And my spotting has started on 10dpo so onto the 13th month TTC. Wasn't really expecting it anyway as we didn't manage to dtd enough in fertile window due to my hubs getting sperm tested.
We have a free cycle now and then the following one is when I start tamoxifen and get the follicle scanning on day 10,11,12. Hopefully conceive in this month as it will be expensive enough 😂

@worldwidetravel2017 ah that's a lot going on! Good they're still looking into it all though. Sunshine holidays sound fantastic. When/where are you going? Sorry if you've said I struggle to keep up sometimes!

I'm doing ok thanks although bit of a scare as have had a bit of a bleed over the weekend so just trying to patiently wait for scan tomorrow afternoon. Should be 14wks 🙏🏼

SouthwestSis · 11/02/2024 12:33

Anyone else about to start a new cycle? Period is due today for me and then will be trying again, would be good to have a buddy who's at a similar point in their cycle.
Have some annual leave now but travelling to see the in-laws for 4 days so not exactly a holiday. Could very much use some sunshine!

Oldermama86 · 11/02/2024 13:17

Hiya im new 👐

Welcome
And sending all the luck

If your still trying in 3 months - id recommend hertility health - - good to get an idea of your amh etc

Lalaland13 · 11/02/2024 20:08

i think I am about to @SouthwestSis my bleeding seems to have just abour stopped now.. am away with a friend 15th to 18th but the app is now saying ovulate around 19th so hopefully get some chance this month!

Although my hubby is in a right sulk as going away with a friend - he always ends up making me feel guilty to go! He is a farmer and really busy most of the time so it’s like a military operation for us to go away and I don’t want to waste annual leave so hopefully he is more in the mood by when he needs to be 😂😂

RoseH36 · 12/02/2024 14:38

Got a scan booked for Monday 😬 trying not to think too much about it but I know I'll be so nervous. Tested this morning and it's started coming up slightly darker on the test line than the control line so taking that as reassuring.

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

RoseH36 · 11/02/2024 11:28

@SnookyPook good luck for tomorrow, hope you're ok x

All good! Phew! Placenta now clearly visible too. 14wks! Such a relief. No obvious cause for the bleed - they are suspecting cervix 🤷🏼‍♀️

@RoseH36 great about your tests! Hopefully all great for your scan next Monday 🥰

RoseH36 · 12/02/2024 16:43

@SnookyPook that's fantastic news! So pleased for you 😊

Thank you, she did say it may be a vaginal one but I'd have thought it would be visible through my stomach. I only got to just past 7 weeks last January (according to DH, I'm sure it was just past 6 weeks) so that's making me feel a little on edge.

worldwidetravel2017 · 12/02/2024 17:43

Ace news @SnookyPook

Bumblebee413 · 12/02/2024 20:38

Lovely lovely news @SnookyPook, congratulations! 🥰

Hope all goes well with the scan @RoseH36. Sounds positive with regards to the tests. Do you feel any different this time?

I’m feeling slightly out of sorts. I had fairly regular strong twinges last week on my left side, which was unsettling but I remembered getting it with my first. I’ve thrown up a few times over the last week, but we’ve had such a bitch of a cold/ flu that it’s been the phlegm in my throat that just pushed me over the edge with the nausea.

We’ve been ill enough as a family over the last week that part of me hasn’t been able to reconcile how a baby could hang on in there, especially with the fevers I’ve had. This morning I woke up after the most vivid and unfortunately very graphic miscarriage dream.

I’m hopefully 7 weeks today and I’m really genuinely sorry if I come across as at all ungrateful here. Just.. a bit down today when I should be grateful.

SnookyPook · 12/02/2024 20:47

@Bumblebee413 I'm not surprised you're feeling down after being so poorly - that's miserable at the best of times! Hope everyone is well soon. Fwiw, I had 3 very vivid miscarriage dreams up to 10wks and remember feeling a bit superstitious and worried it was my body trying to prepare me for another loss... But so far, so good. Think it was my subconscious processing worries and fears from the previous losses. Not pleasant though! Hope you feel brighter again soon 💕

RoseH36 · 12/02/2024 20:47

@Bumblebee413 thank you. I'm definitely getting lots of the typical signs of pregnancy, tiredness, itchy/sore boots, feeling sick and then the acheyness I had with SPD is starting on and off too. So taking all those feelings as a positive as I remember last time everything just stopped, it didn't even occur to me that it was because I'd had a miscarriage and just put it down to hormones settling down but I'm guessing that wasn't the case at all. It was strange as I remember a couple of people at the time asking if I felt pregnant and I said I didn't anymore... little did I know that I actually wasn't at that point.

Its so hard being ill when you can't take anything for it, have you tried honey and lemon drinks? I found those helped. I hope you're feeling better soon. It's so hard not to worry, have you got any scans booked in?

Bumblebee413 · 12/02/2024 22:26

Thank you both. That’s reassuring to hear re dreams @SnookyPook. I don’t have any scans booked in, they’re so expensive and honestly I don’t want to fund them. I’ve heard some really sad local stories about how ladies have been treated and it doesn’t sit right with me personally. The cost of that high horse is my nerves. So we’ll see how that balances out over the next few weeks- I may wind up booking one yet 😆

Thank you for your care x

RoseH36 · 13/02/2024 08:38

@Bumblebee413 can you not get one through EPAU? I mentioned last year to mine that I'd be paying for an early scan next time round and was told I can book in with them instead, which is what they'd prefer so I'm back in their system. Have you got a booking in appointment booked? You could always ask at that. I'm not getting one booked until I see how things go next week first.

CurlyWurly1991 · 13/02/2024 08:51

@SnookyPook congratulations, what lovely news 😊 I’m so happy that the pregnancy is progressing well.

@Bumblebee413 its so crap feeling unwell while pregnant ! I have a similar attitude to early private scans - it wasn’t a nice experience finding out about the MMC that way and I’m not sure I’d do that again. On the other hand the thought of waiting until 12 weeks is difficult too - hard to know what the right thing would be.

Im feeling shattered as have been up all night with my 10 year old who has food poisoning 😩

think I’m about 6dpo but ovulation is ambiguous this cycle with it being the first post MMC.

Daniki · 13/02/2024 13:42

@SnookyPook great news!

Bec0mum · 13/02/2024 14:16

Hiya everyone! Glad to read some positive news. So sorry for those having crappy times! I hope you get your sticky beans soon.

Is anyone able to help me pinpoint ovulation based on these please? It’s my first month using them and the Premom app says I found my peak, didn’t have a slow decline though… Just want to be able to say how many dpo I am lol

Agree with the app - looks like you peaked midday of CD17. Think ovulation is usually with 12-36hrs from peak so probs means you ovulated overnight and into CD18. I'd say CD18 safest bet. Good luck with tww! 😊
