Sorry if I've forgotten anybody, I realise most of you guys have had your BFPs and there's only a few off us left waiting, but at least you know the thread is here so come back and keep us updated with all your lovely pregnancy stories 😊 For those of us still here, hopefully it won't be too much longer 🙏💖 xx

@Westy22 Aww I'm so thrilled that you finally got a referral snd sounds like you now have such a lovely GP (a good cry was obviously overdue 🥹) Hopefully things will move relatively quickly and you'll have some answers soon 🙏 Then you can join us in the head melting world of figuring out blood results 🙈😂 xx

No news this end, I'm cd11, app has me ovulating next Sunday on cd17 but I have a feeling it'll be sooner. My OH is really sick with a chest infection so I feel awful initiating anything but on the flip side I don't want to waste my post-op hopefully spruced up bits 🙈😂

Thanks for checking in @Sez281 , I meant to update you all earlier but it’s just been one of those days!
The appointment went well thanks. She asked some general health Qs and then
about all of my pregnancies and their outcomes. I’ve been referred to get bloods taken for ‘sticky blood’, if they come back positive I need to retest in 12 weeks and if positive again then I would be on aspirin. She also suggested testing my thyroid but that’s already been done and seems ok. My iron levels look ok but low if I was pregnant so need to up that in my diet. I’m also on a waitlist for a scan of my womb and all the important bits but it’s a 10 month wait 🙄.
She said that if I were to get pregnant again then once it’s confirmed the pregnancy is in the right place then I’d be on progesterone. I asked her if my spotting (pre period and early pregnancy) was a concern and when she was clear it happens every month she said I might benefit from progesterone following ovulation instead. So I’m hoping that all of that can be arranged in the next few weeks before my next ovulation.
She was saying that she normally advised not to do opks and just have sex every 2/3 days due to the stress they can cause. I weirdly feel they bring me some control and noting it down in my little notebook keeps me sane so I’ll be keeping them 🤣

Oh wow @xxcxdonxx it sounds like she was really thorough! So glad she didn't fob you off and that's amazing if you can get the progesterone to take from 3DPO to 12dpo to hopefully keep any beans in 🙏 Ive got my prescription for aspirin and progesterone ready to go but only from a BFP, which is annoying as I dont actually know what my levels are as the lab forgot to do them, I'm hoping I catch my day 21 bloods in the next couple of weeks and get retested. If it comes back low then I'd nearly go from ovulation too 🧐 I know the waitlist for scan probably seems a lifetime away but Christmas will help a few of those weeks fly by 🤞 xx

@Westy22 @xxcxdonxx i would say thats definatley a good outcome! Its amazing what speaking to someone who actually wants to help can do for your mindset 🙂. I said to the nurse last week, to them its just a job, they switch off at the end of their shift, but to us, their decision that day and attitude effects are bloody life 🤬.... @xxcxdonxx if you didnt want to wait that long for a scan, theres a place called scansdirect i think its called. £150 for a fertility scan that checks the lot 🙂... think am on cd14 today 🤔..... @Sez281 you best get pumping your fella full of vitamin c so he can get pumping you full of little swimmers for them spruched up bits 🤣🤣

I've fell behind abit. I'm on jury duty so my days have been full and then early nights only thing my oh has got from me is snoring xx

Looks like everyone's getting what they need from their gps so hopefully we should all have our hormones sorted out sooner than later xx

@Supertrooper101 PMSL 😂 the poor sick trooper managed it this morning 👏 , I told him he's another few days of it to go so vitamin c definitely required! 😂😂 Are you able to actively tcc this week with procedure tomorrow or do you have to pause? Crossing everything you get some answers for it xx So I don't want to jinx myself but I've definitely had less random cramping since my operation. It could be a total coincidence or the placebo effect but I'll take it!

