Sorry if I've left anyone out was a lot of updates haha. So I've been having some ovulation pains like what feels like back in the day it's been that long haha. Anyway I'm hoping it's a positive thing and who nos I've not tracked or cared so don't no where I'm in my cycle or anything. I'm just on the eat all the crap out the cupboard for Xmas train and getting the wine out!! Xx

@Strawb28 @Hankthehonk thanks ladies, it’s a tough road after loss and knowing you’ve all had very similar worries/ fears helps rationalise the thoughts that creep in. As I get closer to my DD I find myself fearing the worst and not believing that I’ll be coming home with my baby🙈 I know they are irrational fears but it just feels like I couldn’t be that lucky.

@SnookyPook sending u so much love for tomorrow, I know those first few scans are terrifying but it does get easier as the weeks go on. I definitely had a few little wobbles but please god each scan will give u reassurance❤️

@Westy22 best of luck with FW, sounds like it’s going great so far 😅💃🏼

Fertile windows are tough is it just me that doesn't enjoy it 🤣 my libido isn't great, it's improved this cycle but not to the point I want to every other day 🤣 I was hoping my drive would return coming off the pill but no such joy as of yet. In other news I got my peak this eve🙏 we go again 💪🤣 think the OH is defo ready for a break too 🤣

@Strawb28 @DmcinT @Hankthehonk Wow it feels like yesterday you were all getting BFP's it's crazy how much has happened this year. Wishing you all healthy happy babies in the New Year, looking forward to the updates 🥰

@Westy22 yay for the peak! it sounds like your OH played a blinder, between that and retail work in not surprised you're exhausted! 🤯 Fair play to you for making the effort too, my mismatching pjs are the norm for us 🙈😂

@Jadeypie that possible ovulation pain sounds really promising 🤞, a part of me would love to not know where I am in my cycle. If it was just left to see what will be will be probably have no choice but to relax and leave it up to fate 🤷‍♀️ Love the let's just eat and drink everything in sight attitude too, that's my plan for the next week as I have to start serious diet in January

@SnookyPook Oh you poor thing 🥺, I can only imagine the anxiety thinking you're bleeding and then checking all the time. I have a feeling I'll be the exact same way. As others have said I don't think it will ever go away as we all probably have some form of ptsd but hopefully the scan tomorrow will give you a little bit of reassurance, will be thinking of you 🙏 xx

@Supertrooper101 Great to hear that your OHs results show that it can happen, and also that you'll get the HsG (still not 100% sure what it is) lol. I just got cheap AI syringes from Amazon, haven't had to use them (yet) but am actually interested to see if it is awkward or messy.. I'm only cd8 and not due to ovulate for another week but feel like it will be sooner so OH has been rising to the challenge so far 💪 We'll see how long it lasts 😂

@Sez281 the hsg is i think what you had, hycosy, where they flush dye thr the tubes.. well it all sounded great, everything fell in to place, got my antibiotics for it, good to go....then i ring the place...... 1,its not done at my hospital, its done 40mins away. 2... there is ONE person who does them there, as well as other roles/jobs...3... i can only have it done on cycle days 7-11...4. .. she only works wednsdays! Wtaf ! How is that shitshow scenario even possible! Am actually laughing at it. How can one person working one day a week doing other jobs fit woman in from my area and that area in a 5 day window.. it will be mths and mths. Honestley 🤦‍♀️.... the ai kit is actually less messy to be fair. Get in position and lay there lol with been using the fert lilly cup thing. Clearly not worked for us though lol

Hi everyone, thanks for your messages this week - I've been so nervous... but there is a little Baby in there with a strong heartbeat ❤️ I burst into tears when they told me!

Measuring a week behind what I thought but they didn't seem worried. Also, I am pretty sure I ovulated later than usual (wasn't tracking) because we only dtd CD17 and 19 and usually my peak opk is CD13/14. So hopefully that's not too much of a worry. Really trying to enjoy this positive moment. Still a long way from feeling safe as my MMC stopped developing at 7+5... But one day at a time. Right now, in this moment it's all as good as can be. Not ectopic. Not nothing there.... A bit of breathing space for Christmas 😊

@SnookyPook Yay congratulations! So happy to see this update 🙌 sounds like nothing to worry about with the dates, and it's all going as well as it can so far.
Will you get another nhs scan before 12 weeks, or maybe book a private one?
I hope this gives you enough piece of mind to enjoy Christmas 🎄 although I know it'll probably be some time yet before you're able to feel properly excited and hopeful

@Hankthehonk thank you! They were so lovely. They said they don't normally offer reassurance scans as such but given the circumstances and still a while off the 12 week, they've booked another for 3 weeks time. It's a step in the right direction for sure so really trying to enjoy it! 💕

@SnookyPook the best news, I’m so delighted for u❤️ I bawled at the first few scans, your so tense and braced for the worst news and then it doesn’t come.. the emotions are so overwhelming.
great peace of mind esp just before Christmas🥰 and lovely to know ull see baby again in just 3 weeks.

