We're going to be trying for no2 this December, first time trying due to DC1 being a "natural cycles" surprise so no idea how long it'll take this time.
I'm excited to try but nervous as well as I had HG in my first pregnancy and a horrendous birth so very apprehensive about doing it all again but this time with a toddler to look after as well.

Hi @MyGardenDaisies! How are you? I'm back on it, we didn't really try much last month. But, i'm on cycle day 8 and i'm not sure when i'm ovulating, not doing LH tests i think i ovulate between day 14-16 so i'm just going to continue to go with the flow for now 😀

I am on CD5. Enjoying end of period and the relative peace. I’ll start OPKs around CD10 as I ovulate around CD17 typically.

focusing on diet and weightloss this cycle onwards. How are you feeling? Did you intentionally skip a cycle?

@MyGardenDaisies Not intentionally, October is a crazy busy month for us. We either missed the window or it just wasn't our month. I have had some EWCM this morning though which is a slight surprise so i'll keep an eye on that one, could be ovulating early, this last cycle was only 24 days so i could be.

I was so sick between week 8 and 12 with DS that i just told myself at least i can enjoy christmas now! Can't lie, a postive test before Christmas would be lovely. But me and Husband agreed in Sept that after Christmas we'll try try, for now lets just Baby Dance 😂

Hi ladies, I’m new to mumsnet and wanted to join this post :) been TTC baby number 4 for about 6 months now. I’m 36 have already got 3 beautiful children 13,8 and 6. Which we had no trouble conceiving. Perhaps age isn’t on my side this time? I was convinced this month I was pregnant as AF was late (which it never is) but AF turned up yesterday 😔. So will be trying to conceive again later in the month and test around 15th Dec. Hoping everyone gets a BFP next month ☺️❤️.

Moving over from the November thread, CD1 is here again 🙄 now into cycle 6 TTC after MMC
Wondering whether to not LH test this time around and just see what happens.. feel like I spend half my life peeing in a cup 😂 we will see as I always say this but then think I’d be more anxious not knowing than tracking..

Speaking to a doctor Monday about having a short LP since MC, only 9/10 days at most. Not sure whether anything will come from it as I booked online so no one has even looked at the reason for the appointment yet I imagine!

I’m back for December, currently cd2 I’ve just turned 40 and ttc number 3, my youngest is 4. With both my other 2 I fell first time and this cycle will be number 5 so just trying to come to terms with the fact this may take a while. I’ve ordered an Exseed test for dh and a fertility test for me so we can see if anything’s going on, I’ve also just got ubiquinol to add to my supplements.

Also I’m due 12th dec which is the day we go on hols so bring pregnant would be perfect as no period on my hols 🤣

we are also cutting right back on alcohol(both of us) I normally like a glass in the bath on a weekend.

Well AF is 5 days late. I have NEVER had this before, maybe one or two days late. Obvs BFN. What a mind fuck. I literally have no idea what is going on 🙈 any tips to bring on AF?

@Confusedmermaid1 let me know what they say as mine is 10-11 days. I’ve had no problem conceiving before, but my cycles have changed since baby nr 1, so will also speak about this with my gynaecologist

Thanks 🤣 neither have worked so far. Went swimming yesterday and was convinced it would arrive just before then! It's so so strange for me

@MyGardenDaisies I’ll definitely let you know if they have any advice
I’m hoping the appointment goes somewhere as we have been TTC almost a year and have had two losses so would like to at least have some kind of testing arranged🤞🏼not sure how it works though as they only test after 3 MC so I don’t know if that supersedes the year TTC aspect as I suppose it’s only been 6 months if you take out the time I was pregnant/receiving treatment for MC… well soon see!

I started taking Agnus Castus supplement this cycle as I read on Mumsnet quite a few people have extended their LP by 1-2 days with it.

Hope you don't mind me joining! I'm CD10. This is my first cycle after a second miscarriage last month. I usually have darker lines on an ovulation test by now, but they are super light. Has anyone had experiences where their ovulation tests get lighter?

I use the Clear Blue digital ones, so can’t really comment.

@ljb23 Sorry for your losses, it’s shit isn’t it. I’m definitely no expert but I had similar last cycle and ended up ovulating 4 days later than normal with barely any increase before my peak.. 0.2 on CD14 then up to 0.92 on the evening of CD15
I usually get my peak on CD11 so I’m glad I kept testing or I would have got my hopes up for my ‘late’ period which unfortunately came right on time 😅

yesterday - random “popping” feeling like a bubble low down on the right side. Likely just wind!
sore boobs - hard to know what’s normal
cramping low down

I don’t pay much attention normally so not sure if any of this is new. Also not even sure if I ovulated as going off the app only.
