I’ve had a bfn this morning, but to be honest still only 10-11dpo so not 100% out. I’m sure I tested positive (and really strong line) at this point with my first though so I’m convinced I’m out xx

Congrats for all the bfp’s I’ve missed - I’m CD 12 today and it looks like my LH is starting to surge - if I follow the same pattern as last month then my peak should be tomorrow (seems I have a fast surge/peak) - will BD-ing today, tomorrow and Monday be enough do we think?

on another front - I’ve read on a few threads that it can take those over 35 1-2 years to conceive!? Is that right??

Yes I think it can take alot longer 35+. However I have just turned 38 and on my 3rd month ttc I fell pregnant - ended in miscarriage, then following month had a chemical. This is my 3rd month post chemical. I also learnt recently that my chance of concieving each month at 38 is only 5-8% 🙃🫠 I fell pregnant with my son the first month trying and I was a month off 36 x

@ChaE05 5-8%? That makes me really worried. I turned 37 in February. I think we shared before and had similar experiences. I mc in Feb, chemical in March. We took April off and are now in cycle 2 TTC after those losses. We've d2d every day more or less since I got a flashy smiley and will again tonight. I really want something to stick this month 🤞

I also feel that I wasted so much time being careful so as not to get pregnant. If I'd known how difficult it was going to be I'd have encouraged my other half to start trying sooner.

it’s such a damning state @ForGiddyDreamer- I turned 37 this month and the thought of ttc for two years is mad!?! Partner would like 2 as well??? Don’t think that will happen! I fell 2nd month with my DS but he’s ten so I was 26!!

Yes same timeline exactly! When are you expecting to ovulate? It's so hard isn't it, I didn't think we would find it this difficult. I have got a scan some blood tests booked in for mid June time. As yes 5-8%! I've shared this before but I listened to diary of a ceo with the pregnancy doctor. It was a great listen x

@ChaE05 I think I ovulated yesterday or it might be today. With the advanced CB I got my first static smiley on Thursday. I have a pink holder too and I got a static smiley yesterday (Fri) and this morning (Saturday). We have d2d Mon, wed, Thurs, Friday and will again today.

Hello I wondered if I could join you all? Currently on cycle 1 of trying to conceive baby number 2 and I found threads like this so helpful the first time around. It took over a year last time so I’m trying very hard to expect it to take a while again, whilst secretly hoping for a lovely quick surprise!

@ForGiddyDreameryou have well and truly covered yourself! I got my static smiley on Wednesday! And I know I ovulated thurs as I checked with the cheap tests that the line got lighter. We dtd Monday, wed and thurs. Although honestly we had a nightmare trying to fit it in. My other half had to come home from work on wed and my 18 month old would not settle Thursday night and all he wanted was me. Talk about stress and just so typical when there is that pressure that it had to be done. Fingers crossed this is our month! So strange we had our losses in the same month and we are practically ovulating the same time! X

Done one test with water (first pic) and one with pee (second pic) I don’t see a line on the first ? I’ve heard about ectopics giving u a period then a positive test so now i’m kinda worried?

A digital gave me not pregnant this morning, so it was a chemical.

I have no idea what CD to consider myself on. I haven’t started bleeding heavily still. No cramps. No idea what to think or do. Devastated.

Thanks for replying:) I’m ok just confused and a little worried but think i’m going to try ignore it as i’m sick of doing pregnancy tests aha. It was very heavy for the first two days an has slowed down a lot but I still think it’s too much for implantation 😣 x

just hoping for some reassurance
ive had ovulation pain from last night until this afternoon
tests are below - CD 18 today
DTD last night, plan was to go again today and tomorrow but DP has had to go see family unexpectedly so dont think we will get the chance to today now
stressing weve missed a chance as the pain is making me think ovulation day is today!

what tests/app are you using?

@EmPeEfi am so so sorry for you 💔 I had one in March so I know exactly how you are feeling. It just seems to cruel. When I had a miscarriage in Feb I had a couple of days of spotting before a full bleed and I counted the full bleed as CD1. But your next cycle may be a little off.. I ovulated a couple of days earlier than usual. Sending love x

@LookForTheLiightso frustrating when the timing doesn't work out 😔 but you have still dtd in your fertile window so try and relax, you have still given yourself a chance. Keep testing to see when the line goes lighter so you can pinpoint exact ovulation as i always have ovulation pains for a couple of days before. And when hubby is back dtd again! X

You’re def covered! If these lines stick, then we DTD 2 days prior to ovulation with success, so hopefully you’ll be good! The waiting and praying you’ve done enough part is the worse 😩
