Thank you ☺️ i’m only 6DPO today so unlikely to have any pregnancy symptoms yet (unfortunately 😅) but hoping today will keep me distracted!

Yeah we managed to have a lovely time actually, it was our daughter’s first Xmas so that really helped to take the edge off following the CP. I think I’m going to ovulate bang on schedule, starting to get some bloating and mild cramps which I seem to get in the run up to ovulation. We’re all over DTD this week with my partner being on holiday so at least we know we’re giving it the best chance this time round, will just see what happens.

I went to do a second OPK this afternoon as I reckon ovulation is coming so wanted to see if I’d had a rise. There was a pen mark on the stick right where the test line would come up!! I didn’t notice until I’d dipped it and poured the wee away. Didn’t think it was exactly where the line was so went and had a coffee. Test totally unreadable 🙄 so that’s annoying but I’ll test again tomorrow, not something worth getting annoyed about but never seen that before.

I’ve managed to stay away from OPK’s surprisingly. Just sat down after a busy day and felt slightly crampy and a lot of cm, thought I’d check what CD I was and my app suggests it’s ovulation day 🙌🏼.

When I’ve been using OPK’s I definitely focused more on the line than my natural symptoms, so I think I might just stay away from them from now on!

Haven’t managed to DTD much this week as it’s been hectic, but will tonight to give it a slight shot

6DPO and just had a bit of pink spotting and also had some dark blood on my pants. I had the same 2 cycles ago but on 8DPO. I’m trying to just be neutral about it for now as it could be nothing, something or something h to raise with my doctor.

I will probably be full delusional and test tomorrow with my cheapie 🙃

Glad to hear you had a nice Christmas despite the CP. It might have been lovely spending it with your daughter ☺️ I have everything crossed for you this cycle!

Oh that’s really weird… are you using premom sticks? I’ve never known that to happen either! Did you manage to test again later in the day?

Ooooh I have everything crossed that’s a good sign 🤞 if it is implantation I think they say HCG shows up 3 days later?

Oh i’m totally with you 😂 I want to test already even though I know I should wait at least 4 more days!

Welcome back @Marie1990x Interesting about following your body's signs. I did OPKs and used my digitals this month as I struggled to pinpoint things naturally last month alone. Weirdly, I've had the most obvious signs ever this time, which is really unusual. I very rarely get ovulation pain, EWCM or hormonal, but this time I had loads of bodily signs, sex drive went further through the roof, and distinct ovulation pain on the right side.

My husband returned home this evening and we've made up for lost time. Everything points to today being ovulation day, so that's that. On to the twiddling my thumbs phase.

so we will find out 13th January if we have been successful first time trying after our miscarriage. Already got two beautiful babies! So confused though as I have ovulation pain but tests say low :/ had a high the other day so did the deed so don’t know I will get pregnant or not!!

Yeah the premom sticks, so weird! No I couldn’t really be bothered 😂 trying to be relaxed about the whole thing and I’m only CD9, my cycle is normally 24-26 days so I know ovulation is soon and my CM is also staring to look favourable so just not stressing about it all. I’ll test tomorrow around 10am and see where I am. We’ve decided we’re just going to DTD again tonight anyway!

A few of us on a similar timeframe! I’m trying to work out is it less upsetting / jarring to start pregnancy testing really early when expecting a negative? I’d love to be someone that waits until a missed period … but I just can’t seem to!

CD9 and I had weird one sided pain yesterday that felt like ovulation. But OPKs were low. It's too early to ovulate anyway so I have no idea what's going on😂

That’s so weird… I have heard of people having some odd batches but not with pen marks 😅 It sounds like you’re doing it the right way and not getting too stressed about it all ☺️ if you feel like you’re in your fertile week and you’re DTD every other day i’m sure you’ll be fine!

