I'm currently 2nd cycle TTC no2. I'll be 11dpo on the 25th Dec. Thought it would be nice to have a thread going for anyone testing over the holidays, for moral support and hopefully congratulations 🎉 all welcome to join x

Ahh it's possible then! There's definitely a v faint line.

I'm 5DPO today! Having slight cramping and heavy feeling in lower abdomen and v v sore boobs! 😑😆

I suppose we will all find out before 2024 one way or another 😀

I would normally say they do look like bfp starting but I was stung by a couple of these last cycle so I’ve kind of lost faith in them.
hope yours get darker tomorrow though 🤞🏻

Hello! I am currently 6DPO, this is our 10th month officially trying, we had a miscarriage in August (surgical management).

So far since 3DPO I’ve had really sore boobs, sore gums (this happened last BFP) and a flare up of psoriasis… AF due the 26th… So Christmas Day I think we will have a pretty convincing outcome… How lovely it would be to wrap a pee stick up and give to DH as a gift saying PREGNANT… But I’ve been here many times before, imagining this!

Still very faint this morning on wondfo but had to pee through the night so not a long hold. Also did a boots test strip this morning which had a faint line appear within the time too. Digital says not pregnant but it's a 25miu so hoping just a bit quick for this one yet. This waiting to see if it is or isn't is nerve wracking, I just want to know!

Also sorry @MrBigsCat about your chemicals that must be such an emotional rollercoaster. Really hoping you get your bfp soon xx

@GHJ yep there's so much nerve-wracking waiting involved with making a baby! On my 2 pregnancies I tested darker in the afternoon at first, wonder if that might be the same for you.

@NeeNaw12 I've got the easy@home tests too. I've heard about them sometimes having evaps. I did a test when they first arrived as I knew it should definitely be negative and it was but then I did one this morning which had a vvvvfl but it probably an evap. I was going to try and wait to test but given the time of year and events involving alcohol I want to know asap. I'm going to pick up some different brands to test tomorrow, cross referencing is a good idea. When are you going to start testing?

11/12dpo here and this was this mornings test. Praying for a Christmas BFP!! Can anyone see anything in this test? I have such bad line eyes..

@TeapotRo ahh fingers crossed it wasn't an evap 🤞🏼I picked up 2 boots early tests yesterday. I was thinking I'd order some cheapies to arrive on Saturday. I'll be 9dpo on Sat, so maybe I'll do one of the cheapies in the evening and if there's a hint of a line use the boots test to double check. I'm feeling v normal though haha. Christmas day is 11dpo, so if it's BFNs I'll risk some Xmas fizz. Have you seen the countdown to pregnancy website? I think they reckon that if you're pregnant there's an 80% chance of a bfp by 11dpo.

@LottieB1994 hey hey. I think I can see a faint shadow on there. It looks grey in the photo though...any colour in real life?

I'm up and down to be honest!!! One minute thinking "I'm still in the game" the next thinking "it's not happening this month..." I genuinely have symptoms, but I did another cheapy test (I know!!) And nothing!

Still due AF around Christmas eve maybe a day or two later.... atleast if it comes I can start tracking my cycle properly

@LottieB1994 I see a hint of a line too but it's too faint to tell if there's colour, 🤞it's the start of a BFP

It was real! 9dpo done on 2pm wee. Would recommend the clearblue ultra early digital there's something about seeing it as a word that makes it feel so much more real! This feels like a lucky thread fingers crossed for you all xx

I'm 7 DPO and can't wait to test 😅going to try and hold off until 24th 🤞🏼

Long time lurker on the conception boards.....we have been trying for 18 months now so don't ever post as it was getting so triggering getting my hopes up and then nothing. But now - I FINALLY GOT IT!!

Boobs are tender but in a different way from when I'm getting AF....

@MerryMissie nope, number two :) we conceived my daughter with no problems at all, second month trying, so it's been a very long 18 months!

We had our first appointment at the fertility clinic two weeks ago....they did a scan, said everything looked fine and gave us a 'schedule' based on some measurements they took in the scan. Who knew that's what it was the whole time

What like a sex schedule!! That's interesting!
