Sorry for your news Mags, I hope you get some good answers soon.

Hello BB!!! Where have you been? How are you?

Moosma · 31/05/2008 09:37

If I were to take my temperature, would this thermometer do?

Diege · 31/05/2008 09:52

Hi BB! What have you been up to?
Sorry I can't help Mags, although my sister had adhesions within the fallopian tubes, but I think this is different from uterine?
Fingers crossed you'll get some answer soon, at least they are investigating .
Moos, yes technically you 10mIU should give you super erayl results, but I think you are wise to wait longer as only a small percentage of women who are pregnant will get a very early positive, even when pregnant I read somewhere!
What sort of work do you do Squack (sorry, I am nosey!)Just curious if the HE on your profile relates to higher ed?
Well, I know I am deffo NOT pregnant, but did a test this morning (cd24) negative of course, just to stop me on the 'oooh could I be???' mind track that I know would start next week even though my dates and gofs were all over the place! Hoping af will start weds/thurs, then will plan next month with military precision!

Diege · 31/05/2008 09:54

Look good to me Moos!! Though I would get a new one rather than used, as don't fancy using someone else's rectal thermometer

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 31/05/2008 09:58

Moosma · 31/05/2008 10:02

Oooh BB that sounds hopeful. Why not wait till next weekend then we can have a grand testing day with me, you and Squack?!

Diege, that is the thermometer I already have and it's never been used in that way!

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 31/05/2008 10:03

lol well i wanna use FMU so but forgot this morning so i spose i might tommorrow

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 10:14

Morning everyone. I am a mess this morning ladies, DD is teething really badly and last night was running a temp. Is this normal when they are teething?

She woke up so much last night that I ended up sleeping on her floor. So no GOF for me and no temp this morning. I am on CD12 today and have only gof once this cycle and that was on CD9. I have not done one temp either.

DD is fine now not temp and dancing around the bloody front room. I think she knows what is going on and wants to be an only child so is sabotaging my efforts

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 10:16

Sorry BB x posts. Good luck for tomorrow have you had any symptoms?

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 31/05/2008 10:26

yeah i think so LL sore boobs on and off sick feeling but not actually being sick on and off

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 31/05/2008 10:27

sorry about ure rubbish night too

Diege · 31/05/2008 10:27

Aww LL, I really feel for you. Teething is awful, and yes raised temp can be a symptom I think. I think you just have to accept that sometimes not everything can be planned, though agree it's sooo frustrating when the fertile time is such a small window. I would say that as long as you manage at least one or two gofs over the weekend, then you will be in with as good a chance as anyone .
Right, world war 3 has commenced in my front room...back when I can!

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 10:30

Thanks BB and Diege I havent had smiley face yet this month so hopefully havent ov yet.

She is fine today so hopefully will be fine tonight.... I think DP is taking her out today as I am working until 6

Moosma · 31/05/2008 10:48

Oh LL poor you! Both of mine have temps when teething, I am quite often found given calpol at bedtime as a preventative measure . It is miserable when you don't get a good nights sleep though isn't it? Could you get a sneaky GOF in sometime this evening when she's asleep, then you'd be covered for the next couple of days?

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 10:58

I am hoping to get a GOF when she goes to bed tonight, and tomorrow night all being well....

She does seem fine now so fingers crossed...

THe clearblue OPK hasn't given me a possitive yet so I am hoping that i havent ov yet this month, which would be great....

Moosma · 31/05/2008 11:00

Sounds good LL, then at least you will already be covered if you do get a in the next few days

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 11:04

I am testing at 3 again today so you never know... he he

kayzisexpecting · 31/05/2008 11:25

Hello,

I had to go to the library to scan the picture but it is now on my profile!!!!

I'm so excited!!!

Moosma · 31/05/2008 11:28

Yay Kayz! It's a little tiny baby baby!!

kayzisexpecting · 31/05/2008 11:29

Oh and my stupid poor DH managed to stab himself with one of my knitting needles this morning. I was upstairs and just heard this scream. Nearly broke my ankle running down the stairs. He moved them and then forgot he had moved them.

I was terrified but he is ok and its only a small hole/cut. Loads of blood though.

lardylumps · 31/05/2008 11:33

oh kay that is lovely (the scan not the hole in dh). I never had a 12 week scan can not believe how good it is... yay..

kayzisexpecting · 31/05/2008 11:36

The baby kinda looks like it's waving.

kookykid · 31/05/2008 11:46

Kay lovely scan picture - it DOES look like it's waving! Bet you must be thrilled. Am a bit jealous - I want a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaby!
Where did your DH stab himself?? Hope he didn't sit on them... Ouch!
LL Poor you and poor DD. I too have done the sleeping on the bedroom floor stint. I have also given Calpol at around bathtime if we've had a rough couple of nights. How long is your cycle? I reckon you haven't missed OV yet!
Well we finally have good weather here so may actually get around to putting up the new garden furniture which I got weeks ago.
gotta go and be sociable.

tinkhasabunintheoven · 31/05/2008 11:59

Diege · 31/05/2008 12:21

Lovely piccy Kayz!! Agree, does look like s/he's waving! dd1 had a look and could identify head, body etc and though it was a really sweet piccy!
Hi Kooky! Let's hope the good weather holds - we plan to go to a friends this afternoon and get the paddling pool out etc...any bit of sun eh!
Hi Tinks, really not expecting a bfp, so just confirming my suspicians i9n the run up to af. Twas a bonus month for me anyway, what with waiting for all-clear from the smear, so onwards and upwards [ahem] for next month!
