I was watching an American gyno on YouTube and even though it’s reported sperm can live upto 5 days, apparently most of it only lives 24hrs so makes sense why the timing is so important. Its so annoying though how much contradictory info is out there, as in the same video also said if male fertility could be an issue your better to do every other day and try time for either peak or ovu day, you should hit it least one either way

Just checking in on this one so I don’t lose it, although AF came today. Like clockwork! So my positives are my very regular periods, aside from last month when I was absolutely convinced I felt early pregnant (I have never, ever been so tired!) and was 5 days late. Otherwise I’ve just checked Flo and they’ve been 30 day cycles for 16 months.

As I am 37 next week I am having my Day 5 blood test and hubby picked up his sperm test from the GP today. 🦕🦕🦖🦖

this will be our 3rd cycle this month x

Well have seen the GP and I've been admitted to hospital with a blood pressure of 70/40 🙃 so that would likely explain why I'm feeling so rough!

@Gemmaemilyx oh your friend clearly has zero struggle or experience in the ttc, dont pay attention to what she said, i bet she didn't mean it. This why i love this platform where u can talk to ppl in the same boat than you.

No AF for me yet. Cramping but not a hint or af, cervix is high but I don't even know what it means 😂😂😂 just thought I'd mention it 🤣
I just want AF to arrive now and follow everybody else in the new Dino cycle

Im onto cycle 4, I find it reassuring that typically 80% of people are pregnant within 6 months of trying so I’ve got high hopes for us all BFPs before Xmas! That being said, also worried to be in the 20%

@Lila34830 I felt that way towards the end of my cycle, I’m normally spotting by 12 DPO but didn’t start until 14 DPO for me this month and annoyed me. I just wanted to move on and try again!

@Heartypandaa hoping for a very lucky cycle/thread for us all, need some more dino mum graduates so we can form the official dino mums club!

Does anyone know how the temp tracking via apple watch works?

I want to try tracking BBT but the waking up to do it with a thermometer just doesn't work for me as I work shifts.

I've been so busy with a friends wedding this month that i haven't even been focused on tracking or peeing on sticks!

AF isn't due until the 19th but I'm not very regular at all so let's see if not worrying about conceiving too much has made it happen.... lol

CD6 for me. Praying this cycle is the one ! Had my results from the randox fertility test back and all seems normal. Any recommendations for men's fertility / sperm test ?

Anyone?
