Hi ladies!
CD 1 for me today, so I’m moving over from the July thread and starting this one (don’t think there is already one).
Anyone else now ttc for a BFP in August??

I'm currently 13dpo,last night when wiping I noticed Pinky discharge, there was some brown ish stuff too. Later on, whilst on the loo again I felt something come out and it was a small clot. No blood just a clot. Is this normal?!
Today I've felt irritable and I have that feeling that AF cramping will be arriving. I've also had another small clot just fall out.
I'm not due AF until Wednesday.
I took a test and it was bfn. It's most likely AF but still trying to be positive.

Same here…. I’m 13 DPO today…. Day 33 of cycle (usually I’m 29 days) but BFN when I tested on Friday. Very confused! I usually also have quite bad cramping and some spotting but none of those symptoms yet. Just sore boobs. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm stressing myself out over these lines!!

The two strips are one step strips, the two middle tests are Superdrug own brand ultra early. They are 10, 10, 11, 12 dpo (I think, I didn't use opk this month and cycle is a bit irregular due to breast feeding)

I thought it'd be darker by now. Driving myself mad. Will try a different test today if anyone recommends a particular brand xx

I would save the clear blue until a missed period and continue with cheapies until then xx

Morning everyone! How you all feeling? Today I've got body aches and temperature is high. Woke up with sore nipples but that's about it. Trying not to think too much into it as I drive myself crazy every month

@rebecca199 my puppy is called Ada!! If I have a girl ill be tempted to steal it from her 😂

official with a digital at 9dpo 🥲 but i'll probably be anxious until i have a scan and then probably be anxious after that until my due date...but cautiously optimistic.

not sure when to self refer as i feel like i did it too early before and it ended in a loss (was still getting sent letters etc)

really sorry this happened! i know i cant say anything to make it better but be kind to yourself. I had a CP a few months ago and it was so devastating...you'll get through it even if right now it doesn't feel like it💛

Ugh BFN using FMU on 9DPO! Feel like I’m out already this month as my face has erupted in spots 😥

Took an ovulation test today - apparently I ovulated on the 9th of August from my apps, so decided to take an ovulation test, two lines have come up, but one is lighter than the other, does this mean we conceived of ovulation has occurred?

Joining as 1dpo but first month actively trying.

It’s difficult to tell from one ovulation test, a single test doesn’t really tell you much - it’s much more useful to take them regularly throughout your cycle. An ovulation test is considered to be positive if the test line is as strong, or stronger, than the control line. The hormone they test is LH, and this is present throughout your cycle so you can get a negative test (test line lighter than control) both before and after ovulation.

if you ovulated on the 9th, it would be too early for any test to detect conception.

@Cakeisafoodgroup it's my first time using the strips so don't really know what I'm doing. this is the one I used

Having a CP is tough! 😭I had one at the beginning of May and I was desperate and tried to understand if my hormone levels were back to normal for the first two cycles post CP. I was acting like a crazy person because I bought lots of devices to help me to analyse my ovulation day and the hormone levels. It was mentally exhausting for me. I really feel you and I hope you will recover well and don’t lose hope !

@ttcjourney20001 you can use the Premom app to input the photos in to it. Try taking them twice a day from before you think you might reach your fertile window. If you are really unsure then start just after your period stops.

I’m nkt sire what to make of this lol - DTD last night, bbt was still low this morning so no ovulation yet! But this afternoon I had a second LH surge - which has never happened to me before! I remember last time we were trying for bubba number 1 that it is often better to do every other day - so considering doing a BBT tomorrow morning and throwing in an extra DTD if it is still low (DH is working late tonight)
Has anyone else had 2 surges like this before?

@Bellabubble I used to get two day peaks!

So I tested way too early this morning at 7DPO. Obviously it was a BFN. Tonight I’m feeling a bit of cramping or something in my lower belly, but I think I’m just symptom spotting and probably this happens every month and I don’t notice…

anyone else?!
