5 dpo anyone else?

HI all anyone 5dpo? I thought i was 11 dpo but i had a 34 day cycle last month! i've been craving ice cream since last week and nipples look darker however they are not normally that pink lol.

Hi, I think I'm about 4 or 5 days too.
Cycle 7 I think it is now. TTC #2 after a 2 yr wait for #1 so very nervous every TWW. Here for a hand hold.

Hey nice to chat! only since October, not had anything yet. I was 9 days late last month which has never happened before which has now given me a longer cycle! Just hope we DTD enough as i got my dates all mixed up for ovulation!

Hi both, I’m 6dpo today TTC #2! We’ve been trying since October, did get pregnant in October but sadly miscarried in December. So this is month 2 of trying again post miscarriage. When are you both planning on testing?

Hi I am either 5 or 6 today! Had a chemical last month, a MMC at 9 weeks in August and a chemical in May . So 3 pregnancy’s in 9 months and no baby or bump. I am crossing my fingers this month. I am sending lots of luck and I am seriously symptom spotting. Xxxx

@BeSassyPanda Sorry to hear about your MC, well i have no idea tbh this month, I thought I was 11 dpo today with zero symptoms other than eating a lot and craving ice cream but because i was 34 days last month i'm technically 5dpo today! just hope we DTD enough around my ovulation.
@Joleyjojo So sorry to hear your Mc and chemicals :(. Symptom spotting is the worst isn't it, i only have cravings for ice creams but nothing else, no pains etc x

Let’s hope this is our month. Our first chemical would have been due in 2 weeks and the MMC in 6 . I really thought we would have been pregnant by our due dates. Fingers crossed for us xxx

Also does anyone have a particular brand of tests as its head doing all the brands and types! xx

@SimJac2025 did you do ovulation tests?

@BeSassyPanda No I just use my flo period/ovulation tracker, now my last period was 16th Jan but 9days late so I thought i was ovulating around 30th Jan which was perfect as we were away from the sunday before so plenty of DTD but going on my app says AF is due 19th which means ovulation was 5th feb confusing!

I am usually an every day girl from 8dpo 😂😂. But after last month I was going to wait until a few days after AF is due.
i have a 12 day luteal phase so due Sunday 16th or Monday 17th. I wanted to wait until a week late. I have a pelvic ultrasound on Friday 21st because my periods have been so heavy and bleeding in between periods. Do you think I should test so I can tell them either way ? When are you planning to test x

@Joleyjojo haha, I was thinking from 8dpo which is thursday then be the insane test everyday girl! Last month was the first time ever AF was late so its thrown me!
I would test before your scan so you can let the scan people know before hand?
Do you have brands of tests you prefer? I usualy use cheapy stick strips from amazon but last month bought every brand possible as I was late and every single one was BFN! xx

I say I’m going to wait ! But I have just ordered 50 one step from Amazon at £6.99. I subs never had evaps with them and the positives show early. When they are relatively dark I treat myself with a digital 😂😂😂 I keep prodding my boobs to see if they hurt . It’s going to be a long wait x

@Joleyjojo I used about 100 digital last month cos I was so late lol, then its heartbreaking seeing not pregnant. My ice cream cravings was 2 days before ovulation if im going on a 34 day cycle which my app says so! Dont know if that means anything lol. No other symptoms here x

I am going to test 8dpo so Wednesday and go from there. Would love to hold out but I don’t think I can! Have had dull ache in my lower abdomen this evening, almost like period cramps which isn’t filling me with hope!

@BeSassyPanda I may do 8dpo which is Thursday for me! I have no obvious signs whatsoever, no cramps, spotting etc. Maybe your ache is implanataion pains?

I have mentally convinced myself I am pregnant. No idea why as that’s unlike me. 😂😂 I have sore boobs only at the sides and light cramping. However this is also typical of AF. So I need to be realistic. The cramping is so similar to my AF but usually get that the day before.
i am either 7 or 8 DPO . I am going to hold strong though and just hold out testing.when do you all think you will test. ? Any symptoms at all x

@Joleyjojo im exactly the same symptom wise (7dpo today) but also had a persistent headache last four days too. When are you going to test?

I have a 12 day LP so due AF Sunday or Monday. I ideally want to hold off for a few days after that due to my chemical pregnancy history . But I have a pelvic ultrasound next Friday so will need to test before that. However I say all this and will prob test at 8/9 DPO. I’m actually 6 or 7 DPO today.
when are you thinking of testing . It’s torture isn’t it xxx

@Joleyjojo id love to hold off until Friday / Saturday so 10/11dpo but think I’ll find it hard to wake up tomorrow and not test. I have no patience… I really wish I did!

I have promised my partner that I won’t test early. Last month we had a chemical and the rollercoaster of emotions was crazy. If I do want to test I will tell him though. If you test let us know how you get on. This will be a hard one for me if not PG as our first chemical and MMC would have been due feb and end of March really thought I would have been pregnant by then xxx

@Joleyjojo really sorry to hear that :( I’ve not had a chemical but I had a miscarriage in December so I really understand the yearning for a positive test just to get back on track. I keep thinking I’d be 20 weeks now and now I’m back counting dpo it’s depressing at times. Xx

I totally agree. I have felt really down today about it all. Probably because work wasn’t great and in my head I should be at home on maternity leave waiting for baby. But here I am, let’s try and be positive. This will be our month 🤞🏼

Also if I do get a positive test I will just be anxious the tests will fade to nothing cx

@BeSassyPanda Hey lovely, no signs or symptoms here, I dont usually get any before AF either (must be lucky) she normally just arrives with a bang lol.I'm 6dpo today. Your will power sounds about the same as mine! The tempt to test is so overpowering xx
@Joleyjojo As above no signs or symptoms here, just feel normal. Although weirdly ladies my mum has been getting stomach pains and having right weird dreams about us both being pregnant! (she can't have any more children) and last night she cried at a car program for absolutely no reason, she doesnt have periods either xx
