Hi everyone
moving over to March now as AF has arrived today. That means my last cycle was 26 days. My cycles haven’t been the same since being on the depo injection. I’ve had 33, 28, 31, 29, 21 lol. As long as I ovulate then I’m happy.

Is temperature the only way to know if you have actually ovulated?

I’ll have to try the beetroot next cycle!!

I got woken up in the early hours with bad cramps. Usually that happens when I start bleeding and no bleeding yet, it also stopped after I went to the bathroom. Had really bad sleep as a result so don’t know whether to discard my BBT temp as disturbed, but if not it’s dropped. No period but BFN. I’m either 11 or 12 DPO so imagine period is on its way now. Rubbish!

I caved and tested today, I'm 11DPO and BFN so I'm pretty sure I'm out too. Pretty gutted

Naturally I’ve been scoured the internet for stories of people who’ve had a bfn then Bfp at this stage, and who’ve had cramps and bleeding then a Bfp (lots apprently!). It’s just odd because I’ve had more and different cramps this cycle.. but then guess it’s normal for things to change month to month anyway

This is my first month using natural cycles, I only got it because I got an oura ring and they link together. I think the graph is quite clear, not really sure how it compares with other apps or anything. I just used digital opks so don't have a line to track

One of my best friends just told me she accidentally got pregnant without even trying. Happy for her but definitely feeling as if something is wrong with me :( my three closest friends either got pregnant without trying or got pregnant first time.

I’m 8dpo and feeling crampy, almost like my period is starting. Like a dull ache in my lower stomach and back. I had dizzy spells yesterday and intense hunger as well as major rage and low mood on 6dpo. This TWW has really dragged and I’m already dreading having to go through this again next month if I don’t get a BFP this month! Trying to stay positive though.

Sending baby dust ✨️ to all. It's so bloody worrying and frustrating. I'm in my fertile week so we're currently trying for the first time since my MMC in January. The anxiety of it all!

Got my period today :/ I have the worst cramps ever and the heaviest flow yet. I can't even put into words how dissapointed I am even If I knew it was on its way. I'm usually very optimistic but today I just feel like it's never going to happen 🙁

I'm with you! Haven't started my period but with the negative test today I just feel so defeated and it's only been a few months. We weren't going to try next month as due date would probably be Christmas day but I can't stand the thought of not trying again, but also hate the thought of doing it all again 😩. I feel so miserable today

@BerrieSweet @AlbatrossSociety I know it won’t help but just wanted to tell you both I’m sorry and thinking of you. TTC is one of the most soul destroying processes and every month it gets harder.

Currently sat in Tesco car park having a little cry as I’m definitely having a chemical. I knew the lines on the tests didn’t look right and have had bad cramping.. now I’ve started bleeding. Obviously you try and read the positive stories but in my heart I just know. Think this is cycle 13 for us and age isn’t on our side with one previous MC too. I don’t even know if there is any point ringing the doctor as I’m so early. I feel like screaming and wailing all at the same time 😞.

Oh no 😔 sorry to hear this, the whole thing is just so shit and unfair. I hope you have a place you can scream and wail, I think it's good to get it out. I cried on and off all morning.

Sorry to hear you're feeling so miserable @AlbatrossSociety my MMC baby was due in August and I was so delighted cause my first baby was a winter baby and I struggled mentally with the dark evenings. But now, I'll be grateful for a healthy successful pregnancy. So I think just keep going if you feel up to it. There's never a perfect time x

I’m with you @BeSassyPanda, 8dpo and feeling the drag. I feel like every TWW is just a battle in my head of how early I’m going to take a test and see the bfn. Had also said we were going to have next month off from ttc because Christmas baby and I’ve got surgery booked but found myself ringing the hospital up today to move the surgery so we can have one more chance for a 2025 baby!
Hope you’re getting over your cold @Matildahoney and hasn’t affected dtd too much! DD and I are down with a horrible nursery bug, hoping the stress of it isn’t affecting me too much 🤞

@Miffy1994 it’s such a drag. I stupidly tested today, obviously BFN. I can’t help myself. I’m feeling so so low about it all and now convincing myself it’s not going to happen this month. Do you have any symptoms? When are you going to test?

Sorry to hear that @BeSassyPanda ❤️ it’s still early! And I know others on the group didn’t get their BFP till 18ish dpo so still time for you. Can totally relate to feeling low though, when it’s something you want so desperately and it’s so all consuming it’s so difficult. I think I try to convince myself it’s not going to happen each month so I’m less disappointed, but then I still get upset anyway.
Trying to hold off testing here till the weekend as DH is away (and he wants to be there every test I take!) but we will see if my resolve holds. Symptoms so far are bloating and my c section scar hurting, but that’s also AF symptoms so who knows.

@Miffy1994 8dpo is way too early, my DD I had a positive at 10dpo and in October I had a positive at 12dpo (although sadly ended in MC). This is our third month trying post miscarriage. How long have you been trying for?
My DH did want me to wait for him to be there when I tested but he got fed up of me testing early and not being certain on whether or not there was a line so now he’s just said I can tell him when I’ve got a positive test!! I prefer it that way.
Really hoping this is the month we get a sticky BFP!

@Miffy1994 it's still lingering, we've dtd a few times, but I either missed my peak or I haven't ovulated I think, tests have all just been very pale, sods law it was when I was away the weekend before last, but I think that was too early so we'll see, I'm just not thinking about it this month. I think I'm also just trying to tell myself we've got one beautiful boy and if a second doesn't happen then it doesn't happen. Really hope you get your bfp x
@BeSassyPanda I didn't get my bfp with ds until 5 days after AF was due, I'd taken an early test and it was negative and I'd ovulated around day 11 so no reason for it not to have shown earlier.

I was quite adamant I wasn’t taking a test until AF was late… but I’ve now been sick 3 times through the night. Which was also my first symptom with baby #1. My dilemma though is it could just be a sickness bug (we’ve had them back to back for weeks now, thanks nursery🥲), if it’s a bug then I don’t want to send my daughter off to nursery today because without a doubt she’ll also be being sick soon… do I test?! Or wait? I don’t know!

When is AF due @Mrsttcno1 ? Any other symptoms?

I’m 13dpo, period due tomorrow, but just started spotting. Not going to test again but was BFN yesterday so almost certainly period about to start. Felt like absolute crap yesterday - emotional, grumpy, irritable. It just feels so unfair! Several of my friends have just started trying (some for their 2nd) and I just imagine they’re all going to fall pregnant and I’ll be watching it happen to them and wishing it would happen to me. Feel really apathetic about work too - partly because my mind is so on TTC, and because I just feel like being a mum is what I should be doing now? Got to try and sort my mindset out but it’s so tough!
