Hmmm just following on my post just above, DTD just now and a little bit of red after. Would say it's far too early for AF, and I'm always ok after DingTD, so maybe it's implantation? That could be why I got a BFN? It's all a guessing game isn't it?!

Only 8dpo but did a test anyway as when pregnant with DD I got a squinter at this point. Absolute blank! Will have to be patient and try again in a few days. AF due either tomorrow or Tuesday (like you @ThisHangryTiger!) so we’ll see

I’m 6DPO today and I’ve got the most horrible spots today on my cheeks.
i usually just get one hormonal one on my chin, these are proper horrible ones! It’s all fun and games isn’t it?

If you're only 8dpo but due on possibly tomorrow, wouldn't that mean you have a very short LP? I think it needs to be about 12 days?

@Miffy1994 are you sure your due on tomorrow? I have a short (but still “average”) LP at 11-13 days depending when I ovulate so it can be on the shorter side when I’m 11 days from what I’ve read. Anything under 10 you can get medication to help lengthen it but I can’t for the life of me remember the name of it. But on the other hand, implantation can occur from 6DPO!

I’ve just ordered some FRER and digital clear blue tests from Amazon to use next week. If AF comes then at least I’ve got them in the cupboard for another month.

I've felt briefly nauseous a couple of times this week including this morning which I oddly like as it's reassuring to me.
When I had a chemical I never had nausea just cramps constantly.
At the moment I get the occasional cramp but when I move it usually ends up as a whopper of a fart 🤣 anyone else extremely gassy?!

I’ve been the same and didn’t have it with my CP either! I feel pregnant so I’ll be really annoyed if AF arrives 😂 but if it does it does and we’ll go again. It’s just our second month. How many months have you been trying?

It was my first, and on a bit of a whim. The previous cycle ended up being 30 days, so our time to DtD ended up being when MIL was staying, so we just had two very quick goes on evenings 15&16 so I really wasn't expecting it.
For my DD it took us 11M of trying so you can imagine my shock.

I'm so happy! My little rainbow baby on the way ❤️

Thanks @SarahB88 and @Wisher88, think I’m normally 12dpo for AF but have had a weird month with late ovulation (probs due to stress over xmas) so we’ll see what happens. As I said though, found out with DD at 8dpo! Didn’t know you can get medication for it though so thanks for the heads up.

Ah hopefully it’s just a one off then! I think when I had my DD it must have been an early implantation too because I’ve got fairly short cycles and got a really strong positive on day AF was due with a regular test even though I was prob only around 10DPO. I didn’t do OPKs with her so unsure exactly when I ovulated but I think she nestled in quickly 😂

Is anyone else absolutely exhausted? I fell asleep on the floor putting my daughter to bed earlier tonight and feel like I’m fit for my bed now already!

@Midnight00 absolutely not! Realistically it’s not likely to happen (first cycle properly trying & im over 40!), but we’ve done everything right, so can only hope!

Well I’m out.

8dpo, and my cramping is continuing (heavy like), I only have one sore boob (feels exact same as PMS), and my resting heart rate has dropped.

previous pregnancy…. I had swollen boobs with blue veins/tingly nips… and my heart rate went up from 58 to 71bpm

So it would appear that I’ve totally lost the ability to read a calendar and AF is actually due tomorrow if on a 24 day cycle or Wednesday if on a 26 day cycle. I was thinking Thursday is my latest. No signs of her turning up, I usually spot 2 days before AF fully arrives so I’ll see what tomorrow brings.
