kayzisexpecting · 23/05/2008 16:44

I am so so The dad of the bloke who lives in the other flat in the house has just rang our buzzer. DS had only just gone to sleep and he was woken up by the fecking buzzer. Its so bloody stupid!!! The buzzers are marked!!

Moosma · 23/05/2008 16:47

Afternoon all, have been shopping this morning (boooo) and to the pub this afternoon and DH is bringing Chinese home with him later (the food that is, not some people ).

My mum annoyed me this morning, she was going on about how the world is running out of oil and that she feels bad for having 3 children (gee thanks, I'm the 3rd) as the world is getting overcrowded and she's glad I only have 2. Obviously I didn't say anything about our plans for #3 but now I'm worried that she won't be pleased for me when I tell her .

tinkiszzzz · 23/05/2008 17:04

roast sounds great!!

lardylumps · 23/05/2008 17:11

I had no sleep last night. Dd is teeting and has a stinking cold (again) I hate to say it but at 4 this morning after loosing my rag I gave her medised... I am such a bad mum (but at least it gave her 3 hours sleep.) I will catch up and then be back...

Moosma · 23/05/2008 17:11

I haven't seen the 13 children thing, is it going to be on again? What channel was it on?

And as for bump sizes, I was desperate for a visible bump with DD1 but didn't show until at about 4-5 months, then with DD2 I was trying to hide it a bit but had no muscles left so was showing at about 14 weeks! I felt them both wriggle at 16 weeks though which was nice

Diege · 23/05/2008 17:14

Moos, I know what you mean, my mum's the same..really gets me cross, esp as it's not as if she gets roped in to baby sitting etc . Why can't they just be pleased for us? .
Kay, what a pain with the wriong buzzer, v. for you. Did you give him a piece of your mind? Mmm yes, roast does sound good Glaskham! I'm making do with scraps as dh is out with friends and then staying over at his mums . So different from the planned York weekend . We have the 13th down in diary though for that, so fingers crossed for my friend and her sore back!
Just wondering when we'll all be tested/who's next etc...I'm cd 16, so a while yet. Just pleased to be involved properly this month!

kayzisexpecting · 23/05/2008 17:15

It was on channel 4 Moos, dunno if it will be repeated but probably will.

Diege · 23/05/2008 17:16

Aww LL, sounfds nuight-marish. Make sure you give mediced earlier tonight! (and take some yourself )

Squack · 23/05/2008 17:20

Well my eyes are getting less itchy/inflamed, but I'm still not venturing outside.

Dh is digging holes and is bringing takeaway back with him mmmmm!

Glaskham I do a roast once a week, but never on Sunday for some reason.

Prepg I O cd17-18 normally though I'm a bit crampy in ovaries today so I reckon it might be cd16-17 for me. I think I'm cd10-11 today, so within the next week hopefully.

I do feel a lot of goings on during my cycle tbh.
Until I read TCOYF I thought something was wrong with me. But now I know I can feel the follicle swelling and then it's release (very odd)

Do you all get a lot of ewcm?
I seem to get 4-5 days of it before I O (day before and day of O it's a ridiculous amount) then dry up a bit, then I get it back on odd days during LP.
Is it normal to be so gunky?

sorry if you're about to have tea

lardylumps · 23/05/2008 17:21

Right I tested last night BFN. I think I must have just had a light period. I didn't think they really existed... he he he

I didn't show with dd until 19 weeks but then boy did I show but I had a really strange shape it looked like a rugby ball. To the point that I thought dd was laying horizontally with her head towards my bum and her feet towards my belly. I put on 5 stone while pg with her so there is no way I was going to have just a tiny bump was there.

kayzisexpecting · 23/05/2008 17:22

LL, I wouldn't give Medised. They have changed the guidelines and say you shouldn't give it to children under 2.

Here I don't know why it has changed but when I went to get DS some yesterday they said he couldn't have it.

Squack · 23/05/2008 17:22

What's medised?

Diege · 23/05/2008 17:23

Mmm, that natural yogurt and honey I've just eaten has gone down a treat Squack . Yes, think lots of gunk is good and completely normal. My EWM varies from months to month, always more (when I get it) leading up to OV, then like you for a few days during LP. Remember when pregnant getting it after ov too, right up to my bfps.

Diege · 23/05/2008 17:24

Oooh interesting Kay about medised (it's hardcore calpol Squack that knocks them out in a good way ). Lucky for me dd3 is 2.5 . Do they do a under2's version?

lardylumps · 23/05/2008 17:25

dp is going up the pub tonight with his friend so it is just going to be me, my bottle of wine, two bars of chocolate and MN........ Hope some of you will be on here later as well....

kayzisexpecting · 23/05/2008 17:25

No they don't. It used to be for over 3 months but they changed it in March our pharmicist told me yesterday.

Squack · 23/05/2008 17:25

I do remember getting increasing amounts during all my pg as well.

Moosma · 23/05/2008 17:26

I think it's the same as Calpol night isn't it? That is calpol with added antihisitimine to help them sleep. I've never used and never will with DD2 as she has odd breathing where she often holds her breath for a few seconds so wouldn't like her to be unnaturally deeply asleep in case she forgot to breathe again IYSWIM.

Squack · 23/05/2008 17:26

I likely will be LL

lol at hardcore Clapol

lardylumps · 23/05/2008 17:27

Oh shit it says its ok on the bottle. I will stick to calpol then...

Squack · 23/05/2008 17:27

oh fgs my typos are terrible.

calpol

kayzisexpecting · 23/05/2008 17:28

Yeah if you bought it before it changed it says it ok. I think its bloody stupid. Surely if it was ok in March it should be ok now.

Moosma · 23/05/2008 17:29

Clapol sounds like it's for something else entirely!
