Hi everyone
moving over to March now as AF has arrived today. That means my last cycle was 26 days. My cycles haven’t been the same since being on the depo injection. I’ve had 33, 28, 31, 29, 21 lol. As long as I ovulate then I’m happy.

Is temperature the only way to know if you have actually ovulated?

Not due until Friday/Saturday, so would be early! @SureLook

I feel exactly the same with work!! I do love my job but my heart just isn't in it. I'm getting new referrals in which is great, but I just feel like I want to be growing my family, not my career. At least it provides a bit of distraction.

My temp has dropped today so AF will be here tomorrow I imagine. Wasn't due until Sunday so I actually feel a bit glad there's less time to wait for next cycle.

I mean… that looks positive to me? Faint, but I would have expected it to be faint given that I’m testing early?

Yes that’s true about distraction! Although I mostly wfh which is harder - going to try and get into the office more because there’s more distraction there and less opportunity to ruminate or look on MN 🤣

Sorry to those who have AF arriving

Feeling deflated as I'm 5dpo today but know I won't get to the point of testing as my luteal phase is only 8 days.. makes it hard to get excited at all

@carolinep3 I actually didn't mind the beetroot juice - not something I'll be reaching for any other time than after ovulation but I didn't need to pinch my nose 😄

Third month TTC, cycle day 6 annoyingly my coq10 isn’t coming till tomorrow now so will start taking it straight away

I feel like I'm in the same boat. Hard to be bothered about work! Two friends are shortly going to start trying for no.2 and they both got pregnant first time for their firsts. Another friend has gotten accidentally pregnant while using contraception 🙃 how is it so easy for some people?!

@Muddysocks1 @Wednesdayonline One second I get impressed with how complicated and advanced the body is and the whole pregnancy thing, the other second I read someone getting pregnant with a one night stand while on birth control, smoking a pack a day 😂

It’s so hard! I think I’m going to have to take some steps like removing stuff off my social media and limiting time on my phone because it’s not helping me. Harder with friends in real life though - I’m obv very happy for them but the sadness is just increasing

Yes!!! A couple of my friends got pregnant literally the first time, I literally can’t imagine that happening!

I'm in the same boat! One of my team members caught on the first try, we've been trying since December and just found out that someone I use to work with in a previous job is now also pregnant, it's hard seeing everyone else around you getting pregnant and you're not catching like everyone else

@Muddysocks1 It's so unfair 😂 We know a couple that is going to TTC this summer and I just know I'll be watching them fall pregnant directly while I still lay with my legs in the air and drinking beetroot juice googling 1 DPO symptoms 😂

It's sooo difficult. I know it can take healthy couples up to a year, but when everyone you know is getting it on cycle 1 and I'm there tracking every month it starts to feel like something is wrong!

@Muddysocks1 have you ever thought about keeping a journal? Or just writing your feelings down? It helped me during some of the dark times!

That’s a really good idea - otherwise it all bubbles over (usually at night). Writing it down might help!

My ovulation was a few days earlier than previous months which I'm pleased about. Now 3DPO. Got acupuncture this evening so hope that helps. Haven't tried the beetroot juice!

Do you reckon it's too early for an April thread for those of us who are out? 🙃
