I’m in shock, I will say!
This is what I can’t make out - she was very thorough and I gave history about previous CGIN and CIN3, I’ve had a small amount of my cervix removed also, back in 2022.
I asked if she could see cysts and she said she wasn’t there yet… I was quiet for a fair bit and she said ‘do you want to talk to me? Tell me about what you do for work’ etc… like general chat! Then she said ‘I can see you’re ovulating on your left side by the way’
after the internal, she done an external one, where my C Section scar is. I said, ‘don’t I need a full bladder for this?’ And she said, your bladder is very full… I had only pee’d before I went into the scan as I was told twice to have an empty bladder for internal!
Just as I was leaving, I asked if all looked healthy and she said ‘there is nothing sinister, just ask for your results in 7 days’ and she turned the screen to me… now I’m wondering whether she was trying to get me to realise what was picked up (if it was picked up), but I was literally getting my knickers in a twist as I was fumbling to get out lol!
I’m still in shock and almost in disbelief actually xx
