Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in April 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of March to April ! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

When are you gonna test first? I'm gonna try sunday. I am feeling very emotional and stressy. I Hope it's good new for both of us next week. We can be tww buddies and get through this week together. What did your google search turn up?

Absolutely ! Considering telling myself to go do something else (cup of tea? Plank? Lol) anytime I feel urge to take a test. Yes I think Sunday/Monday next week I'll take a first test. My cycles are long and I've read that it can sometimes take longer for a positive to show up so I'm unsure... last month my period showed up pretty shortly after negative test so I guess will know one way or another !

Anyone else walked around Tesco this morning when the BIGGEST amount of CM dropped out of you?! No? Just me then 😂 awkward waddle around the bread aisle, but definitely sexy time tonight!! Got a flashing smiley this morning too. Woop!

At 5 or 6 dpo I still have alot of CM but it's turning white and gummy. Fingers crossed for you conceiving over the weekend.

Finally CD1 for me! Looked back at the data on my app and the ovulation predictions are anywhere between CD14-CD25 on past cycles- my cycles are long and quite irregular. I will just try to go with ovulation signs and try to DTD regularly between CD12 and CD23 ish.

Well, timing hasn’t aligned for us this month but we finally managed to DTD last night (CD12) on the second day of EWCM. Loads on CD11 and a fair amount yesterday afternoon.

OPK still negative this morning but will retest in the afternoon. Last month’s surge was the morning of CD13, but unpredictable as ever!

Hoping to DTD again tonight, fingers crossed. Happy Friday everyone!

Ive no been able to use the LH strips as much this month as we went away for a few days so god knows if i have or haven't yet 😅 I'm usually a bit irregular so that doesn't help much either. My apps always give two diff OV dates so always try and hit the fertile window as well as go off my body. 😅 really hoping this month is our month. TWW is gunna be a long one.. again. 😪

Hello every one!
I am currently in hospital with meningitis (I’m fine done worry) but was due for my period yesteday. 2 days ago I got some light spotting and did a test, negative. Then I got some slightly heavier spotting which then when away. With a day of no bleeding in between. Did a test which I’ve never heard of before ‘alvita’ and got a faint positive but am in disbelief - I’ve read these can give false positives?

feeling completely mental - please help!

@dogscanlookup I doubt I'll get a BFP on Sunday but with it being birthday I'll hope. I should be either 7 or 8 dpo I did get a first response though as a treat.
I bought a wedge cushion to prop my hips up after dtd and used it this month. I known there's no evidence it helps but it can't hurt.

First time TTC, third cycle, got our hopes up last month cause AF was a week late!

13 DPO - just got this result - I may have flooded the test, could that give this weird thin line?

Coukd yiu retest in the morning? The line looks like it has no blue to it. I'm not sure.

Hi everyone. Is it ok if I join? First cycle TTC after a miscarriage last month. On cycle day 5 at the moment. If it works out this month, we could be due on Christmas Eve which scares me a little 🙈 but I'd also be so grateful to have a successful pregnancy this time.

Hi all, I'm only cycle 8 TTC number 2. No idea what dpo as I stopped tracking but period due 27/28 march.

Why are pregnancy and pmt symptoms so similar 😞

@skr97 I'm exactly the same it's pretty much two weeks of possible fertile window so try my best to go off CM and my vibe 😂 usually if I'm feeling fruity I know it's for a reason haha.periods irregular and sometimes long

it’s definitely blue but the line is thin - it came up immediately but yes will do a digital in the morning, trying not to get my hopes up!

Did it show up in the alotted time? I had 3 blue dye ones last month thst did this and AF still came. The line should be as dark and thick as the control line. But it could still be positive I've seen these tests do this and it be an early positive. Can you try a pink dye test? Boots do them pretty cheap. I hope this helps

I don’t have any pink dye ones but do have a clear blue digital so I’ll do that with FMU tomorrow and then will get a pink dye one later in the weekend if needed

Will definitely avoid getting my hopes up if you’ve had these multiple times and still had AF

The digital ones work great it's just the dye ones not sure why they are still allowed to sell them.
If it appeared that fast I'd definitely say positive. Fingers crossed you get another positive on the digital one. Good for you being able to wait until tomorrow. I have no self control 🙂

@MaybeWeShouldGoToEastbourne I'd try and get a pink dye, those clearblue are notorious for evaps etc!

Out of interest, why don’t some people want Christmas babies? What’s the worry? I think it’d be lovely, you’d have two things to celebrate. Is it the cost of presents or the worry of being in hospital over Christmas?

I mean I’m probably asking the wrong people because we’re all in this thread for a reason 😂 I’ve just seen on the March thread a few people saying they’re skipping a month.

@LK2610 I think probably the fear of being in hospital over Christmas! I used to think like that but I reaaaaaally want a Christmas baby, hope it works out 😂🤞🏻
