Hello!

I'm currently 2nd cycle TTC no2. I'll be 11dpo on the 25th Dec. Thought it would be nice to have a thread going for anyone testing over the holidays, for moral support and hopefully congratulations 🎉 all welcome to join x

Hey all! I’m on cycle 4 of ttc no. 1. I’m currently 9/10 DPO and due at the weekend. I was feeling hopeful as I felt different this month but this afternoon I started getting cramps (feel like usual period pains) so feeling deflated

Haha @GHJ I've definitely been guilty of testing at 6dpo too. Just so hard to be patient

@NeeNaw12 I'm ttc my first and this is our first proper month of trying after last month just not preventing, so early days for us. Although I have every intention of waiting until xmas eve, I also have a full box of cheapies so there's also a good chance I'll cave before then! I'm already symptom spotting like crazy!

@TeapotRo ahh exciting. Which cheapies do you have? I am thinking of ordering some, but had some bad evaps on easy@home last month. Think there must be some dodgy batches around, as I've seen a few people complaining about them on here. Was thinking of getting 2 brands so I can cross reference.

Hi all 7dpo tested again today as I'm addicted and think it's a self destruction thing. Obvs negative which it would be anyway but I think it's unlikely again this month. Getting my pains in my lower right side that I've been getting last few cycles. Just don't know why it's not happening for us. At least my cycle length is normalising but am I even ovulating? Who knows. Sorry to be doom and gloom at least have drinks to look forward to. Every time I look at a pregnancy test I get a little glimmer of hope even though in the back of my head I keep thinking I know it's not going to happen at least not any time soon.

So I caved and took a test as the cheap "easy at home" ones arrived.... I'm 11dpo I think... it was BFN... it was after a long day in the office so not FMU...do you think I'm out?

Wanted to join as I'm approx 6dpo and had a chemical last month. Alternating between thinking I definitely am and I'm definitely not 🙄

@GHJ I'm the exact same as you, tested today which is ridiculous ! Fingers crossed for us all x

@MerryMissie sorry to hear about your bfn but you're not out until af arrives, it seems to vary so much when people get their bfps. So no definitely not out.

@Boatlifelover I'm sorry it's rubbish feeling like you need to test even though you know it can't be positive then it just feels less and less likely every one you get doesn't it. Hope you get your bfp soon. At least we've got plenty chance to maybe get a bfp yet not sure if that's good or bad thing!

Does anyone bbt? I'm supposed to be 8dpo but not getting any rise in bbt. Last couple days when I've tested it's actually been lower at 36.3 but I've not believed it so repeated again and been 36.5 consistently. Still negative today but just wondering if I did actually ovulate. I assume so as had the 3 high readings after but would normally increase further.

Hi all, I'm 39 and TTC #2.
Had an early miscarriage in the summer and a chemical last month ... so am hopeful for no more bad news and to get my BFP.
6DPO today and going to do my very best to not test early...

I've decided after getting BFN on a cheapie yesterday I will NOT test again until Christmas eve unless AF shows before then!!

Hey @GHJ the blue line is your temp right? Do you have a screenshot of the first part of your cycle? I tempted with DS, but I'm not this time round as DS is not a great sleeper.
