Anyone else starting their TWW? I'm 1dpo and need help staying sane whilst I google all of the symptoms under the sun 😂😂 currently googling "how does your cervix feel if you've conceived" lol

@thejollytrolleydolly yup 😅 I'm so fascinated that you know / understand your cervix so much. I've started my research and will be trying over the next few months 😂

@CatiaR welcome to the group! It will be amazing if you conceive on first try 😋 this month will be our first try after our miscarriage last year. So also hoping for a lucky first try. I had to google a lot of the acronyms when I first got on the forum too. You'll learn it all in no time!

we just recently got married last week and decided to not try until then so we’re just enjoying not having to prevent it anymore and if we get lucky all the best 😂

Had the smallest (and I mean smallest) or pink tinge when I went to the bathroom so of course I'm now convinced it's implantation bleeding....when it's very likely nothing and a complete figment of my imagination! Nightmare

Welcome @CatiaR ❤️ congratulations on your wedding! I do hope you are one of the lucky ones and conceive first try. My sister did but it took me 3 years to conceive my first 😵‍💫

@Myna13 it's taken a while and some practice but you get a feel of the changes if you feel it every day!

@ThelastRolo20 ooh how exciting! I've never noticed implantation bleeding myself but I know a lot of people who have!

Today I am very gassy, very bloated (even dp noticed) super achy, stomach achy and had REALLY vivid dreams last night. Joined the early testers club this morning which I assume will be negative as I'm 6dpo 😂 I left it upstairs as dd was demanding breakfast 🙄 looking forward to some updates today! Xx

I’m in my first cycle of TTC, peak ovulation CD 12
DTD CD9-15 so hoping that will have worked!

Currently 5DPO. I’ve got sensitive nipples and cramping yesterday and today, AF isn’t due till the 29th so I’m hoping it could be implantation but maybe wishful thinking?!

Is anyone in a similar position?

I also have a ten year old so can’t remember pregnancy symptoms that long ago 😂. Wishing you all luck!

@Myna13 lol mine was white as a sheet 😂 what do I expect at 6dpo with cheapies! The longer I stared at it the more I thought I saw a shadow but I think it's all in my head! I'm going to do another cheapie on day 7 and 8 then a frer on 9. I have a variety of cb and boots tests so I'll start on those at 10 onwards if all have been bfn. Frer might pick up 9dpo though although the last one I did was a false positive so I won't get my hopes up if it is positive!

Yes it's still early days! Did you use a cheapie? I have never gotten a positive on a cheapie until after my period was due. I don't know why I am expecting anything different this time but it feels like I'm actually doing something which helps 😂 xx

Hey @Nurselou and welcome! I also had some sensations yesterday on 5dpo. Mine were more like a weird burning sensation rather than proper cramps so hopefully mine wasn't just a mild uti 😂 keep us updated! When will you test? We're a group of early testers which is silly but it gives us something to talk about lol!

@thejollytrolleydolly AF is due on Friday so I did the CB 6 days early test and it came back negative 😅 going to stick to the cheapies for a few more days. I've got firm FRERs coming in tomorrow so will probably optimistically try one of those on Wednesday (10dpo). But if it's still negative, stick to the cheapies and see if AF arrives / wait a few days before trying another FRER. I have it all charted out in my head. But let's see if I can stick to it 😂

@Myna13 I love our pregnancy test organisational skills 😂 I have done those cb digital 6 days early ones before and I love them but I have only got a positive from them the day before my period but maybe I implanted late that cycle? Who knows! I suppose this is why they say don't test until your period is due but it's just too much fun 😂 xx

Oh I tested two days ago 🤣 which I know is completely ridiculous, partly to see if I had missed it last month as wasn’t actively trying but wasn’t on contraception.

I’ve just ordered first response and a box of cheapies of Amazon to arrive tomorrow, I’ll do a cheap one tomorrow and frer Saturday!

Symptom wise I’ve been so emotional yesterday, eyes filling up at silly things and I’m not one to cry 😂!

Anyone else noticed this?

@Nurselou yes!! Yesterday I was driving back from work super happy then I saw a fox by the road and thought what if I had hit that and started crying my eyes out 😂 then 5 minutes later I was fine again! It sounds like our symptoms are very similar. Im currently 6dpo so only a day ahead x

I'm fully stocked and ready to go 😂😂

@Nurselou I've been super emotional too. I cried a few times over the weekend just because. I also saw a silly meme and teared up 😂 My husband has found this absolutely hilarious. My dogs are unsure of what's happening so they never leave my side. Which, when it was pointed out to me, made me cry 😅😂

@Nurselou this is my testing schedule 😂

I know I shouldn't look at a test after the time period. But I was just curious so I picked it up again (I only looked at the 5min mark and then went back to bed). It looks like I have the faintest positive line. But it could just be an evap line. And I hear Clear Blues are known for that. I don't want to tell my husband and get his hopes up. But I wanted to tell someone! So I'm here. Will test again on Wednesday and see if I even get a line 🤞🤞

@Myna13 can you maybe post a picture?

I had an evap line on clear blue when I tested last month. Perhaps test again tomorrow?

@Nurselou this line is soo faint, it's a little camera shy 😂 I thought I was making it up in my mind so I had I to get the cheapie I did this morning as well out and compare. And the cheapie is definitely stark white. And this definitely has a faint line.
My FRER comes in tomorrow so will test on Wednesday and see what that shows up with. Until then, I'm not going to consider this faint a positive.
At the end of this tww, even if I haven't started developing a baby, I've definitely started developing a squint 😂

@Myna13 yeah clear blues can be bad for evap lines but frers can be bad for false positives 🙈 I've attached a picture of my frer from last month. Definitely wasn't pregnant but you can just see the faint line which came up during the time frame. It was my first cycle since my Mc so a massive kick in the teeth! Obvs if the line is darker than this it's a BFP but I think that's why they have been pulled from the shops and you can only get them on Amazon. I'd say the cheapies and the boots early test are probably the most reliable even though they aren't the most sensitive. Xx

Quick question re basal body temp!

I haven’t been monitoring my temp this cycle but I know I naturally sit around 36.3 - 37.0 as I’m a nurse so often randomly check 😂

Ive just checked my temp this morning 5DPO and it’s 37.5! Could this be a positive sign?!

I've also heard clear blue are bad for false positives so staying away. I have cheapies and one first response which I'll try and save for Saturday if I make it that far!
