Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in April 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of March to April ! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

Thanks for setting this up @RW269 🫶 I’m (soon to be) on my second cycle TTC baby number 1. I’m 34 and my partner is 38 so hopefully we haven’t left it too late. Hey everyone from the March group x

@Dogscanlookup my natural cycles app states Af due 13th March (much shorter than usual for me ) it is very tiring and so disheartening.
My best friend found out she was pregnant just before I MC I'm her birthing partner it's very hard when I think I was 2 week ahead.
Fingers crossed if not this month we will both get a sticky bean in April.

@emmatcc1 I've just gone through my bbts and the increase after the big dip is only slightly off from pre ovulation bbts this month so fingers crossed.
(my temps have been lower this month for some reason )
I won't take a test until I'm a few days late as I'm tired of seeing negative tests when I test early I get obsessed comparing lines and stress myself out and it doesn't change the outcome .

@Smithyb ah that’s so hard, you sound like an amazing friend! It’s so hard to not compare. My friend told me the day I MC that she was expecting. She’s due tomorrow.. but then she was also trying for three years. It’s just not easy! But we gotta stay positive and think we’ll get there 🤞🏻

Trying for baby no.2 and will be going on our third month so really hoping this time sticks.

Started to unravel mentally today as AF arrived, but I'm 35 now so I can't expect things to be as quick as the first time.

Still, here's hoping!

@LindyMoe hello! I’m about to turn 35 too, also baby number 2. Don’t give up hope, third cycle is still really early ☺️ I try to see AF as the start of the cycle of the potential pregnancy, as opposed to the failure of the last cycle.. I’ve started to try and switch my thinking on how I see things. It’s so hard though, and some days have a good cry if needed, because that’s fine too!

@Dogscanlookup that's such a great positive way of looking at things. Im defo gona shift my mindset to that thinking, just hate that sinking feeling on the first full bleed day of a period 😔

But onwards and upwards gals. We got this 💪🏼

@LindyMoe I'm also 35 in august coming and this is my first planned pregnancy (had a MC in March of 2020 with an unplanned wasn't easy but wasn't planned and was a difficult time in my life too) so this is the first really trying and planning and it's just such a mindfield but we can totes all get through this togther on this journey! Xxx

I'm 12dpo and no sign of a line so I think I'm out for March. Been TTC since May last year and it's definitely getting to me now. Had two early losses/chemicals. My son was conceived first try but that was six years ago and it's definitely not as easy anymore 🤦🏽‍♀️

I'll join too if that's ok - 10DPO and feeling very cranky and a lot like AF is due, so probably out for March

13dpo, negative test but still no spotting. I ALWAYS get spotting a few days before AF due to low progesterone. Either i ovulated later or the NMN powder iv been taking is having an effect on my body 🤓

AF is stranger this time around, taking longer to get heavy. I want it out of the way lol. Clearly me stressing is making it change ... Annoying

AF came in full force this morning, a day early. Felt a bit sad - especially being Mother’s Day, but knew it was coming.

Time to try again. CD1, let’s go!

@WhiteDigestives ah that feels so cruel! I was due mine aswell today and was really annoyed about it but trying to enjoy the day so far, I'm getting a lie in but very unusually my ds is still asleep when he's normally up at the crack of dawn and I am wide awake since 7 😂

We must be mysteriously linked @Daniki 😂 13dpo also BFN this morning and my LO slept in till half eight which they NEVER do and I was wide awake at ten to seven raging at my body for missing out on sleep 😂

But not due AF till Tuesday! Strangely though still have alot of CM for this time of the month, keep thinking AF has come early but nothing yet.

@SummerSun24 isn't it so typical! 😂 be uk at the crack of dawn in the morning again no doubt! 🥹 ooh hopefully the cm is a good sign 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Oh yes @Daniki we are usually 5:30/6 am risers in this house 😂 it would be nice if it did but think I'm just symptom spotting now! Could do with AF showing up so can move on to the next round ☺️

@SummerSun24 yea I hate the waiting around just want to know if I'm pregnant or not so I can plan ahead 😂

It’s a bit shit for us all on this thread that it’s Mother’s Day today 😫. Fingers crossed for loads of BFPs this time round! I think we did well on the last thread so hopefully we can carry it on 🤪.

I know I thought that when I woke up, my husband tried to make me feel better by getting me a present and card from our dog haha!
here’s hoping this time next year most of us will be celebrating!

@RW269 My partner did that too but from our cat, bless him. Hopefully this month is our month 🤞🏻

I'm exactly the same!!!! I'm so annoyed as I have endo and I'm normally flooded and doubled over days before but the cramps on started yesterday as I came on and it's not heavy yet! Totally must be the stressing and anxiety of it all! X