@SnookyPook so pleased for you that you had a great scan today, it’s really wonderful news.

This has been the quickest tww ever, I actually had to check where I was today and I’m 11dpo! Some benefits to the madness of Christmas I guess 😂
Still no spotting either which has been lovely too, not that I fancy being on this progesterone gel for the rest of my days but it’s a win for now.

Errm not sure @Westy22, I think timing wise we were ok but who knows. My app tells me my period is due Christmas Eve so I’ll see what happens over the next few days, I’d be terrified if I seen a bfp honestly.

I'm CD10 today, still wrecked from working my ass off and still sick 🤒 but continuing to have ewcm and opks are getting a bit darker so think I'll hit peak early this cycle (either tomorrow or Xmas eve maybe) I haven't had to use AI yet as my OH is playing a blinder but still a couple of days to go so we'll see 😂

@Sez281 cd10 and was thinking same about ovulation mite b earlyer. Been cd18 last 3 mths. Done my head in lol got my hertility bloods back, suprisingly ok ! Oestradiol was low tho but says diet and exercise can play a big role in that, i exercise alot and dont tend to eat much so could be workable that one. Test was 0.4 in october, started dhea oct and its now 1.17. Well impressed . Would use hertility again, the report and advice was indepth so worth 149pd for 10 bloods.... n then clinic rang to say i could have a amh test lol only did the ones above for that really lol thought the guy who called me apologizing for the shit show was from pals, but it wont, it was a gyne surgeon. Bit bizarre but grateful. And his the one who wants the bloods and hsg done for march. He said ivf is different region to region and basically the person in charge of gyne and how much funding they have on that day when we go in march for the year review. So yeah, switching of from it all now. Nowt i can do until day one of my cycle to ring for the hsg....again. oh has another spunk form to get that repeated aswell. The clinic did say its fine but his gone to his drs for another one cos he wants a 'second shot'/opinion haha

And I've prob but the weight bk on I lost already I'm in full christmas mode ha last day in work today then off till new year so I'm not complaining! I'm loving the ohs are stepping up their games @Westy22 too xx

@Supertrooper101 all positive outcomes then and things are rolling. I've been trying for 13 months now so I'm hoping my ap in Jan they will get me on track with some mods or somthing xx

Girls felt like I needed to check in, my brother amd his wife just announced there having a baby I wanted to die on the spot as its basically around my due time 😭 my mum didn't react and I felt awful as I know she was doing that for me. I cried when they left when my mum asked me if I was okay. So shit x

@Supertrooper101 I meant to reply about the one girl who works on a Wednesday scenario, what an absolute shit show is right! 🙄 I mean what are the chances that you'll get your appointment at the exact right time in your cycle. It's a joke really 🤦‍♀️ Great news about the hertilty results, and the fact that the DHEA seems to be working 👌 hopefully you get more answers in the New Year xx

I feel like we're really giving it a proper shot this cycle. I'll be due AF just before consultant appointment at the start of January so at least we can tell her it's not for lack of trying enough 🫠

@Jadeypie You're dead right, it's not the time for diets and restricting ourselves, we've had a shitty year so allow yourself some over indulgence and get back on it in the New Year, that's my plan anyway 🙈😂 xx

@Sez281 are you having your bloods re done with being on the dhea? I can see why they say to monitor them if mine has increased in 2 mths. Am looking forward to yours and @Jadeypie appointments in jan haha how sad is that lol think we have all done what we can so some postive outcomes would be bloody nice ! @Westy22 thats shit 🙁 .you cant force being happy for them so only natrual it hurt x

I randomly got a letter from my consultant yesterday, seems like I’ve now to switch from the gel to cyclogest. I’ve to take 200mg from cd18 and then 400mg from a positive test. The pharmacy has only given me 200mg so there’s been a mix up with the prescription somewhere. She said it was based on the advise from Tommys miscarriage clinic so will see how I get on with those!

Thanks ladies, I feel crap that I wasn't super excited for them but I was so focused on keeping my face from showing how sad I felt inside 🙈 I've been so positive recently but that combined with 12 hour days in work and the fact I'm full of a cold again I feel a bit gutted, I'm trying to switch back to positivity 💪 keep telling myself it will happen for me 🤞

This whole process is sh!t, it's like here's something else to mentally deal with just when you thought you were "okay"

I'm 3 dpo, living off quality street and coffee hoping for a miracle 🤣 probably need to eat better if I want to get preggers lol

Anyway enough doom and gloom, I really hope you all have a lovely Christmas, this group has really helped me over the last few months and I pray we all get our positives 🌈❤️ xx

Don’t feel bad @Westy22 , you can be happy for someone while feeling sad for yourself. It’s just the initial shock of it all when it’s so close to home.

BFN for me today; I’d thought I might be in with a chance this month with my new magic gel but at least I am all set up for next cycle now and I can enjoy some Prosecco 🥂

Just want to wish you all a lovely Christmas, this has been a wild year and to have this group here to listen with no judgment has really meant a lot. Looking forward to hearing lots of more positives in the new year. 🥰🥰
