Morning all!
OOOh! Good luck today, Kay - am so exctied for you. I remember 1st scan so clearly. Mixture of nerves and utter amazement seeing her jumping about!
Squack - one of frist signs of pregnancy was sore boobs. maybe baby!
Welcome, Gyoga - I have only recently joined too, and everyone has been so brilliant - i have learnt so much (and not as innocent as once was!).
Won't be around much today, my Mum's here from Oz and I have to prepare for an interview on Monday (eeek am SO nervous!).

Diege · 30/05/2008 09:08

Morning . Ooh tell us more Kooky - what's the interview for? Enjoy your mum's visit - how excisting .
Kayz, good luck for the scan. Ditto water in pregnancy with me, know what you mean. I could only drink flat coke when pregnant! Looking forward to seeing piccy of the bean .
Squack, sore boobs are a sign of pregnancy for me, but more so around the nipple area and down the sides than pre-af all-over sore. That's why I know I've not been lucky this month! Your symptoms really are sounding beter by the day .
Weather better here, so looking forward to taking all 3 dds to town on the bus to visit the Continental market that's here for the week. I think it will be a case of deep breaths and the promise of later choccies (for me) that will keep me sane. Just wish I could relax and not get stressed about 'big' days out like this - would be different if dh was coming too!

Oi Squack, I wish you wouldn't come on here listing your symptoms before me, it makes me look like a stalker when I list mine, as they're identical! I was even going to try to explain how weird my boobs feel, but you got there first! . I too have a high firm cervix and slightly tenderbutnot boobs behind nips IYSWIM.

Oh yes and DH says he's going to go away more often if that's what happens when he gets home (extra ones for quality!)

happynappies · 30/05/2008 09:41

don't really trust FF's calculations though - but we'll see.

Really excited for you Kayz - hope you get a nice clear piccie!

Kooky - enjoy your time with your Mum.

Diege - I get stressed going out and I only have one dd, so how you manage with three I don't know!

We're off out to buy a christening present for dd's little friend. Will catch up later when dd is asleep. Enjoy your day everyone!

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 09:46

morning all

good luck k looking forward to seeing bean
my boobs are heavy and fuller now and tingly sounds good squack
i have put piccies on my profile

lastboxoftampons · 30/05/2008 10:20

KK Trying to blame us for your loss of innocence!

Squack I had funny boobs too - but then they turned into very hurty boobs! Hope it's a sign! Fingers crossed for you!

Had a temp spike this morning, so likely ovulated yesterday which is when I expected to. We used the PreSeed last night and I have to say we really didn't enjoy it - it was just too slippery! I'm hoping it worked though! Didnt' manage to GOF until about midnight and temp up at 7am, so I hope we didn't miss the little egg

Squack · 30/05/2008 10:21

Moos it is an odd sensation isn't it? Not sore but not normal. Hmm.

Lol I don't think you're stalking me btw. I'm just getting to post earlier than you

Tink I honestly thought you were letting us know that you had put pics up of you full heavy boobs for a second there

Squack · 30/05/2008 10:21

I bet you've timed that just right LB

Playingthewaitinggame · 30/05/2008 10:54

Morning Ladies,

You were all chatty last night! I love the photo sharing. Only friends with some of you on FB so its nice to see everyone else.

Welcome newbies!

lastboxoftampons · 30/05/2008 11:07

Thanks Squack! Hope so!
So I added some pics as well, but when I looked at them this morning, I realized they were all at least 4 years old So just updated to add some more recent ones...

Good luck for your scan today, Kay!!! KK have a nice visit with your mum!

Hello to the newbies!

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 12:53

lovely pics tampons

Diege · 30/05/2008 13:57

Hello! Back from town, and it didn't go too bad at all. Had a nice time, and dds were v.good.apart from dd3 throwing a tantrum 5 mins towards end of bus journey...bus driver seemed rather relieved when we got off! .
Love the piccies LBOX - you look very glamorous! I'd say your GOF timing was pretty spot on actually . Bet I'll be the only one who doesn't get pregnant this month!!!

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 30/05/2008 14:10

Hello I am going to stop this one day

Once again not got time to catch up properly, just got back from town, am shattered, it is horrible out there, really boiling hot and humid, but grey and damp and raining in the air, bleurghhhh. And I wouldn't mind but of all the crap stuff we bought, the only thing I got for me was some chocolate so I took the plunge and did this:

Ordered the doppler, don't know if I am more excited or scared, I know the chances of picking up the heart beat at 9 weeks are slim, but also know I will pathetically panic if I don't find it, and will waste the next 3 weeks sat with it on my belly! LOL Yes I must be the biggest sucker going.... DH wishes

Speaking of DH's, why is it that last week we decided we weren't going to change the car (it's coming up towards 3 years old, and he panics once they go out of warrenty) and yet he has spent all week looking at new cars, and we are off out tomorrow afternoon to look at some more?

Good afternoon everyone
Great to see everyone's photos- will upload some myself over the weekend.

Can anyone tell me what preseed is?

Diege - promise I wont get Preg this month- impossible with coil still in place :-)

Im in London for work and surrey for home- anyone else down in Surrey?

Diege · 30/05/2008 14:35

Lol Nat, can't explain the car obsession as dh is totally the other way...they bore me rigid too! Doppler sounds good, plus you can re-sell (keep for next one??)on E-bay after.
Gyoga, good to hear I won't be the only one! Oh and pre-seed is a sperm-friendly lubricant that is said to help it on its journey. I think a few of us have it, and tbh I'm going off the egg white thing and will probably order some for next month!

lastboxoftampons · 30/05/2008 14:36

Hi Gyoga - PreSeed is a lubricant that's sperm friendly. I used it because my body didn't produce much EWCM this month.

I'm in south London - my DH grew up in Surrey. Whereabouts are you?

GiraffeYoga · 30/05/2008 14:40

Hello LBox
I am in Farnham, but went to Uni at Guildford.

Pre-seed sounds good to me. Will have to get hold of some!

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 14:55

hi

ye for doppler nat i might buy one later
i am in southwest

Diege · 30/05/2008 15:09

ooh Tink does the indicate a semi-gof?

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 15:11

no havent gofed since conceiving just happy

Diege · 30/05/2008 15:50

Sorry, I'm such a perv...hey have you noticed that the emoticons have had face lifts, or is it just my new lenses???

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 16:10

lol thats ok i will let you off just this once ni i hadnt notice facelit of emotions perhaps it is you spectacular new lenses lol have you been to specsavers

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 30/05/2008 16:18

Emoticons have deffo had face lifts, or dinner plates inserted into their eyes

See if DH was interested in buying, say a Bently Continental, or an Astin Martin DB9, I may be just little teeny tiny bit more interested, but when we are talking seven seater kid-transporters, I am not interested inthefarkingslightest!

Tink I have hired one, but if you hire it for 6 months it becomes yours with another 6 month guarentee, it's only £20 a month, and it has the LCD display with the heart rate etc. just like a proper midwives one, anyone for Doctor's and Nurses?

Don't like the new eyes, they are a bit fraeky.....

tinkhasabunintheoven · 30/05/2008 16:27
