5 days late, had slight blood the day after I was due when wiping then spend last night in tears as had some brown when I wiped.

woke up this morning and decided to test again as no actual period yet.

i did 3 tests 🙈 husband can see them too but says we should just stay calm and relax 😂 we’ve been ttc for over 10yrs so we’re both extremely cautious

That's not even a squinter.

That's POSITIVE positive.

Chimchar · 02/07/2024 06:44

Yep! I see it. Congratulations! ❤️

Olika · 02/07/2024 06:45

The tests are definitely positive. Would it help you to digest it if you did a digital 'pregnant/not pregnant' one? 😊 Congratulations!

DoraBella88 · 02/07/2024 06:45

I can’t quite believe it… we’ve been ttc for over 10yrs!!!! I had wine last night as thought my period was coming and spent the whole night crying 😱🤦🏻‍♀️

I can see the lines but I'd say for 5 days late the lines would be darker.
It could just be the tests you are using.
Good luck

I’m currently getting ready and going to go grab a digital test as I still have my pee in a cup 🙈

I didn’t track my ovulation, just going on my normal cycle length. My period was a few days early last month so I’m not 100% sure on dates

That looks like a line - I’ve got everything crossed for you 😊

peribaddreams · 02/07/2024 06:51

Lovely first lines! Beware using old pee in a cup as the HGC will break down over time. It's better to test using FMU for the digital. ❤️

donkeyleg · 02/07/2024 06:51

@DoraBella88 I'd get a digital or a weeks indicator test. Fingers crossed for you

DoraBella88 · 02/07/2024 07:33

Are you taking vitamins already?

DoraBella88 · 02/07/2024 10:45

I’ve been taking folic acid already. Do I need anything else?

congratulations 🎉

Olika · 02/07/2024 11:33

Great that's the most important. You can ask at your booking appointment about anything they recommend as in vitamin D etc.

TheShellBeach · 02/07/2024 11:35

Lovely news, OP.

Strictlymad · 02/07/2024 11:37

Soundsofjoy · 02/07/2024 11:38

Congrats OP that’s lovely news!

Thatsmoneyhoney · 02/07/2024 11:40

Deffo See a line. That's how mine started but I was testing from 10dpo. As long as the lines appeared within the time frame then it's looking good 👍 😀😀

2BabyOrNot2Baby · 02/07/2024 12:04

Congratulations! You must be absolutely over the moon! ✨

Try not to worry about the bleeding, it could just be your body clearing out some old stuff. I've had bleeding with both of my pregnancies now and have been thoroughly reassured that it can be completely normal hormonal changes 😊 I take Pregnacare which has a mix of good stuff included but folic acid is the one that's most important 😊
