Just checking if anyone else around CD13 wants to join this thread? Was nice to have a group going last cycle.
I just entered my fertile window today. OPKs says I haven't ovulated yet but they're getting darker every day ☺️

Hi! I’m CD13 today too and got a positive on an ovulation test this morning and again this afternoon (I think!?) so I’m expecting to ovulate in the next day or two….😊
Would love to have some company over the next few weeks ☺️

We DTD yesterday, today and will tomorrow too, to hopefully cover all bases 🤞
I am TTC number 2, but first time we got pregnant first try so this is my first time doing OPKs etc…we’re on month 4

I have a DD who will be 2 soon, had an ectopic last May, ruptured and surgery in July. Been trying again since.

CD13 today. Not getting my hopes up too much this cycle, we're both ill and looking after an ill DD and the last 2 times we DTD we really had to force ourselves!.

Oh I can imagine it's tough. Sometimes life gets so busy. But hopefully it works out this cycle 🤞🏼

with mine being on Sunday, I’m guessing I ovulated yesterday so that would make today 1DPO 😬

hi all! First time posting on here but would love to have a group to share with and support!
TTC at the moment and on CD17 with predicted ovulation in 3 days.
i haven’t yet had a positive OPK despite testing last month too (although not as religiously!). This does make me feel anxious about whether I’m ovulating yet after 12 years on hormonal birth control having come off at end of October, so fingers crossed! Am using Natural cycles to track which I’m finding really informative and have even convinced DP to look at my basal body temperature graph with me 😂.

We struggled with intimacy for a few years with contraception messing with hormones! So husband is wanting to go a bit slower than my super speediness haha

I'm currently in my fertile window. Cycle day 12. I've been getting flashy smiley faces since CD8, but very blank cheapy tests, so no idea what's happening. The past three months I have O on cycle days 12, 13 and 15. Hoping I get my peak soon!

Hi, can I join? First cycle TTC #2. According to my OPKs I’ve peaked so assuming I’m 1DPO today-ish (CD17). Next two weeks are going to be slooooow!!

@Applesandcake which tests are you using? The one step are very faint for me but easy@home very dark

Ovulating this morning (ie getting ovulation pain!).

Not got my hopes up too much. Can't dtd til DH gets back late tonight. Last time we did was a couple of days ago.
I did get pregnant with my ectopic from dtd 3 days before so I guess it's still possible but im in cycle 7 now and losing hope.

I am using the rubbish one step ones, which I know give people very faint lines often, but I’ve been using them no probably for a few cycles before ttc and I get properly dark positives on them. I will invest in the easy at home ones next month, but it’s odd that these suddenly have been so blank!

Looks like I'm part of this crowd. CD16 today with peak ovulation on test strip and egg white CM. We dtd CD14 and plan for tonight and tomorrow as well. We've been TTC for over 2 years with 3 miscarriages, but this is the first time I've joined once of these threads. It's nice feeling the support of others on a similar journey.

I was given a prescription of progesterone after my last miscarriage in November. I'm planning to start taking it from 3DPO.

@JunkJane so sorry to hear about your miscarriages, wishing you so much luck for this time around. I know of others who’ve had success with progesterone after losses, so am keeping my fingers crossed that it works for you! 💛

@Pololol thank you. I think waiting with you all over the next two weeks is really going to help. At the very least, odds are someone in this thread will get the bfp and we can all cheer for them even if it's not our turn. ❤️

yes, I hope we see some bfps here this month!!🤞 I’m now 2DPO and trying not to symptom spot. Although I’m failing, I’m checking to see what my symptoms were when I was pregnant with my first to see what to expect on what days 🙈

After 6 days of flashing I finally have a static smile face this morning! Plus a positive cheapy. The flashing just started way too soon this month for some reason. It’s burnt us out to be honest! Not sure how we will find the energy to dtd anymore! I will make sure we will today and tomorrow but light have to skip the final day on Saturday.

If I don’t conceive this cycle, I don’t know what I’ll do in terms of trusting the flashy next month…

Aww that’s a nice way of thinking of it. Yes, if there’s 9 of us in this thread and 1 in 4 will conceive each month, that means odds say at least 2 should get positives!

@Applesandcake are you dtd every day? We usually go every other day from about day 10 to ovulation (usually day 15). We conceived our daughter that way and it's what the gynae has recommended for us this time round too.
We had an accidental pregnancy last year where we only dtd once that month 3 days before ovulation (it was ectopic though).
I get ovulation pains so I can generally pinpoint ovulation pretty well. I'm still doing opks though as I find it reassuring to see the line getting darker at the same time every cycle.

Yeah, we just dtd every day in the fertile window if we can. This worked for us with our first two who I conceived on the second cycle both times, so hoping it works again this time. I also got pregnant by accident in the spring from a one off 4/5 days before ovulation, so evidently every day isn’t essential, but everything I’ve read says as long as the sperm count is ok, every day still results in more sperm floating around (it’s just not dramatically more than dtd every other day and if the male any issues with sperm production, dtd every other day is better).

If I’m not pregnant this cycle (cycle 2), I might try playing around with it though. SMEP or the purple plan. We’ll see.
