@CoolSummer89 Temp at a similar rate to last temp this morning increased very slightly, but never had an upward curve like this. My heart rate seems to have calmed down a little (thank god was worried something was actually wrong!)

How are you? Where abouts are you in your cycle? 😊

@Leafytwigg congrats!!

@Hen2000 I’m 8DPO, think I will start to test Tuesday! AF due Thursday!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!! App says I'm not due until 8th Dec (14dpo) but I will test beforehand

CoolSummer89 · 01/12/2024 09:27

@KT199 will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you. Keep us updated!
I am 5dpo, measuring for first time with Mira fertility which tests for progesterone, oestrogen and LH. My progesterone is very high which is good news for supporting a potential pregnancy but also probably explains why I go a bit mad with the symptom spotting every cycle!!

KT199 · 01/12/2024 09:35

@Hen2000 fingers crossed for you too!

@CoolSummer89 @Hen2000 How many cycles have you been trying? And do you have any other children?

@CoolSummer89 I’ve seen people use them, they look really interesting to me but I don’t know if my over obsessive mind could take it 😂 I’d be googling my numbers every day!!! Glad your progesterone is tracking well though, defo a good sign ☺️

Nico89 · 01/12/2024 10:20

Spotting turned into more than spotting overnight so pretty certain this is now AF bang on schedule.
Reset...enjoy Christmas party and a raditional booked bottomless brunch wuth friends that I was in my mind trying to navigate if I had got BFP this cycle.

If ovulation goes back to my normal time frame I'll be testing at new year x

MummyV2021 · 01/12/2024 12:16

Thanks for sharing @Hen2000 - seems it might be quite normal for ovulation to change post children and maybe combined with age too. Who knows! Just glad I'm not the only one 🙂

@Nico89 so sorry to hear that. It's so hard and such a rollercoaster. I hope this next cycle is the one for you 😘

MyGardenDaisies · 01/12/2024 12:37

CD3 or 4 for me, time seems to go slow and fast at the same time, dreading the 9th approaching and also excited for the potential. Ugh TWW is such a rollercoaster and mine is not even 2weeks, just 11-12 days!

My first pregnancy was a mmc, I have three children plus two chemical pregnancies. This is the third time I've ovulated since the summer but my first cycle with a period. It never comes back fully while I'm breastfeeding which is a shame as I would of loved to have number 3 and hopefully 4 closer together. My third was 3 this autumn but my older two are only 18months apart (breastfeeding didn't work out with my oldest) so I guess it's our first proper month but we haven't used protection since the spring and by symptom spotting and ovulation sticks managed to catch ovulation twice

Have you been trying for long?

Aw I’m sorry to hear of the MMC and chemicals, that must be so tough! Fingers crossed for a lucky cycle🫶🏻

I’m newish to the game, on cycle 4 of ttc #1. Been off contraception for a year prior, so my cycles are regular but no luck so far so just hoping for a lucky cycle sometime soon 😊

When will you be testing? I'm CD6 so we might be testing roughly the same time! I don't even want to think about how slow the TWW will go cause these past few days have been slow enough!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you! It took me a while coming off contraception for my periods to be regular so hopefully regular periods will help you track ❤️

I'm convinced my boob's are feeling fuller today! After almost 7 years of breastfeeding they were definitely feeling a little less full lately 😅 my husband agrees they were feeling fuller 🤣 normally extreme tiredness and sore/full boobs are my first pregnancy symptoms 🤞

Marie1990x · 01/12/2024 16:44

@MyGardenDaisies are you CD3 or 4 or DPO?

I’ve asked this before in another thread, but when does everyone’s OPK’s lighten after peak?

Today’s isn’t as dark as yesterday, but still quite high!

I know they say don’t bother testing after your peak, but I like to see it lighten 😂

My peak was yesterday at 1.30pm and it was lighter (but still dark) by 7pm. I tested again at 1.30pm today and was a lot lighter! Not sure why I tested today as I already got my lighter one yesterday so knew my peak had happened but like you say it's nice to see it come back down 🤣

MyGardenDaisies · 01/12/2024 16:54

@Marie1990x 3or 4 DPO! Always mixing all the abbreviations! Haha

@Mals2022 Im not gonna buy any early tests. I’ve got 3 left that are 25miu/ml (to test from missed period) , so will just use up those. If missed period, then I’ll test on 10th of Dec

Oooh I have everything crossed for you! 🤞 my boobs are still feeling really heavy/full too. I went underwear shopping yesterday because I noticed I was busting out of my bra 😅🤦🏼‍♀️ also feeling emotional still although a bit more relaxed today.

Hopefully as they’ve been signs for you before, you’ll get your BFP ☺️ how many DPO are you now? I’m 6DPO today but no symptoms of implantation x

Fashionlover123 · 01/12/2024 17:32

10DPO & BFN. In a rage I stormed to Aldi and bought sanetry towels😂😂😂 AF due Thursday… we shall see.

Ooo fingers crossed for you then!!

Not a sniff of a symptom over here 🤣 which is actually unusual as I normally have it least some bloating or sore boobs at this point before AF, so not sure what’s going on 🤔 but the lack of symptoms is deterring the testing I normally cave at 8DPO but going strong this evening and not even considering it 😂

Defo not out yet!! But understand the disappointment too. Have you had anything which you thought were symptoms?

Hen2000 · 01/12/2024 18:09

@kateb149 7dpo here! I've felt a bit crampy but I'm not sure ice really had many signs of implantation before except when I was pregnant last I did have some spotting one evening and I was expecting my period to come and it didn't so I tested either the day I was due or the day after.

@KT199 i wouldn't worry about not having any symptoms still so early! I have some early strip tests I'm going to try and hold off a few days and then take one as I know it's too early 😅

@fashionlover123 I recently had a friend not test positive until 14/15dpo she was convinced she wasn't pregnant but she was! Always some hope until aunt flo arrives!!

not massively..I’ve had more milky CM & had some cramping but overall I feel like I haven’t really had much! I hope I’m wrong as tried so hard this month!!! 😭

MyGardenDaisies · 01/12/2024 19:13

@Fashionlover123 Its so hard that effort doesn’t equal result with TTC, or at least straight away.

I have managed to stay busy this weekend, and luckily next week is work, nursery runs, and weekend plans out of the house, so I’m hoping it will fly bye with minimal obsessiveness 😄

Yeah it's so crazy isn't it!! I guess it shows why it's so important to test twice a day during fertile window as you genuinely could miss it! Feels weirdly validating to see it lighten though doesn't it?!
