Dpo 1, tww keep sane

TTC #2, 36 yo. I should be dpo 1 today, I could feel ovulation yesterday evening, had peak opk yesterday morning.

I will try to test only on day when AF due, so next Sunday, as I've had 2 chemicals so unfortunately not expecting magic.

@missmae i didn’t know there was such medication! Bloody b*stards ! I suffered when I didn’t need to 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will deffo be demanding that if I have hv again 😂

@pinkandredflowers same here I even got a white envelope to see if a line would pop out at me 😂 the torch comes out everytime when I test 😂 I even go back to it to shine a light on it 30 mins later oh god this tww makes us all mad 😂

@MrsP20202 there's actually several different ones you can take if none work… how long ago was this?! 🤔 I’m very surprised. Especially if you were admitted and were losing weight. That’s shocking they didn’t offer you anything. If you get it again definitely mention the anti sickness meds to your gp!!

@pinkandredflowers i think we all do it, we do anything to see a hint of a line. I’m there taking pics in all different angles and tweaking it then sending it to my sister like you see? It’s there?? She’s like no. No it’s not. 😂😭

no bum aching here ahah but I have come out in several spots which only get right before my period (which is 10 days away) I have dry skin so very odd for me!!

Hoping to hop on, ttc first time. 2nd cycle since coming of the pill. I have been using the clear blue double hormone opk it jumped from circle straight to static with no flashing smileys on Friday. Managed to dtd day of static and two days after. Thinking I’m currently 2dpo and hoping to take a test on day 12. Didn’t expect the wait to be so frustrating!

@Boobag can really relate I’ve had 3 lots of static smileys and looking at the lines only 2 of them should have been static. And now 7days from the actual static I should have had and getting negatives in between im getting flashy smileys and 2 lines again!!

it’s so frustrating. But I would just recommend having sec every other day or as much as you fancy it, so there’s always the little guys waiting…

we are all so frustrated waiting for the TWW to be over!!

I was distracting myself today from my uncommitted cheap line managed a walk, peloton and saw some friends for dinner

I’m so convinced it’s an evap now or a bad test

I will have pains and cramps but just started to feel so so low and miserable like it isn’t meant to be this month
my friend announced at dinner - my sister is due same month

I just give up today :( think I’ll be testing again Friday so at least I get a definitive yes or no

For me it’s my boobs! I’ve been obsessing over them all day - my right one is finally starting to hurt on the side. Maybe I’m groping them too much?😂😂

slept upside down in my bed last night cus just couldn’t get comfy , feel rough this morning but clearly due to not much sleep .

such a manic day at work today and I have no hpt to annoy myself with or don’t have time to buy anything ! Thank goodness-

funny everyone noticed there ov pains this month , had I not tested I wouldn’t have put them at that as I naively assumed they wouldn’t last a few days. But at lest I know.

@Tes004 😂😂 your message made my morning. It's good thing you don't have tests! Least you won't tempted to test. I thought I wouldn't test this morning as Ive got an early start but who are we kidding, did my test and obvs bfn.

It's so weird but I've been waking up between 3:30-4am for the past 3 nights for a wee. Last night I couldn't get back to sleep until 4:45am, spent that time groping my boobs feeling for a pain 🤣

Also ladies I thought I would look at my test again to see if the line was clearer when dried - I know you shouldn’t read it after a while but as I say in person I could see a line prior but the dye around it made it hard to focus on
top one was the older one

Also @Tes004 what a funny message to wake up to! I'm not weeing a lot but waking up around 6 am which is at least an hour before I wanna wake up. And then spend time tossing and turning.

Pins & needles in the legs, like I really want/should stretch my legs.

@pm24 I am exactly the same as you! I woke up 3 times to go to the loo last night and at around 4am I couldn't get back to sleep and spent the next hour symptom spotting. I'm convinced my boobs are both fuller and softer, if that's a thing.

Half of me is now wondering if it is even possible to have symptoms before a positive pregnancy test. The easy@home ones I'm using a 10mu sensitivity which is pretty sensitive, surely we're not going to feel too much before that level of hormone is released!?

In any case I will 100% be convinced that any and every bodily sensation is a sign and will be googling Mumsnet threads to validate it. Ah, the TWW. Good times

last night had heartburn again and felt so sick! Sickness still there this morning but I don’t know if that’s down to extreme tiredness has my 3 year old daughter decided she wanted to play last night instead of sleep, just feel really weak the past week 🤦🏻‍♀️

@BlossomTree123 im the same I get so many spots before af but I haven’t come out in any and face is so dry! Which is soooo different for me, my first baby girl I had extreme ache from the start looked like a pepperoni pizza had attacked my face but with my son I was glowing 😂