@Sez281 @Jadeypie i am one to say it how it is, but its all mainly comical. Seriously cant be serious in life anymore lol well, had the scan 1st, just a normal amount of fluid in that little cul d sac so thats normal. Only saw 6 follicles so thats shit. The hystercopy. My days! The camera bit was fine but the biopsy was a kind of pain ive never felt before. I like my tattoos n peircings so used to random pain in different parts of my body but that was something else! And there was one young nurse or whatever there making small talk like a bloody hairdresser does. No. Just. no. She got the hint. Well, so no polyps or shit for me either.quite disapointment. So fk knows what the growths were on that other scan. But this lady said no scan beats this one.we go by this 'gold standard' one. Cudnt really argue at that point lol this biopsy tho she said tests your hormones too 🤔 how very strange. As for ttc.... scan lady showed me a huge follicle ready to pop so ofc just got some in even tho am bleeding abit. We use the syringe method sometimes when times are literally 'not hard 😜' so did it this way. Other half has an ap with his gp re his sperm. We dont know if its routine or they saw we didnt. Oh n i fort i wud ring gyne when i got out to make an ap for me and some random bloods while am waiting on the results from this procedure and she got me in nxt week lol bit suprised at that. Think shes near retirement so dosent care slotting ppl in quick lol oh n my car battery died in hospital car park after paying for my ticket. Yay. Theres my update. Cd15 on never having another baby 🤣

Oh @Supertrooper101 Jesus that sounds like some day! I'd heard some bad stories about the Hysterocopy so I'm glad I was asleep for mine 🙈 No better woman than you to tell the nattering nurse to put a sock in it though 😂Isn't it so funny the way it's just another day in the office for them but as you've said before this is literally our lives and in some cases the clock is majorly ticking!

Now that you say it I vaguely remember the registrar telling me I'd get biopsy results when I meet the consultant in a few weeks. I was a bit groggy and forgot. I'm sorry you haven't been given any clear answers about the pain either😣. Good news that the egg is about to drop though and that you have the manual option to fall back on!

I'm so tempted to ask my OH to start doing that but I'm afraid to upset him. It's not that he can't finish I just don't want to initiate it, especially when he's sick🙈I'm CD13 today and think I'm going to have peak opk tomorrow and ovulate Friday so need to try and dtd this eve and tomorrow at least to give us half a chance! I may get a glass of wine into us and try and be less narky with him tonight. You'd swear I had PMS I'm so hormonal 🥴

@Sez281 just reading up on the cystocopy and it says no extra activities till the bleeding has stopped 🤦‍♀️ so probably just created myself a nice infection there lol the syringe method i think. takes abit of pressure of sometimes in times when one isnt up to it or ur wanting it daily. Etc etc. Ask him lol he might be releived lol goan do my blear blue tomorrow out of curiosity cos the last 2 cycles its been cd18. Got my acupuncture in morning. Gona get her to heal my belly lol

@Supertrooper101 I didn't have to suggest the syringe as he obviously heard my "not so" subtle hints earlier this evening and suggested it 😂 I genuinely felt so bad afterward as he's proper sick with a chest infection not just man flu 🤒 Hopefully if we can catch peak tomorrow it'll all be worth it 🤞 Oh no I hope you haven't given yourself any sort of infection. Although in fairness the syringe is probably less likely to then skin contact 🤷‍♀️ Enjoy the acupuncture and all the calming serenity tomorrow 🧘

Morning all... Well... Best laid plans....!! Bloody hell 😂

What I've done different this cycle:

• Not tracked ovulation - no opks etc
• Had the occasional glass of wine
• Rough-housed with my toddler
• Felt completely chill during tww as knew it wasn't happening this month so wasn't symptom spotting or anything...

Suddenly last night I felt a bit... Weird and super hungry... and looked at dates. CD31 and AF is usually CD28/29. I know a MC can mess things up but I had the most mega spot CD14 and presumed that was ovulation as around the right time for me. We dtd CD17 and 19...

Anyway, this morning I checked as got work Christmas party this eve... And here we go again. I'm weirdly excited as I feel like it's slipped through despite no effort from me.. however that said... Past form this year isn't great! So got to ring hospital now and then we'll see. Not even told hubby yet! He asked me last night if I thought I'd be ready to try again next cycle and I was umming and aaahing a bit as its been so nice having head space from it all!

