@Midnight00did you do it before your peak? It's quite a large window so maybe you caught it - id go by OPK as anything could affect a temperature reading but urine seems less likely to be incorrect

Hi girls, sorry I haven't been on for a couple of weeks. I was sooo depressed when I got my period again and I needed some time to bounce back. I hope everyone is well. I will go back and read everything I've missed 🥰
Now on CD11 but I don't have high hopes for this month. It's half term and we don't have any time alone. Also, we are currently at a spa hotel and my husband used the sauna several times 😕 I tottaly forgot to remind him not to. It's really bad for the sperm mobility and I am in my fertile window. I am so gutted 😢

I would still try as long as you have the energy for it. I personally wouldn't want to miss a chance. You never know xx

Congratulations! And that’s really encouraging to hear. I read you can be more fertile just after, although worried as it took a year to get a Bfp, but going to be optimistic 🤞🏻☺️

Joining! Ttc baby number 3 after coming off the pill last month. 12dpo today and period has arrived, so I'm out for this cycle but excited to start a new one (first proper one in ages!). Looking forward to seeing how everyone is getting on 😁 x

@MayaB I understand how you feel, I was gutted when I got my period in March but feeling brighter now. I wouldn't worry about the sauna too much. We had been in a spa hotel the week before we conceived our DD and he spent most of his time in the sauna.

Update: so took this test when I got in from work. I mean, it's definitely positive but does it seem quite faint for my period being due today? 😔

I think that’s a good line. Maybe don’t test now and re test Thursday 48 hours later to compare? Using the same brand and Plus you wouldn’t of used your first morning urine 🤞🏼

@DownWithCremeEggs here's my test on the day AF was due for my DD. So faint I didn't believe it and thought it was an evap. My DP did a test to compare 😂

Yeah we BD a lot before OPK peak so hopefully caught it. Just don’t know when AF will come now as it’s Halley on day 28 which is tomorrow. Will try and hold off testing till weekend

Hi all I’m 6dpo today and my luteal phase temps are yoyoing. They went up from the day after ovulation but since then have jumped up then down each day…so luteal phase of the chart just looks like a perfect zig zag. Has anyone had this before or know what it is an indication of? I’ve not had this before, usually I have a bit more of a steady rise. Wondering if it means we’re out this cycle because I’m not sustaining a high enough temp?

I was wondering how quickly the LH ‘surge’ happens… is it gradually over a couple of days or just very quickly? I’m using the LH strips as I’m not sure of my cycle following a miscarriage in March but I’ve previously used the clearblue test.
Patiently awaiting my first ovulation since 🤞🏻

I use LH strips, and after day 10 usually do 2 a day (morning and evening), I’ll notice a day or two before they get slightly darker (like 0.4-0.6 on Premom) and then it’ll surge/peak over the next couple of days. I think it can vary a lot though ☺️ I usually have two days of positive OPK with the second day being peak.

Mine’s over a couple days but I think it can also be pretty quick. I was testing 3 times a day to catch it. Just keep testing 😊

my surge comes and goes so quick. December when I got pregnant I got a positive in the morning then by the late evening my test was faint along with ovulation cramps. I unfortunately lost the pregnancy in Feb. I think I ovulated CD19 in March but I avoided it due to falling pregnant straight after my previous miscarriage in October and I wanted my first AF But I’m on my first cycle since my losses and I believe i ovulated CD19 again but in the early hours and by the morning the test wasn’t positive but almost and by afternoon and the following days my tests have gone so low and remained so low And I had ovulation cramps that afternoon. I know all women’s bodies are different but my surge comes and goes quick

Helloo all!have been following the thread with all its-many- trials and tribulations!!I was so confused by the positives becoming negatives or uncertain!!*So hard to take and so cruel; aswell then as what seems to be the frequency of miscarriages!!**I really thought once a positive test, that it would be rare to have a hiccup! So my empathies ,respect and support to all going through the emotional and physical gymnastics of creating new life!!
That said: can anyone enlighten me as to what else other than pregnancy can account for my normally small b cup boobs jumping a size in the last few weeks,paired with cramping and nausea that isn't full nausea-just kind of pit of stomach type,at infrequent bouts ..?
I thought I had to be pregnant and got 1 incomplete test (the CB double line like a cross,one) where the cross didn't complete and another CB but tested in the evening and after 20mins same blue incomplete line and then one this morning that was totally blank!
So I'm at a loss as to what's going on but a white morning test is likely reliable. Due the moon landing on Friday/Saturday and it was an early det test I did this a.m.You feel like a nut as I was certain I was pg and then start to doubt my mental state re imagining these things!.. However my OH reassured me that I am not nuts re my boobs that they are absolutely bigger which never happens normally!! Has anyone else had this??

when is your af due and do you know when you ovulated? I can imagine it’s being tough having those symptoms but negative tests. It might be too early to test?

@EmilyF88 so sorry for your loss. Sending hugs and baby dust 💫 My ovulation surge is usually gradual but I have seen some ladies on here saying theirs is more sudden, so I think everyone is different. Keep a close eye on it once you get a 2nd line.

Can’t settle so just tested at 5dpo…. This it going to be a long week 😅

@BMK with my first pregnancy my boobs went so sore straight after ovulation and hurt for the whole 2 weeks leading up to my af. So I have my fingers crossed. I tbink I may test Friday or Saturday even though il only be about 8/9dpo lol

Hello ladies! I wasn’t planning on testing today as had a 5am start for work and didn’t think I’d see anything at 9DPO. However in the afternoon my nipples started tingling which I’ve never had before, lost ability to taste salt since yesterday (?!!) and I just had this weird feeling that I was pregnant. So took a boots early test and can see a faint line which came up immediately. Could also see a vfl on the One Step cheapie. It’s so early, I won’t believe it till I see it on a CB digital so will test with FMU tomorrow before I get excited. Though after 1 MC not sure I’ll get excited till 12 week scan!!
