Hello all, AF has showed up today here too. Thought I might give MN a break this month as I am also struggling with seeing the BFPs but seems like you’re all on the same page as I am and I could do with the support.
Also cycle 4 for #2 for me too! @jelliebean9 @Nyxxie @AlbatrossSociety @Littledot2 And due to ovulate 29/30th so I think we’re mostly in the same boat! Know what you mean about the age gap increasing too, I had hoped for 2 under 2 but it seems like that dream is slowly fading each month.

I thought I'd have two under two as well but marriage with my dd's dad broke down when she was teeny tiny so that plan was well and truly scuppered. Realistically I'm lucky to have found someone I want to have children with again with only a 4ish year age gap!

My sister had two under two with her oldest and tbh it did look really hard, I do think there are some benefits to having more time with just one. Have to try and take the silver linings I suppose 🙃

Yep I’m AF-ing too. Bloody horrid one this month. So here’s to hoping it’s the last. @Miffy1994sorry to hear you were really hoping for 2 under 2 ☹️ it’s rubbish when things don’t work out how we think they will. Hoping this is your month 🙏

This is my first cycle trying. My DS had some health problems when he was small and we’re still exploring some things health wise now. So we just haven’t been ready to have another. I’m watching the age gap grow too though and I just feel like that if I wait much longer then they’ll be like having 2 very different children at 2 very different places in development etc!

@Miffy1994 How funny that there are several of us in exactly the same boat! I think I’m due to ovulate a couple of days before that but good to know there will be others going through the TWW at the same time.

It would be lovely if we all got our BFPs around the same time and went through it all with similar age gaps 🥰

Hi all could i join please? Looking to TTC in May cycle though as ive just come off MJ and i need to have 2 months clear before we try- any tips in the meantime? X

Also im ttc number 2 in may, i have a 4 year old DS and have always fallen pregnant on the first cycle but have had 3 chemicals and one succesfuky pregnancy (my son) for which i took progesterone for x also aware im a lot older now as im 34 so really nervous! Been taking naitre vitamins since last month to help prep so far xx

I predict ovulation with OPK and confirms it with BBT, but I have a very regular cycle so my flo-app is very right with tracking as well, I’ve ovulated CD 13-14 like three cycles in a row. Do you think my ”DTD schedule” (😂) looks like a good plan? (Purple circles) Previous cycles I think we have DTD too early or not often enough, so really want to do it right this time hehe 🥰

Hi hope you don’t mind if I join, currently cycle day 22 (10dpo) and my ovulation tests are getting darker? They aren’t positive but surely it’s too late to start surging again and as you can see yesterdays test was really faint, af due on Friday, any help would be great, I refuse to buy pregnancy tests as I’ve wasted so much money on them in the past, wasn’t even going to track this month as havnt been able to fall pregnant since our missed miscarriage at 12 weeks in June 2023 so I lost all hope xx

this is probably a silly question, but I saw a gp a while back who said come back in X months if no pregnancy. She was lovely but didn’t seem the most clued up (eg. I’m mentioned a concern and she was a bit dismissive). Is it ok to request an appt with another gp, or will they see from my notes that I’d seen her before and she’d said come back to her? I’m a bit of a people pleaser so don’t want it to be awkward but also want to get the most out of an appt/investigations!

How long have you been trying for? I’m under the recurrent miscarriage clinic now but unfortunately doctors don’t seem to care until you’ve had at least 3 miscarriages which is heartbreaking xx

I don’t know what to do, I’ve never had tests get darker like this! I really don’t wanna get my hopes up to see a negative, ahhh what should I do? I’ve also now used my fmu so would have to hold for I few hours xx

Now it’s fully dry it’s even darker xx

I really get it! I know that if it was me I would test just because I wouldn’t be able to function without knowing 😂 but do what feels best for you, you don’t wanna get your hopes up and then get even sadder, but I feel like it’s weird it’s that strong and your AF is due on friday 🫶🏼

Okay I’ve been to buy the boots 5 days early test, I’m so nervous! Will have to do a hold but yes bizarre that they are that strong when af due Friday, can that happen though, is it normal? 😂 xx
