@KT199 seems like a great amount of DTD !! Last cycle when I had my (short lived) bfp we only did 1 day before peak day and on peak day ... so I guess you have covered all the bases possible !

@Gemmaemilyx good luck ! I hate waiting for the peak and I wonder when mine will be too after my CP ...!

Glad you found your peak @HE93C you’ve got it well covered!! I’d like to say don’t stress, but it can’t be helped 😂😂

I’ve tested this afternoon and got over a 1 so defo a surge going on, peak will be today or tomorrow depending how long it lasts.

Do people try to cover 3 days in a row like SMEP suggests after the positive ovu test? I really do not know I have that in me 🤣 I just know we could miss peak if it’s tomorrow not today!

I dont know if we've done it enough this month, but I genuinely couldn't face it by the time we eventually got our peak.
We DTD CD14, 16, 18 & 19 (peak) - late at night as I assumed I was going to start ovu overnight (if taking into consideration the 8-20hr rule). But we didn't do it on actual ovulation day or today (which is last fertile day) but honestly it was all business coz we're both shattered from work and I couldn't force it 😳

I'm kind of just at the point where if it's meant to be, it will. We move into our new house at the start of January so I feel like I need to start focusing on getting that stuff sorted.

I think you’ve covered plenty!! Try not to worry about it. I’ve read peak is the most likely day to result in conception and you’ve covered plenty of days before too so 🤞

Went from nothing yesterday to static smiley this evening-no flashing smiley warning. DTD Sunday, Monday, yesterday and today. Will attempt again tomorrow but we are exhausted😅 Two week wait again! GP appointment made for after the two week wait also, to discuss my bloods results.

Morning guys, I'm not in the 2WW yet, I'm the Dino with the 35 days cycles 😂
I'm on cycle 10, which feels miles away from ovulation but I'm testing LH early in case the CP triggered some early ovulation ... I honestly hate this part of the cycle so much more than 2WW. I think it's because it frustrates me to be ovulating this late and having such long cycles so the 2WW feels shorted for me than the wait for the lh peak which lasts 3 weeks on average 😭

Yeah that makes sense! Such a long wait to get to when ovulation should happen!

Dont know if there is any plus side to the longer cycle, but as an over thinker on a shorter cycle (25/26 days) I always worry that I’m getting rid of eggs at a time quicker pace because of my short cycle and what if I run out (I know, I’m crazy) haha. So hopefully that gave you a smile and a very small silver lining 😂

Think ill be in the two week wait from tomorrow, waiting to see if my temps rise!

@Lila34830 I feel your frustration this month, I’m CD18 today! I think today could be ovulation day, or it may have been last night as my temp has rose a lot this morning!

@Lila34830 I feel your pain. I’m CD 12 and usually peak CD 13. I don’t see it happening though for another few days at least though! I hate it way more than the TWW 🤣 trying to catch peak on sticks then to time it correctly, it’s such a faff!!! Xxx

@Lila34830 and after my CP last month I ovulated CD 15-16 I think it was so expect the same again due to this CP! Xx

Quite intense ovulation cramps today. I wouldn’t say painful but they’re definitely more noticeable than the other two months. We’ll DTD tonight and I think that might be it for us. I don’t think we have it in us to go again tomorrow! We did Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday and tonight. Static smiley yesterday, cramps today.

I’ve got my blood results back (awaiting some final ones) and I have low iron, folate and vitamin d so far. The low folate may be the answer to my chemical pregnancies. Still waiting for the results of the anti phospholipid which can be a cause of CP too. Who knows at this stage 🤣

Morning lovely , folate anemia is definitely a thing to fix to help with fertility! Vitamin d too ! I have a folate prescription from the doctor which is higher than the one you find in pharmacy, they might give you the same. Also 99% of the uk is vitamin D deficient due to this wonderful weather we have 😂 and my friend had loads of CP and apparently vitamin D fixed it ?! So you are deffo on the right track!!

@KT199 good luck ! I'm cd 11 so I'm still testing morning and afternoon but I think I will peak in 10 days or so ! God this is so long. But at the same time it would be good as we have family visiting next weekend DTD would be impossible 😂

Hi all! Hope you're all doing well.
I think I have ovulated.. I had a peak OPK of 0.74 on Wednesday evening (is that high enough) and my bbt has started to rise a bit. Does this look right ? Any tips for making the TWW manageable haha should I be doing anything special to aid implantation ?

Hello again everyone! I've been trying not to think about the wait but couldn't help doing a test today. I'm 9DPO so still early. Am I going crazy or is there a vvvfl? Been staring at it and fluctuating between thinking it's definitely negative and there's definitely something there. Feel like I'm losing my mind!!!

Hey @Clara202, the clear blue can’t determine whether you’ve ovulated. By using a different/new stick you will always get a O on the first result as it takes that as a baseline to then look for an oestrogen rise in the coming days. But, it does suggest your LH peak has ended as you could get a solid smiley straight away if that was high.

Hey! I can’t see anything, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing there! Typically early on it can be hard to get a photo of it! If you test in a day or two with FMU you will be more likely to get a better idea 😊
