I've actually read chats where people used decongestant tablets around the fertile window 🤣 I was considering it but thought I was going insane 🤣 @Sez281

@Sez281 @Westy22 is the cough syrup/decongestant idea around CM then? Slightly baffled 😆 Safe flight back @Westy22 and I'm sure you're in with a chance! Hope the next two weeks go quickly for you!

I think I might give it a try during next fertile window. I don't think it'll do any harm 🤷‍♀️

I actually had this feeling last week that I’d miscarried, no idea where it came from as I was just standing making my lunch but it was strange. I sound totally loopy now and I probably am a bit. My hub thinks I need to think more positively and that our kids scan measurements have always been off and they have been fine but I don’t think he understand/has his head in the sand about the severity of it. Anyway, nothing physical has changed so just a waiting game now xx

@xxcxdonxx you don't sound loopy at all I totally get it! I had a 2 week wait with my pregnancy earlier this year as the first scan showed a pregnancy of unknown location. The wait was horrendous😕. I was so shocked when actually everything looked ok at that later scan (unfortunately I miscarried a few weeks later but that was unrelated) I do think that the fact that you have no physical changes is a really good sign. Sending you lots of positive vibes 💕

I didn’t know that @Sez281 , that’s a horrible experience for you to have that long wait for your scan to then unfortunately miscarry at a later date.

Hi everyone hope everyone's doing well. I've been abit quiet just plodding on with opks and work. Don't think I'll be doing them again next cycle they get on my nerves haha xx

Haha @Jadeypie there no fun are they but don't you think they satisfy the urge to pregnancy test a little bit? Lol what cycle day are you?

I'm back at work today and enjoying being distracted again, dunno what my body is doing but I've had some brown spotting yesterday eve once and a tiny bit today, old blood from ovulation hopefully 🤞 although I'm definitely feeling like I missed the opportunity this month...even though its the most sex we've had in one week for a long time 🤣🤣 I just pray they survived long enough to actually do something and he doesn't have weak lazy arse sperm that died before the event 🤣😩

Hey @Jadeypie Sorry to hear you're not a fan of the opks. Up until this cycle I loved them but now they've pissed me off big time with my dodgy readings 🫤 You should be coming up to ov day this weekend?

@Westy22 being back to work is a great distraction isn't it. Try not to worry about it not being your month, you've definitely done enough to cover the bases.. probably more than enough fair play to you! 😂

It's prob too late for a heads up but boots had 50% off all vitamins today.. if you have online account might be worth stocking up. I got some more proceive max as it was so much cheaper 👌

@Westy22 yeh they do satisfy poas tbh and I do like looking at the graphs haha but yeh defo not for my! Pmsl at the lazy sperm hahahaha seriously he probably feels like there's not any left if use have been at it like rabbits hahaha hopefully it's done the trick. @westy

@Sez281 yeh coming up to it and these pesky opks have really started to rise am hoping I get my peak tonight. The oh has already been but on a promise starting from today xx

I was freaking out yesterday that I messed up my ovulation dates as I had more ewcm but my lh is definitely dropping so not sure why it's continued for a bit longer than normal. I'm already feeling impatient and wishing away the days lol x

@Westy22 that's so strange I was literally just about to post that I really bad cramps last night and a good bit of CM today so am so worried that I'm only ovulating now (even though I'm supposed to be 6dpo) I know that happened to you before @Jadeypie? I'll keep testing LH and just wait it out. I think I'd actually cry if I saw a peak and had to start tww again 🙈🙈😂 Hopefully it's just something in air @Westy22!

Really that's so weird @Sez281 I've been googling loads and it says sometimes estrogen can surge again and cause more ewcm but not get like "ovulation high" who knows, my lh is definitely dropping so hoping it's just that and I didn't miss it lol

Hopefully yours is a positive sign somethings happening if your 6dpo?! X

@Westy22 ah yeah that makes sense about the oestrogen. At least your levels have gotten lower. I'd say your fine 👌 The thought did cross my kind for a millisecond that the cramps and ewcm at 6dpo could be a good sign but honestly I'm not going to allow myself hope at all this month. I really don't feel like I ovulated and even if I did I don't think I covered enough bases after the so called peak. So I'm just gonna get through this tww (AF due in 4 days going by last short cycle) and move on to the next one xx

@Sez281 just going to say that cramps and increase in CM around 8dpo were my only real signs the last twice I've got pregnant... 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@SnookyPook I actually thought of you earlier as well as I vaguely remember you saying that before 🫣. I really don't think it's a sign of anything for me though, especially given my really strange cycle so I'm going to more or less rule myself out and not drive myself crazy for once. I won't even test unless AF is late which I really doubt. Hope you're doing ok after the last few weeks x

@Sez281 yeah I get that. I'm doing ok but just trying to be super casual about it all (whilst also checking opks still ... haha). I just feel like, even if I get another BFP it won't feel real for a while now given the CP and then the possibility of loss later... I feel like I'll just be kind of going through the motions for a while. So... if it happens great, but we'll see how it goes. And if it doesn't happen for a couple of months, at least it gives the COQ10 some time to work it's magic. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Next month was always going to be tough with it being due date month so I just feel like, I'm almost there now so that's a big milestone ticked off. I think one of the hardest parts is I really thought I might be pregnant again by then and looking forwards to something new. So the fact it's not happened yet is a bit gutting. But, that's just the way it is. Not time for our rainbow yet so I'll have to be patient a while longer 💕

Hi everyone. @Sez281 hopefully it's just a good sign and not ovulation because your half way through ttw (I would cry also ) I'm still waiting for ov. But it's interesting because it explains not getting a bfp yet because I've been so way out with ov. And if I've missed it then I will be out anyway we haven't dtd much at all I've been working hard and dads birthday ect just not been in the mood.

@Westy22 what dpo are you on? My lh is all over the show but think my bodies just trying to ovulate. I've found it's higher of a evening than the day.

@SnookyPook I totally get it. I honestly don't know how I'm going to react if/when I get my bfp. Between the MMC & CP I honestly don't think I'll be able to relax at any stage which is so 😢 . I know your due date next month is a massive mile stone for you so be kind to yourself and allow yourself to grieve in whatever way works for you 💕. Mine would also be in a couple of weeks but in my head I had never really set the date in stone so luckily I think that although I will definitely be sad I should be ok. I think my biggest milestone will be in 1st of March and the 1 year anniversary of finding out that it wasn't viable, I think I'll always regret my medical management as I was so upset doing it and I ended up needing surgical management a week later anyway 😞 Anyway I still have every faith that our rainbow babies are just around the corner 🌈 xx

@Jadeypie I don't think you've missed it at all, the fact that it's getting higher in the evening I'd say it's just around the corner. So you OH will be on that promise for the next couple of days 😂

My LH just now is after getting way darker 🙈 FML if I'm only about to start ovulating now on cd 20 🥴

@Sez281 oh that is getting darker isn't it I'm on cd21 and mines no where near that dark but darker than all the rest so got a feeling it's around the corner. What does the one look like when you thought you ovulated? Xx
