Evening all,

well I finally have a “high” registered on the premom app- LH level is showing as 0.92 on CD16- yesterday it was 0.25. I’m confused though, does this mean I’ve hit the peak or will hit it? I just need to know when to dtd 😭😭😭

Looool definitely an art working out how to use it!

@Suburbandreams keep testing! Once your tests start to go down then the highest ratio is your peak. I'd start shag week now too 😂

Yeah I'm trying to keep up with what all you guys are saying and I don't know if it's too much for my brain to handle! But seems more logical than an algorithm that then changes when you add new dates in 🙄 so based on my later period my predicted ovulation date moved about a week...

@Dogscanlookup where would I get them from and what would levels for pregnancy look like? This testing stuff is all new to me

Can also vouch for the premom app, it's good. Just have to ignore the pop ups for buying the app (you really don't need to buy it) It made me really pay attention to my cycle and whether it's a placebo or not but now I think I notice things as soon as my peak is up there.

Lol I also read an old wives tale this eve that pineapple helps implantation... so wolfed half of one down tonight.

I got a positive Clear blue ovulation test today, so shag week is on for me

Shag week officially starts for me tomorrow, time to make myself look good. I don’t know about you but during period week I relish in letting myself go 😂 can’t be bothered to shave or put any tan on. When it’s over I then transform into a new woman haha

@Risingsun93 @emmies86 they’re proov tests - confirm. Can buy them off Amazon. I do them as I spot quite a bit before my period and that can suggest low progesterone. You do one test day after AF finishes as a baseline, then four tests from 7DPO. They show whether your progesterone levels remain high which they need to for a successful pregnancy. So when my dipped at 10DPO I knew I was probably not pregnant as they should stay elevated.

CD12 for me today, still no flashing smiley on the OPKs… should be tomorrow! Not too well atm so glad I don’t feel I have to DTD today 🫣

@LK2610 I am the same, can't be bothered doing a thing because I'm cranky, crampy etc 😂 then I get in great form and decide to do myself up 😂

is anyone feeling more relaxed this month? I was so sad and gutted last month to the point that I think now I’m past it… I just think it’ll happen when it’ll happen and a month actually goes by really quickly! Probably won’t feel that way on the TWW 😂

Cycle day 14 here had period type pains early afternoon that seem to of stoped now could that be normal? Ment to be ovulating tomorrow.. Not tracked my cycle before so it’s all new to me! Xx

@MotherofGods could possibly be ovulation pain - was it more on one side?

@Dogscanlookup I'm also feeling quite relaxed and in a very c'est la vie mood, but yeah...not sure if it will last much past shag week 😂

@MotherofGods are you tracking ovulation at all? Could have been ovulation or just random pains! I feel every pain atm as I’m so conscious of my body. It can be so confusing!

@LK2610 I excuse everything on my period 😂 obviously no shaving happens, hair slapped back in a bun and I deserve every bad bit of food I fancy because I'm bleeding for a week and not dying and half the population can't 😌 currently saying this in the midst of a terrible period feeling sorry for myself, not too sure if that comes across hahah...

I'm feeling really relaxed @Dogscanlookup for now, it's odd almost cos the first month of TTC has came and went it's took the pressure off? And I've made my self think of the money side too, every extra month is an extra month to save for maternity! So not necessarily a bad thing. But agree, I'm saying this now will be up the walls in the TWW again.

LO has also started to sleep better as well so might ACTUALLY have the chance to give shag week a good go was abysmal last time!!

@MotherofGods oh sorry, wasn’t sure if it was your prediction as opposed to tracking! Could just leading up to it, it’s hard to say!

@SummerSun24 haha I’m same, period week is almost relaxing with the lack of care. Yeah, so much of the stress comes from ourselves cos we put our own pressures on!
Thats such a good way to think of it, a positive in the months it doesn’t happen. I’ve started planning nice things when I’m due on so if it doesn’t happen we have a dinner date etc! And I know I can indulge in wine 🥂

I'm either 4 or 5 dpo and I am feeling run down a little nauseous and like I'm getting a cold. Could these be positive signs?

Morning all,

I think I’ve completed my first premom cycle and did identify a peak. Only thing I’m now worried about is we didn’t do enough during the fertile window. Can anyone make sense of the chart below? Conscious to get this right and this is the first cycle.