@Kinderbueno89 Ive get the best the months when I’ve not tested for a few days or started testing as late as I could , as then I still had the feeling of hope

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas - mine was somewhat ruined by my SIL announcing her pregnancy, their son isn’t 2 yet and is 18 months younger than my son…

Looks like I’ll be hanging around for another stab at January - 10DPO today, temperature has fallen and I’m spotting slightly. Expect my period will be here by NYD if not sooner.

7DPO,found spotting source was actually unrelated lol and forgot to pee on a stick this morning. 😆 so all good so far!

Think I’m getting my surge today, had a really dark line on my OPK now. Will test again after lunch to see what’s going on. I’m CD10 of a 24-26 day cycle and have EWCM so seems about right for me.

So I did it, tested with my cheapie and squinted all the allowed time 😄 I think I see something but I’ve been burned by these One Step Amazon cheap tests most cycles and it’s only 7DPO, so maybe it’s an indent or I’m making the line in my mind as I want it so bad 😅

but there does look a little bit of red to it in the darker photo? What do you think? Please tell me either ways

I don’t see anything ☹️ but I would say those tests are rubbish!!! Every single other test picked up my CP last month except for those tests so I wouldn’t trust them, especially only at 7DPO. Have another go at 10DPO 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@KittyFantastica yeah I definitely get what you mean about not having any obvious symptoms. I usually rely on the OPK’s since I have PCOS and don’t really get symptoms, but my cycles have been quite consistent the last few months so thought I’d see what happens. I think when I get my peak my body tricks me into having symptoms so I think usually it’s in my head 😂.

I’m 1dpo (at a guess) and only dtd Christmas Eve and last night, so I’m not expecting anything this cycle.

@MyGardenDaisies I’m not sure I can see anything either, but doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Fingers crossed for you!

@blackberryhill completely understand your frustration 😣. Such a head spin being happy for others but also infuriated and jealous at the same time

Maybe I also have the 7dpo crazies because I think also see something @MyGardenDaisies. Just try and hold tight, as @SarahB88 says it's still very early!

I feel like I have officially completed TTC, without the positive pregnancy test. It was a year ago today that I took my first pregnancy test - splurging for an early digital 😝

Today at 7dpo I have really tender breasts - which I have had on multiple cycles! And a big BBT drop - which I have had on most cycles. Can't even let myself get my hopes up anymore 😅

Morning, FF has wrongly noted my ovulation date as CD11 (before I even had my surge and peak...) instead of CD12/13, so it will be a day or two off accuracy for the rest of my cycle now, which annoys me. When it comes to testing time, I'll be driving myself mad thinking I'm further along than I actually am.

I don't see anything yet @MyGardenDaisies, but then again I've had squinters that couldn't be picked up by a camera at all previously.

I remember this time last year in our previous December thread. We had so much hope @CoolSummer89 ❤️ It feels like forever ago and yesterday at the same time. It's so cruel. 3rd January will be my first test anniversary, and 4th will be my first positive test anniversary (ended at 6 weeks). I think I'm due AF on the 9th January. I only test if I feel weird, so who knows when I'll test this time.

Af showed a couple of days early. Felt so optimistic this month as had a lot of weird symptoms i dont typically have...anyways. onto cycle number 13...maybe lucky for some? My cycle is usually 25-26 days and expect full flow to start tomorrow so date of next period dye 25th of jan x. Have an appointment booked for 8th of january with my gp to ask for referral to fertility. I turned 36 in oct and really panicked x

Thanks @KittyFantastica, still testing high (day 8 of this now?!) but no peak. Really not my normal ovulation pattern so I’m not convinced I’m going to ovulate this month. Have been DTD regularly anyway. Hormones and cycles have been all over the place since having DD!
Also thanks for the peak pics, they’re really interesting! I’ve never had lines that dark on any of my lh tests, just assumed the tests didn’t go like that! Must just have peaks at a much lower level.
Sorry to hear AF has arrived @Nicola1988 and that’s you’re now at the 12 month point. Really hope you’ll start getting some answers soon.
