1DPO - Anyone want to wait with me ☺

Hi ladies,

First month catching positive LH to confirm my ovulation. We DTD two days before but unfortunately not on ovulation day. I'm hoping I'm still in with a chance. Currently 1DPO. Love anyone to join me for the painful waiting game of testing and also symptom spot/share stories of successful pregnancies.

@LeopardLover I haven't heard of her, no. That's good to know. I just hope it stops after a day or so

I start on day 6 for the opks, my cycle can be very irregular! I use the clearblue digital and sometimes get a lot of the flashing smilies. Which one do you use?

I've started using 2-day clear blue this cycle and it was one day before easyhome opk turned positive, so not too different. I also temped first time and knew that I actually did ovulate. I did quite a lot of stuff different this cycle, dtd more often, used proceive for men and h&b pre pregnancy tables, used conceive plus lube and so on. But I feel out (haven't tested, will do on the weekend, for dpo 12/13) because whatever I felt was different on dpo8 is gone, and I know by now I usually get a bit more symptoms based on my 2 pregnancies ... I'm looking forward to maybe eating more healthily and exercising for next cycle and trying coq10. I'm only in cycle 4 though, so not too worried at this point.

@Pinkmoon23 how's temping going?

It's going OK I think, my temp is still rising so I'm hoping it stays that way! 🤞 I've had to use the time adjuster a few times because I keep waking up too early 🙄.

I am keeping everything crossed for you, it looks hopeful.

My chart is a bit odd, the increase is really barely over the cover line...

@xLJ1990x Thank you 🥰 It feels like a full time job - spend half the month calculating ovulation dates, spend the other half anxiously guessing 😅😩. I am now going to be testing every day until my period. Its totally unnecessary but I really can't deal with the waiting 😩😩. I have started feeling PMS symptoms today so feeling a bit disheartened. Wishing the best for you 🤗

@Kiwiburgh Thank you! I will keep on testing over the next few days until AF eventhough there's no point in doing 100 tests. It's comforting to know others are in the same position.

@Applefruitcake it's so hard not to test, especially when there are some symptoms.

What are everyone's pms symptoms? I feel like I am not too tuned to know them, haven't noticed them as before TTC, I really didn't notice (maybe they're quite mild), and after TTC, I'm just looking for pregnancy signs ...

@PeacefulD For me it's mild pain in the lower back/abdomen and sore breast. I know technically those could also be early pregnancy symptoms, but I don't feel anything different than usual this month.

Does this look like an OK progression in 28 hours?
Still seems really light for 12dpo

@Kiwiburgh It might be that your urine is diluted? Maybe test again in the morning with the first urine. Or try with a different brand test.

I think I'll do one more tomorrow am and then leave it for a few days unless AF comes. The constant testing is stressing me out now. Regardless I can't change the outcome so 🤷‍♀️

@Applefruitcake It has taken up a lot of my thoughts since I started ttc as well. I think PMS signs can be the same as early pregnancy signs, so it isn't necessarily a bad sign.

@PeacefulD For me it can be mood swings or feeling a bit down for a while before my period, and then period cramps. Usually for me when the initial cramps die down the flow changes from spotting and gets heavier

@Kiwiburgh I can see both the lines, so that's good! I think progression is different for everyone. If HCG doubles every 2 days, then it would only increase by 44% every 24h, and by 19% every 12h if it is a constant increase. I don't know what percentage increase you'd need for a significantly dark line

Second faint line today 😊 haven't decided whether to test again tomorrow for line progression or give it a rest. For now, the spotting has stopped so it's a bit easier to feel relaxed. 11 dpo.

Just tested and line is darker this morning. Still feint but I don't need my torch 😆 the top test is my first approx 30 hours ago

Can I join please? I am 10dpo (confirmed with ovulation test) and tested this morning with FRER - BFN.

Boobs are tender (normally they're agonising at this point in cycle) and I am having so much pinching/pulling symptoms in my groin! I thought I saw what looked like implantation bleeding two days ago but was literally two tiny spots of pink.

I have PCOS and haven't been having very regular periods lately. I have a 7 year old so this wouldn't be my first rodeo but I'm 38 too so....

Oh, other symptoms - aching in my lower back (both sides), sore teeth (?) and I'm weirdly out of breath for normal activity!

When I was pregnant with my son I had migraines (haven't had), sickness (haven't had, usually around ovulation time I at least feel a bit sick but nada!) and pinching.

Yayyy I can definitely see a darker line! Amazing news! 🎉

Well, 11dpo fmu and 3 BFN 😟😟😟
Not gonna lie feeling really gutted. I figured I was out when my pms symptoms started lessoning yesterday. Today my boobs don't hurt as much. I really wanted this to be my cycle. I hate all the waiting.

I'm 13DPO...AF due tomorrow. That's the only thing that's worrying me is I'd expect a darker line at this point. Last time I was pregnant I was testing negative until 3 days after AF so unless it's normal for me 🤦‍♀️ there's always something to stress about

@xLJ1990x that's such a good line, especially for a blue dye test! Good progression!

@BABYPRAYING I see your second line this time! Yay. I think our tests are very similar in regards to colour and progression so here's hoping that's a good sign we'll get good strong lines soon 😊

@Pinkmoon23 don't give up yet, you still have time. It's not over until af arrives. It does really suck though when you don't get the early bfp. You could still have just implanted yesterday.
