im 9dpo today and gave in and did an easy@home this morning. May have been a squinter when tilting it up to the light but can’t be sure. Didn’t really look like anything 😕but there is still time I guess.

@Mummysparrow sorry to hear that! Have you done a pregnancy test? OPKs pick up HCG too so if you got a darker line I'd do a pregnancy test just in case..

@LuxyLocket 11dpo today. A squinter is something!! Mine was very hard to see at 9dpo. Did you shine a torch on the back of it to see if it picks anything up? 👀 I also found I couldn't really see a line under my bathroom light but could under natural light by a window x

@owlcat24 Oooh exciting you’re a day further than me than I thought, I thought there was a day between us 🥰ok there is still time then. Yes I found the same, in the natural light it looked like it could have been something. Will try the torch behind next time!
so pleased for you, I would be very happy with that line at 11dpo! When is AF due for you? Mine is next Thurs.

@owlcat24 yeah I have and it was negative. I got a LH rise on 12dpo the last couple of cycles as well (didn't check previous to that) so it is unfortunately my period indicator.
One more month and I will speak to my GP about referrals as it will be 6 months since my loss and you only have to be trying for 6 months at 35 for further investigations

I feel like I’m 5dpo instead of 4dpo. Not sure if anyone else has an opinions?
Static smiley Saturday morning at around 10am. Hadn’t tested since Friday afternoon as ran out of cheapies and didn’t want to waste last CB.
BBT began to rise Sunday, so I think I actually ovulated later on the day of peak opk??

@Emiily887 yeah BBT rise indicates that ovulation has already happened so perhaps it was at some point on Saturday.

@LuxyLocket are you holding off until tomorrow or will there be more testing today? 👀 AF is due this weekend. My spotting has stopped completely which is a good sign, I usually spot for about 4-5 days before AF.

Hi ladies, I’m 2dpo today. I noticed since ovulation I’ve had sore nipples and they haven’t gone away. Idk if that is normal? Usually my boobs start hurting 5dpo and after.

@owlcat24 I’m not home until late tonight so that will stop me testing again today haha definitely will be tomorrow though! If AF is due at the weekend for you that means I have a little more time as mine is due on Thurs.
@Plumchumm I had sore nipples and boobs in the tww when I www pregnant so I reckon it’s a good sign!
I feel like my boobs are feeling a bit heavier today, I’m 9dpo but can also be a pms sign! It’s so annoying they have to be so similar!

@LuxyLocket it's good to stay busy to fight the urge to test! 😂 My luteal phase has been 12 days the last 2 cycles that I tracked, so AF is due on 13dpo, which would be Saturday. Sounds like your luteal phase is a bit longer?

I caved this morning, dunt know what I was expecting as only 6dpo but for min thought I seen something but doubt it, what do you guys think

@owlcat24 Yeah definitely! And yes my luteal phase is always longer which I find annoying sometimes.

@JoMummyJessica it’s very hard to see in the photo, but maybe it’s just not picking it up. I’ve used the one step tests as well this time. I like to compare between them at the @easy at home.

This is the wondfo early detection ones, after not due for 7 days so maybe too early but I'll keep checking another test tomorrow ans if I see something prob get another brand

@JoMummyJessica good plan to test again tomorrow and maybe check with a different brand. yes those are the ones. I have several different packs of tests, plus all the other stuff I’ve ordered like the opks. My husband kept asking me what on earth else I had ordered from Amazon 😂
I said worth every penny if we get pregnant!

@owlcat24 @Emiily887 my FRER was neggy! Obvs did it last night. I haven't done one today as I'm in the office and I think I might just wait for my period in 2 days now! I think if I were pregnant it would have shown a line as I was 10 maybe 9DPO.

I want to use their gynaecologists but my last test was over 6 months ago so need to get another hormone blood test and I loathe to pay full price 🤣

@Justbloodylovecrisps well if you were only 9 DPO, then you're definitely not out then. Count to pregnancy website gives some stats on positive and negative tests for each DPO. At 9DPO you're still more likely to get a false negative than a positive (53% vs 47% respectively). For 10DPO, it's a 33% chance of a false negative which isn't really that low either. So I wouldn't count yourself out yet! With DS I only got a vvvvv faint line at 10DPO. One of my mum fiends didn't get a BFP until 12DPO. Bodies do weird things!!

I've totally given up. Even told my partner I'm not going to carry on with the clomid if AF arrives. His sister is 13+ weeks we've just been told. I then had a call off his mum saying how strong the baby is etc etc. I've got my baby box (I miscarried 5yrs ago at 16weeks) out this afternoon had a good cry.

Its upset and angered me, I don't need a pity party. I'm glad for her that all's well but I also don't need a reminder
I feel totally depleted

@KateS1993 I’m so sorry lovely, it is just so heart wrenchingly hard isn’t it. 😢having to deal with announcements when ttc isn’t working and you’ve had a loss.
we had a mc in August, our first baby, and only at the start of our ttc journey again. I’m so sorry you’re in this situation there are just no words other than life is cruel and unfair. Sending hope and strength to you 🤍🤍

@LuxyLocket it is hard. My partner thinks I've over reacted but I told him it's how it's made me feel. Our loss was also our first pregnancy, I was told I couldn't have any. We found out late as I'm not regular and as soon I found out it was gone.
Life is cruel

It was only 2 cycles ago I agreed to try again. After the loss 5years ago, it was hard coming to that decision for me personally. I'm seriously thinking about giving up again

im 2cycles in too. What a journey you’ve had, I don’t doubt how hard it is. If you feel like you can be strong a bit longer stay with us girl and we can do this together and all support eachother. I love this thread. It’s really helped me. And talking to others who have had a similar experience and also on the ttc journey. I don’t always feel I can talk to friends as they don’t really get it/aren’t on the same page x
