5 days late, had slight blood the day after I was due when wiping then spend last night in tears as had some brown when I wiped.

woke up this morning and decided to test again as no actual period yet.

i did 3 tests 🙈 husband can see them too but says we should just stay calm and relax 😂 we’ve been ttc for over 10yrs so we’re both extremely cautious

No it doesn’t help, at all. Some people just don’t know what to say, and instead of being honest about that they give platitudes that are hurtful, albeit unintentionally.

You are grieving for that little bean that you already loved, and for the future you should have had. Be kind to yourself.

Bit of an odd update from me. So I miscarried 3.5 weeks ago. I believe I ovulated due to ewcm but didn’t track anything.

I did one test after the MC which was fainter.

i believe AF is due beginning of next week and today woke up with sore boobs, which I sometimes get with AF.

just for sh!ts and giggles I decided to test this morning with SMU.

I was gobsmacked to see this…..

so now because I didn’t continue testing I don’t know if it’s from the Mc still or a new pregnancy.

so confused!!!

Can you call epu and get bloods/ early scan? Your head must be all over the place, explain all to them and see if they can help you work it out. Sending hugs and keeping everything crossed xx

honestly I’m so shocked! My test after the MC was a Cb and quite faint, I’ll attach it. It was taken the day I miscarried.

I think I’m going to wait a couple of days and then call my GP on Monday. I’m honestly so confused. I didn’t want to keep testing as I couldn’t care to see the line fade. But now wish I had so I would know if this is a new pregnancy or still from my MC

My midwife told me that you can be extra fertile after a miscarriage. Both of my successful pregnancies were shortly after a MC. I shall whisper congratulations to you.

I was never scanned. The bleeding was very heavy, clotty and I passed some large tissue which I am assuming was the pregnancy. The few symptoms I had went and I had ewcm a few weeks ago which would indicate ovulation for me.

im going to do a clear blue digital tomorrow and see what it says

If you had ovulation few weeks ago I would think your body had returned to normal and no Hcg left. Personally I would do a digital test with week indicator to see what it shows and then speak with GP on Monday. 🤞🏼

I’ve just done a CB blue dye….. it’s darker than the one the day of my MC and the line started after 30seconds

Well that is definitely darker line. 🤞🏼 if you DTD around your EWCM days then I think it's very possible this is an actual positive test. 🤞🏼

I had ewcm on the 19th and DTD 22/07 & 23/07…..

honestly I’m so baffled. I messaged my midwife best friend and she has said I need to get a scan and bloods done.

Thank you so much! I honestly feel that having the miscarriage at 5 weeks then the test should have been negative within a week or so. But obviously I didn’t test so I can’t say that for sure.

I only tested this morning as my boobs were feeling heavy and slightly sore. But that can be normal for my AF. So honestly didn’t expect to see a line at all!!!! I’ve not said anything to OH. I’ll test with a digital in the morning and tell him after that. I honestly felt like I was dreaming when I saw the line. And the CB, I literally did an hour ago without holding etc…. So I’m super shocked! But not getting my hopes up…,

im so baffled it’s unreal!!!! Over 10yrs TTC and now this….. I feel I did have a MC, the day before I had it I felt it was gone. Just wish I had tested to see the negative so at least I’d know what was going on….

I guess like what others have said I am thinking that possible the pregnancy with miscarriage kinda kicked your body into knowing what do / more fertile after a pregnancy. Massively hoping for you. A friend was TTC. about 6 years, had IVF, fell pregnant naturally when baby was 2 months old on their one and only time having sex post birth of their IVF baby.

Thank you. I agree with you, I think it could be a kickstart my body clearly needed. I’ve peed on so many sticks over the past 10+ years and never seen a hint of a line. And to finally get pregnant was amazing! For it to end in miscarriage was devastating. But I had read that you’re more fertile after a MC so we knew we wanted to go again as soon as possible.

I honestly did not expect to see a line this morning. I just did it for fun and would have been fine with it being negative. So it was a huge shock to see a line appear so quick!!!!

You may not have had a complete miscarriage last time. This could be the same pregnancy.
