faint!

I’m going to give it a couple more days with the cheapies until I get some FR tests - I don’t allow myself to keep any in the house because of temptation to early test with them and waste a load of money every month 😅

on month 5 of ttc and just got my period today. I am trying to be rational but my goodness it’s bringing me down. My pms was super bad this month and just feeling a bit deflated. I know It’s still early in trying but just have a gut feeling something is up, anyone have any advice on changing the mindset? Hope you are all good and sending baby dust to all of you still waiting 🩷🥰 and love to anyone in the same position 🩷

oooffff @Sdjm its a tough one!! I had a very long journey to get number 1 and went through all sorts of ups and downs (mainly downs!!) emotionally. The two things that helped me were go plan something nice that I wouldn’t have done if I was pregnant for every couple of months, not necessarily book it but just pencil it in the dairy, it helped me get over the disappointment each month, we did a weekend break skiing, boozy lunch, bought some nice clothes etc. the other one but it took me a long time to get there and might not be helpful/benificial for everyone but I was finding seeing pregnant ladies everywhere hard so I flipped it in my mind to “look everyone can do it so it will happen for me too” I’m trying that now as I’m seeing so many get onto baby 2

CD14 for me of cycle 6 ttc number 2 and a very strange one, I’ve had some spotting today, I NEVER get midcycle spotting so very bizarre, I did start conceive plus this month so wondering if that has changed my normal a bit.

I’m freaking out! Please tell me if you see a second line here. I was 2 days late and did early pregnancy tests which were negative. Then had a 4 day period so I took my Letrozole as I should, then randomly did another test today and got this. Am I imagining things?!

TTC second after FIVE YEARS - first fertility apt is due September!

I had it next an ovulation test, could the colour have run into the HCG test?

Thanks so much for your lovely and helpful message! I think that is a great way of looking at it. I think stressing about it hasn’t helped and I need to live as well as ttc! I am a catastrophiser so always think of the worst case scenario. Thanks again for your message. We have got this! 🩷

Just in case it helps anyone - this was false. I didn’t realise if you put it took close to LH test, the dye runs across :(

Yeah. I had the same happen to me second month of trying. Dye went all the way across the indented area. I’m sorry that’s happened to you 😞

Oh thank god. I almost feel stupid that it’s going to happen around the predicted time 😅 just a little bit later.

Unfortunately I think you’re right - tested this morning and BFN. Not counting myself out yet for this month as only 9DPO today, but was a bit of a stab in the gut to not even see a hint of a line!!

I know I should take this as lesson learnt re early testing but I know I’ll be back here testing at 8DPO next month 😅
