5 dpo anyone else?

HI all anyone 5dpo? I thought i was 11 dpo but i had a 34 day cycle last month! i've been craving ice cream since last week and nipples look darker however they are not normally that pink lol.

I am getting so impatient and just want to know 😂😂 I just turned 40 and if I’m not it’s that feeling of wanting to try again quickly xx

@Joleyjojo Aw bless you!, I knows its weird no idea what its about! my sisters friend has jsut got pregnant with twins at 42! The urge to test is so demanding when the tests are in my drawer staring at me everyday! xx

5/6 DPO here. Feeling slightly more hungry and quite tired / slightly 'out of it' feeling. Went for a nap earlier when I only usually do that on long work days lol. That's the only possibly signs different to other months, but I could just be brewing an illness.

I'm going for a 7DPO progesterone test on Thursday and I will start testing, but I can't afford multiple FRER 6.3Ml/U tests so it will likely be Wondfo 10Ml/U until say 9DPO.

@laidir Nice to meet you, do you have any children? The tests are so expensive aren't they!

That sounds promising. !! I only use the cheap ones 50 for £6.99 on Amazon. One step. I have seen that people can get evaps, my experience with them have always been very accurate. If I get a hint of a line I move to FR then a digital 😂😂😂.

It’s 3.30 am and I have woken up to really sore boobs. I don’t know if it’s all in my head though. 😂😂😂 and now I can’t get back to sleep. 7 or 8 DPO today. AF due 4/5 days so could be that xxx

I managed to go back to sleep for a few hours I am working until 8tonight ! So it’s going to be a long day.
I convinced myself I am PG and now convinced it’s all AF symptoms. The days are dragging but I defo feel I am more 7dpo rather than 8. I wanted to test but there is just no point atm. Really going to hold out. Have you thought about testing ? X

@Joleyjojo Oh god yes every day but i have resisted so far! According to my app implanation could happen from yesterday til monday so am looking for those cramps or spotting but nothing yet, just felt my boobs not sore or sensitive at all!! arggghh. Oh a long day at work for you! When are you testing? xx

I have a busy few days at work so that will hopefully stop the temptation. The weekend is the challenge 😂😂😂 I am due AF Monday so I am hoping to hold out until Tuesday. I don’t want to crack until at least Saturday or Sunday the earliest 😂😂😂 when are you thinking , x

@Joleyjojo i'm going to try and hold til sunday!, i'm away fri to saturday evening so that should resist temptation. our AF's are due a day apart so fingers crossed she doesnt arrive for both of us and i hope she doesn't play tricks on me like last month! xx

This week is draggingggggg!!

I have 3 Frers... will test at 9dpo on Friday, and then maybe every other day... we are away from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening for valentines weekend.

Booked for a massage on Saturday, and a cocktail bar planned for the evening... 🥲 really hoping for an early positive to celebrate with a mocktail. But then if it's negative/too early, I'm going to panic the massage/couple of cocktails will cause damage!?

Had a MMC at 9ish weeks in Oct and it really rocked me, along with a chemical in Dec. Struggling to stay positive.

The days are dragging here too, 7dpo for me today no signs whatsoever not even imaginary ones! I'm testing Sunday as also away for valentines but I don't drink alcohol anyway. Everything crossed for you!

Symptom spotting is hard isn't it... because the lack of symptoms makes you worry/think you're out, but then so many people don't have any symptoms (I didn't for the MMC or for my son).
I think my boobs are a tiny bit sore and I feel totally exhausted, but that could be usual hormones leading up to AF... 🥲

@CustardCream31 Thank you lovely! I don't get symptoms even when AF is due she jsut arrives! So this is making it so much harder for me that I'm praying and looking for the signs. I had cravings for ice cream when i though i had ovulated but as i messed my cycle dates up that was a week before ovulation! weird! Sending you baby dust!

@SimJac2025 Nice to meet you too. I'm 38 and I have 2 older children, one is 19 and the other is 15. I've no idea of my fertility now because it's been so long. DP is also older he is 46. I am concerned about our combined ages and also I have a lot of pelvic pain the past couple of years I never had before. Going to see what happens though and going for progesterone test tomorrow.

6/7 DPO today. Not as tired, boobs only slightly sore. Cramps and back pain (seem to get them a lot though even before ttc). I have had a couple of weird 'stitch' type pains on one spot on the right along my c section scar as well. but also same higher up right side of belly button, and I have also had this when not ttc. hmm..

@laidir Oh bless you both, hopefully your test tomorrow will come back all ok. I'm 7dpo absolutely no signs whatsoever. I've just ordered some stick tests off ebay to get by the first couple of testing days, When are you testing? i'm holding til Sunday as away. Our bodies like to play games with us don't they at this time. Yet my sister didn't have any clues she was pregnant til 19 weeks!

@SimJac2025 I'm going to start testing tomorrow at 7/8DPO (I know that is vv early), and then every other day until my period shows or 16DPO. Only using the early cheapies from amazon. I will buy a FRER and use it once probably on Saturday or Monday since they are expensive. I don't have a good feeling about this month, but maybe I am just being negative, and I need to stop being because already have two amazing children.

How about you when will you start testing?

Not sure if you are ttc your first, but yeah I had no early signs that I was pregnant at all in my previous. Symptoms only kicked in around 6 weeks, if that's of any reassurance. xx

@laidir yes it is my first and never been pregnant. Weve only been TTC since October so not long at all. I'm going to try Sunday and then daily. I've bought a clearblue digital for if and when I get BFP on cheapies. Reassuring you didn't have symptoms til much later. See everyone on here get symptoms from early on and it makes you second guess everything, dp thinks I'm a weirdo looking for signs.! X

Hi 👋🏼 how’s everyone holding up? I am literally driving myself insane. My boobs are so painful. I don’t usually get this only when inhave been pregnant. But i had a Chemical last month and ovulated earlier so not sure if it’s just period symptoms. I am 8dpo tomorrow and want to rest but the earliest I have ever got is 10dpo. If I get a negative I will be on a real down x

This is cycle 11, starting to get so disillusioned with the whole thing! No symptoms at all over here as of yet. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Hoping to hold out until Sunday or Monday to test, at the earliest.

@Joleyjojo Hey nothing here not even a slight glimpse of a sign or anything, resisting testing til sunday though! thats' the problem isn't it we test and if a BFN we get down and miserable but there's still hope. My DP thinks i turn into a barmy nutcase during this time!

Not sure if you guys track bbt? I have done very loosely (via Fitbit!) and had a huge drop in bbt temp last night. I had this before my bfp in Oct (which ended in mmc)... so hard not to get hopes up...! Have also seen on Dr Google that it's not a sign of implantation and can be normal every cycle.

@CustardCream31 Morning lovely, no i've seen lots about bbt so may give it a go if nothing happens. I had a massive headache when i went to bed last night, came on so suddenly, but its gone now so no idea if that means anything! 8dpo today no obvious signs or symptoms. where are you in your cycle?

Morning. I am so disappointed in myself. Woke up with rock hard boobs and achey pain. Thought I’m 8dpo I’m just going to test. BFN. I know it’s early but these can’t be PG symptoms if negative test. I have read that progesterone is the culprit for achey boobs when pregnant and that rises before HCG so holding onto that. I have also never had a BFP at 8dpo so not sure why I have done this to myself because now feel so down. Really cross I tested. Xxx
