1DPO - Anyone want to wait with me ☺

Hi ladies,

First month catching positive LH to confirm my ovulation. We DTD two days before but unfortunately not on ovulation day. I'm hoping I'm still in with a chance. Currently 1DPO. Love anyone to join me for the painful waiting game of testing and also symptom spot/share stories of successful pregnancies.

@ShanTTC22 oh I'm so sorry. That must be so upsetting, especially when your hopes were up 😔 be kind to yourself and rest up.

When is your partner's next test/what will be your next steps? X

my OH next test is 13th so next week and my first fertility clinic appointment, which is just a phone call is 2nd august so all very soon in the grand scheme of things!

thinking about it, my cycles have been like clock work and last month for some reason it was 6 days late (obvs thought it was finally my time🫣🙃) so I feel like it’s come a week earlier to put me back on track haha, I know it sounds silly but I feel like it makes sense!

No that makes absolute sense. It happened to me, my period was delayed last month and so I ovulated days early which never happens! X

Hi Ladies,

Hope your all ok. Can I have your thoughts on this test. I'm not sure if I can see a shadow or if it's my eyes playing tricks on me. This is well after the time frame and wasn't with my FMU. Currently 9DPO (I did OPK this month)

@BABYPRAYING hey!!! I’m okay! Currently waiting for that positive ovulation test! Using the clear blue for the first time instead of the cheap strip tests!

I can actually see a slight shadow, can you get a better pic? Xx

@ShanTTC22 thanks, I'll let you know! I might try holding my urine for a few hours and re test as the one I did this morning wasn't any hold.

Here's one I did a couple of hours ago

Can't really tell but a nice way to make it easier to see is to edit the photo and turn down the darkness lots, and then that will emphasise any line

@BABYPRAYING sorry but I can't see anything, though if your seeing something super faint it might just be the picture quality when uploading it.
I'd test again in the morning, 9dpo is super early. What brand of test is that?

I will test again tomorrow morning. The tests are babyplan from Amazon x

Are they as sensative as FRER? I feel frer are the most reliable for early testing but thst could just be my personal preference. Fingers are crossed for you! 🤞🍀

Iv got some FRER coming tomorrow 😊 the ones off Amazon are meant to be 10MIU

Iv just done a boots early test and BFN. I think them Babyplan tests are a bit dodgy. Clear lines on both of them I have done so must be evap a.

i usually use the strip ovulation tests however this month I decided to get the clear blue digital. I have had the flashing smiley face Tuesday - today so 4 days, and this morning was my last test as I was hoping I’d have gotten my peak by now! Has anyone else experienced this?

@ShanTTC22 I always got 5-6 days of flashing smileys when I started testing of the Date the instructions reccomend. I started to know see my ovulation date trend so started using them later to avoid running out.
In the end I prefered the cheap strips since I didn't have to worry about running out and missing my peak.

@ShanTTC22 I sometimes had many days of flashing smile before the solid. More than 9 once I think. I persevered each month and eventually it solidified.

My cycles were quite irregular and so I had to start early each month