Oh my fing god @SnookyPook I knew this would happen!! 😂😂 Awww I'm so happy for you. I know it's tentative congratulations and the worry will be there but really praying for a sticky bean 🙏I can't remember if you said you were to start progesterone from BFP? No doubt hospital will tell you as soon as you call. Oh this would just be the best Christmas present for you and your husband 🌈 Keep us updated xx

I was just coming on to check updates as I’ve been really rubbish recently and wowzers, what an update to see @SnookyPook !!!!
This is wonderful news and keeping you in my thoughts that this is the one 🥰

It feels like we have all had some real progress in the past few weeks with appointments etc. so I’m really hoping that this is the start of great news for us all.

@Sez281 haha bloody typical right?! 😂 So hospital have booked me for a scan around 7 wks but nothing else for now as I've not had any spotting etc..?! Feels very low-key.

@xxcxdonxx thank you lovely. Yes would be lovely if this was it. I barely dare hope as I'm sure you can imagine. But I'm glad I have retained the ability to feel a bit excited each time. Going to have to brace myself as first scan is booked for a few days before Christmas so if it's not great news I'll have to just get on with having a lovely time with fam for that and soldier on! Maybe in a way it's best that I'll have the distraction of all the festive stuff going on!

Think I'm still in a state of shock tbh!

That's a really good line too 😍 fingers crossed this is the one 🙏 I've tried to take a leaf out of your book this month haven't tracked at all and just done my thing 🤣 hoping I get some good luck lol I'm CD26 so due AF in a few days. Only difference I've noticed this cycle is I've had a few migraines with aura but that could be stress lol x

@Supertrooper101 I just read my last message and I even confused myself, I meant to say he suggested dtd after my not subtle hints so we covered base that way. I don't have a syringe and I think he'd be horrified if I suggested it but I'd have no problem doing it down the road if it comes to that 🤷‍♀️ Hope your're not too sore today xx

Wow @SnookyPook congratulations, really hope this is it! Glad you've been able to enjoy that headspace too and hope the time until your scan goes quickly, might be easier at this busy time of year.
I've been lurking keeping an eye on your stories hoping for good news for everyone, it's great to see lots of progress with diagnoses and support.

No update from me. I've been so busy with jury duty nursery runs and getting home late that we havnt even done the deed but I'm at the point of just not caring tbh. Xx

@Jadeypie I'd say you're shattered, Jury duty can be surprisingly very mentally challenging. Youve appointments and tests and stuff to come in the New Year so you're right to take a break from obsessing! I wish I could 😣 Enjoy the build up to Christmas with your OH and DC xx

@Supertrooper101 I spoke too soon about the procedure clearing up my pains. Post ovulation cramps back today with a vengeance😣. I'm starting to think it's an age/hormone thing and just a coincidence that it started after the MMC surgery 🤷‍♀️.

I'm either 1 or 2DPO today, started BBT tracking so not really sure. Managed to dtd 3 times in window so it's in the hands of the fertility gods now. 🙏

@Hankthehonk @Jadeypie thank you! @Sez281 it just feels very surreal tbh. I meant to get a CB digital weeks today and walked straight past then in the aisle without even thinking! Remembered at the till and couldn't be bothered to rush back for them! Which is probably good as I don't want to get too obsessive if possible. I did however do a 48hr repeat this morning. After the CP in Sept and the erratic/low hcg with the last MC I wanted to see how it was looking .. and I think it's looking hopeful for now 🙏🏼🌈 So.. very much day by day but right now, today, it's hopefully going as well as it can... Pics of today's test and comparison with Thursdays.

@Sez281 seems a coincedence that the pain etc has happened to both of us since the mmc tho 🤔. Am wondering if its the mmc and are age taking us longer to adapt... give in to my acupunctures herbs yestersay lol gona start em when i come on. 3 different tubs for 3 different stages. Just got 2 for now lol am cd18. No idea where am at cos the cb is still flashing at me. But i took a few days of from doing them so probably missed the peak and its just picking up what it wants now lol sod it. Was it you who had the scan which showed a big follicle but you didnt get a peak for aves or at all 🤔
