Hi everyone - it’s my first month tracking ovulation. Does this mean I’ve peaked and ovulated? Or does it mean I’m about to ovulate? All so confusing!

Hi thought I’d join this one - this is month 2 TTC #3 for us. Not sure what cycle day I’m on as currently breastfeeding #2 so I don’t have periods but I think it’s CD11-12

You will ovulate 24 -36 hours after the peak. So, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are the best days to ttc.

@OliveTraybake looks like you got your peak on CD14 so I’d get DTD today and tomorrow! Ovulation normally 24-48hrs after the peak.

@FlyWren is there anything you can do at home or a fertility clinic?

I’ve got my usual AF tender breasts a week before due. Hoping it doesn’t mean I’m out though.

I have no idea. Where do I find this information. I can't afford to do anything privately so if there was something I could do at home that would be good.

my partner is working tonight finishing at 11 so I’ll have to stay up and wait for him! No chance tomorrow as he’s working 5pm - 3am and I work 9-5!!

we did the deed tues and weds although I presume that’s too early to have any chance at being successful?

Can I join please - cycle 7 ttc number 3 after 2 chemicals and a MMC this year. On CD4 so expect ovulation in 8-9 days. Hoping August is a lucky month for us all! 🤍

This is my 3rd cycle TTC. I'm on cd17 still no peak on opks 😭 in for a long cycle again this month. They seem to be getting longer and longer each month. At 35 I'm wondering if I have missed my chance for another baby now. Still doing all I can but feeling pretty hopeless x

Hi, moving here from the July thread. I am 13DPO with BFN so am gearing up for the next cycle already.
@BlueberryPoppy123 I also have long cycles and it is not uncommon for me to ovulate on days 17-19. Just have to keep catching this peak. Do you test twice a day in your fertile window? I also had progesterone day 21 (28 for me!) done last cycle to confirm ovulation , which it did, so this may also help alleviate some of your concerns?
I am 42 TTC number 1 so I also understandably worry if it is too late, but it is only cycle 3 for us, and all the tests were including AMH were good, so just hoping!

@lavafield I've been testing 2 or 3 times a day. I'll stick with it and keep praying for good luck. Baby dust to you too x

Has anyone tried impryl here? DH has been recommended to take impryl for 3 months to improve sperm morphology however I don't know if it is also good for female fertility.

Ovulation Question ladies, it’s been a few years since I’ve had my first and I forgot how much of a minefield it can be 😂

I think I’ve missed my ovulation, which I’m ok with, first month back ttc and trying to get my head round it! 😂

So BBT when they say, temp rise for 3 consecutive days does it mean that ovulation would be on day 3 of the 3 temp rises?
I am taking LH tests but again missed my peak 😂 last time I took 3 a day around the higher tests but only took 2 yesterday when it was getting darker and the one I took this morning is a lot lighter.

I’ve got an app but it’s just so I’ve got it right, it’s predicting ovulation tomorrow and I’ve had 2 days of increase temp, so actually I might not of missed it? If let’s say my LH peak was yesterday then 2 days of increase temp, I should ovulate tomorrow?
I did have some pains on my right groin and right leg which is another reason I think I might of missed it. DH has been away for a few days and only got back last night! 🤦🏼‍♀️

After uploading opks since CD 4/5 premom is now saying my fertile window seems to be delayed as opks haven't been any higher than 0.4 😫 it's estimating my peak to be on CD21. Hate having these long cycles it's going to take so long to get pregnant and feeling so defeated 😭

Maybe the peak was yesterday and was missed, but what were your highest readings? Were they "high" on Premom? As darker but still in the low would not be relevant. If the peak was yesterday then DTD yesterday was good, plus today, and tomorrow possible. Can't say anything on temps as I don't measure. You can also keep testing LH in case it gets darker and you are not there yet

Hi everyone. Thought I’d join in. We are on month 3 ttc baby #2 who is 3 in Oct.
Currently around 2dpo, trying not to get my hopes up again as I have for the past two months. Managed to dtd 4 days In a row around ovulation so hoping that makes a difference this month.

I Have a wedding on Monday and so conflicted whether to just drive, vs have a couple of drinks. It could be the last opportunity to have a day out with alcohol and with just my partner for 5-10 years 🤣

This happened to me this month! It estimated my ovulation to be around CD20 as my opks hadn't been higher like yours - this surprised me as I've always felt ovulation around CD15.

Mine stayed fairly low, highest 0.2 up to CD12 where it suddenly jumped to 0.48 - premom then changed the estimation back to ovulation being CD15.

I got my peak on CD14 (ovulation CD15 as I'd expected). I think my levels stay very low for the first 11ish days and then rise very rapidly - it might be the same for you so I wouldn't be too disheartened

@ksbgTTC I'm already on cd18 so it's probably going to be right 😫 cd16 I was getting 0.4s so thought it was rising as it should but then kept testing 3 times a day and it's gone back to 0.1s. I am so impatient and it just hurts a lot to keep failing

So I don’t use premon I use Natural Cycles. These are my tests I haven’t been religiously taking them to be honest, last time I’d do 3 a day when they were getting darker and I didn’t yesterday. I think i probably peaked yesterday? Normally the line is much much darker for me but I’m guessing I just missed it.
Will DTD tonight, you never know! But feel I’m already out 😂

I’m in the same position! Hoping I’ve just missed it and and not that I haven’t peaked this month… I test once or twice a day as I don’t want it to take over my life and we are currently on holiday so I was out all day on Thursday… these were my 3 tests on Thursday afternoon, evening and Friday morning. Thursday afternoon looks the strongest. Wednesday’s lines were quite faint. Do you think I may have peaked Thursday AM and missed it?

@FlyWren that is so frustrating!! When you’re ready, it might be worth getting some private tests as if that is the issue it could possibly be an easy one to solve with meds? Good luck!

I’m on CD 10 now. OPKs still low but DTD today just in case as I usually ovulate between CD 12-14.

@ScarlettSloth my peak is very quick; I get a static smiley on the digital but often don’t get a peak on the sticks, unless I use many in a day. So, I’m thinking you probably did peak and just missed it.
