@LeopardLover thanks for the tag. I'm currently about 9dpo. Don't feel remotely pregnant 🙄 Am on holiday though which is doing a great job of distracting me. Away with others, so my husband is doing a stellar job of following me around and glugging my alcoholic drinks after I've taken the first sip so no one notices I'm not drinking!

I am 12DPO (predicted) haven't tested and feel nothing really. Some cramping yesterday which could be AF.

14DPO predicted today and tested because today is OH's birthday and deep down was hoping to surprise him but its BFN. Probably won't be able to get back to sleep now . Anyway AF is due on Tuesday, I might start tracking again

Urgh. Not the best way to end a lovely weeks holiday with an unwelcome surprise arrival from AF. Totally caught me unawares, just as I nipped for a wee before boarding. Genuinely gutted 😢
I didn't feel remotely pregnant but I also did not feel remotely AFy and had convinced myself this was our month.
I'd said to myself that this would be the last month we tried if it didnt work. Very confused right now- don't want to go through any more failed attempts but not sure whether I am actually ready to draw the line 😩 xx

@Bubblesandtroubles @Favofit I'm so sorry girlies! ❤️ I'm only 4dpo but already feel it hasn't worked this month. If you ever need a break, just take a month or so off. You need to look after yourselves and Ttc is not an easy journey❤️ I really hope you're both okay🫶🏼
I'm convinced af is already on her way, was feeling crampy yesterday and today and my nipples are so sore I'm just starting to accept that it's probably not going to happen for a while, but it will happen when our bodies decide they're ready❤️

11 days late, AF has arrived!

That was my longest wait yet, at least with my current situ it was a wanted AF.

I got offered a job on Friday, just over two weeks of employment and I'm going to get back to work, eek! Should start in September, to say I'm relieved is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

Maybe we can TTC in 2023 after all x

Just realised my period is due in 3 days. No signs of anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well. Also had quite a bit of wine recently so not to worry

@Favofit @Bubblesandtroubles So sorry about the BFN / AF 😔 It's so disappointing 😭 hopefully you can have some wine and take some time out away from the pressure of TTC. Bubbles, you don't need to make a decision yet. Just sit on it for a while or maybe take some time out like @CAGH03 said.

@CAGH03 When is AF due? Cramping isn't always a bad thing!

@justanothermummma YES you've got another job already! Hurrah 😍 you definitely have time to squeeze in some TTC towards the end of the year if you want to time it for mat pay 👏

Thanks @CAGH03 it so good to have people understand what you're feeling- especially when it's such a mix of emotions at times. Not sharing this with anyone in real life (other than my husband!) So good to be able to offload here.

Yeah I love wine! And actually I have 2/3 bbq garden parties over the bank holiday weekend so it’s no big deal if I’m not cos then I can enjoy wine.

I hope everyone is alright. I’m getting excited for the end of summer. Autumn is my fave season

@LeopardLover thanks for your words too. If I'd been pregnant this month the due date would actually have been my birthday- due to previous birth I wouldn't have gone to term. So psychologically I felt that was a bit of a deadline to have my 2nd whilst still 37. I think I've put an unnecessary amount of significance and pressure on that date.
Will have a chat with my husband tonight and see where he's at too but I don't think I'm ready to give up yet.
I think I had a 26 day cycle again this month and so only 11 or 12 day LP. I think that might be what the problem is? Anyone got any tips of any extra measures I can throw in the mix to improve our chances- hit me with them..! Xx

@Bubblesandtroubles Oh bless you. I'll be 38 when I have this little one all being well! I know age can freak us out sometimes but plenty of women have healthy babies well into their 40s. Good idea to talk through your thoughts with your husband and see where you land.

Ooooh! So 12 days is totally fine, but I'd recommend looking into Agnus Castus - a lot of women on Mumsnet rave about it! X

@Favofit longest wait I've had, I presume it's due to the injection and my hormones being haywire?!

@LeopardLover based on my calculations AF is not due until Tuesday but thought it could have been a lovely birthday present for OH. A tiny part of me is still hoping but I used Boots early detection so I'm probably out this month.

@Favofit so wild! Spent a small fortune on tests (all negative) but at least I know now for sure. New job offers a 'generous maternity package' apparently. I've only ever got statutory with DDs so I'm happy to wait things out as long as needed to get the best possible start! 😂

@LeopardLover my period isn't due until the 30th august, will be 5 dpo in about 6 minutes. My breasts feel very sensitive, sore and swollen and I keep getting cramps slightly to my right side. I keep getting bad mood swings too. I feel like I usually do the day before af arrives so I'm very confused! Won't be testing until period Atleast due or a day late x
