@ButterflySkies Sorry that happened to you!! Its such an anti climax not being able to get excited because you can feel something is wrong!! Also, its never your fault, your body decides, dont be so hard on yourself! You will be more fertile this moonth (so they say). Maybe just dont put so much pressure on yourself but dtd anyway as much as you can and then enjoy your holiday!! Xx

I'm on day 2 of AF and debating whether to temp as well as ovulation testing this month

Your 2nd pee in the day (e.g between 10am-2pm) will provide best reading for LH levels.

Unlike hcg which the first pee provides most accurate.

So my app says im due to ovulate on monday so I thought let me get a digital test and it says nothing so now im thinking im not even ovulating anytime soon?

Oh to be fair it actually says test first thing in the morning with those ones! I will try again tomorrow morning - ive got 20 so I should get something within the next week or so 😂

Think I'm ovulating now! Got minor cramps and lots of ecwm

No hun, because I Dtd pretty much everyday I didn't want to stress myself out with testing xx

Okay so my digital test now says im at my peak but the strip tests are not even high!! Glad I got the digital now - so i think three days of dtd should do it!?

@H938 I don't know how the clearblue work but your strips definitely look super dark, can I ask what app that is to take photos?

As I said I'm on my tww I'm not holding out much hope for this month though tbh I don't feel like it'll happen. But sure I will wait and see, haven't managed to dtd since I got my surge, do was away and I had a crap day yesterday so was in no mood.

Also the strip tests are definitely high, when your taking pics on the app do you line up the lines on the picture? If that makes sense?
I'm now away with my DD for a week. So think I might miss my peak, hoping not, but it is what it is.. We DTD before I went so hopefully its enough. My peak according to the apps is around the 2nd of December, I'm back the 1st, so hopefully if we DTD enough 🤞🤞🤞

@Willow89 its called Premom, I just downloaded it this month when I realised that my cycle was much shorter than I thought so last month I probably completely missed ovulation! hopefully you are still in with a chance this month.

@LuceNumberTwo atleast you have done before and should be back just in time!! Yeah I did line the tests up they just never said high, looking at it now it is quite dark. Glad I re tested with the clearblue, i was actually going to just leave it until next week and I would have missed it 😩🫣

AF arrived yesterday for me so jumping in to say hello 👋🏻 this will be our third cycle following a CP in September for baby no. 2- really hoping for the best Christmas present we could ask for this year!

Would love to join in! This is technically cycle 2 for me but we didn't manage to DTD on the right days last month due to illnesses. I'm holding off on using ovulation sticks for at least a month or two. I think I'll be going into my fertile window today or tomorrow. Would really love an August baby so keeping everything crossed that this month is our month!

Hey everyone! Joining from the October group, got a BFP on CB Digital but turned out to be a CP, only cycle 1 so tried not to beat myself up about it, fell pregnant with DS on cycle 2 about 20 months ago so trying to be positive!

Have read a few places that you can be more fertile after so have jumped straight back in TTC. Had really high OPK readings this month, higher than I’ve ever had before or seen on anyone else! Has anyone else had this after a Chemical? Have attached a pic!

Anyway, 5DPO today and trying not to test too early because of last month but I know I’ll cave! Anyone else in the TWW?

Sorry to hear that @Wonderpants3 but really hope this month is your month! I don't have personal experience of CP so I'm not sure but your opk lines look promising! I'm only on CD7 today so trying to be patient waiting for ovulation - I'm going to test for ovulation for the first time this month so I might be back soon asking for advice!

Quick Q about CM: if I go by what my
Past few cycles have been like, I'm meant to be ovulating this week but strangely, I'm having little to no CM this cycle so far 🤔 does this mean I'm not anywhere close to ovulating? I probably should just start using the sticks again like I did with my first!

Hey everyone. I'm back. I had to check out of the last thread. Felt like the only person in the world that wasn't getting a BFP, especially after getting particularly shitty news from our fertility follow up.

Our IVF appointment is taking longer to come through than we hoped (they initially said 6 weeks which would be in 2 weeks time but looking like it'll be January at the earliest). Tried to take the pressure off trying to conceive unassisted last month but couldn't stop obsessing still. It's all really starting to get to me and I'm having to start accepting that it may never happen 😔

Currently on CD5 of usually 25 day cycles. Trying to conceive #1. On our 20th cycle now I think it is. Big fat nada so far.

I also felt like the only BFN last month ☹️ it's really hard isn't it.
Especially when you literally CANNOT stop thinking about it. I can't imagine what I'd think about if I didn't have this to obsess over. It's exhausting.
I've started trying to have more positive thoughts and block out negative thoughts of not being successful, but imagining it IS possible.
With your IVF input in the new year (although it's later than you hoped), 2024 could be the year for you 🙂🙂🙂🙂
